Safety measures
FFix the legs to the floor or to awork bench before pressing.
FDo not put your hand inside while turning the press.
FDo not extend the tightening handle.

Using the press
Line the pressing cage (3) with the mashing bag. The small hole in the bag goes over
the spindle (10), fold the surplus bit of the bag over the pressing cage edge. Fill the
press with your crushed fruit (never try to press whole fruit!). Put the two halves of the
pressing plate (4) on top of the fruit, then the distance blocks (5) on top of the pressing
plate. Finally put the pressure plate (6) on top of it all, mount the 3-hole tightening nut
(8) with the washer (7) in between. Insert the handle in any of the three holes and you
are ready to go.
If you can’t reach down to press the last fruit, you can either top up with more fruit or
add more distance blocks (available as accessories).
Maintenance
Wash out press with hot water, store dry so all wooden parts
dry out properly. If not used for some time, grease metal
surfaces with edible oil.

Använda pressen
Sätt ifilterpåsen med lilla hålet runt spindelbulten (10), låt påsen hänga lite över kanten på korgen (3). Fyll sedan med krossad
frukt (aldrig hel frukt). Lägg dit pressplattans båda delar (4), distansblocken (5), tryckplattan (6) och skruva till sist dit den
triangulära spännmuttern (8) med nylonbrickan (7) emellan. Nu är det bara att montera handtaget iett av de tre hålen så kan du
börja pressa.
Om pressen inte når ända ner kan du antingen fylla på med mer frukt, eller lägga på fler distansblock (finns att köpasom extra
tillbehör).
Underhåll
Tvättarent med varmt vatten, förvara sedan pressen torrt så
att alla trädelar torkar ordentligt. Om pressen inte används
på en tid, smörj in metalldelarna med matolja.
