ASSEMBLYINSTRUCTIONS:
1. Carefullyunpackthefixture.Layoutallpartsonacleansurface.
2. Install a100wattmediumbaseincandescentlightBulb(#3)[notprovided]inthesocketin
thefixture.
3. After thefixturehasbeeninstalledpursuanttotheinstructionsonPages6-7andthepower
restored,thelightbulbwill illuminateimmediately.Afterabout40 seconds,thelightbulb
willflash3timesand thefixturewill beinAutomaticfunction.Inorderforthefixtureto
functionproperly,thelightswitchmustremainon.WhilethefixtureisinAutomatic
function,you canadjustthethreeadjustableknobs.
4. Thisfixturehasthreeadjustableknobs:SENS,LIGHT,andTIMER.
5. TheSENSknob adjuststhemaximumdistancethePIRmotion sensorcansensea
change/motioninitsenvironment,andthenilluminatethelightbulb.Duetothenatureof
infraredenergy,thePIRsensoroptimallysensesmotion whentheoutsidetemperatureis
below90F.TurntheSENSknobfullycounter-clockwise,and thePIRsensorcandetect
motionthatoccurswithineightfeetfromthefixture.TurntheSENSknob fullyclockwise,
andthePIRsensorcandetectmotionthatoccurswithinfortyfeetfrom thefixture.
6. TheLIGHTknob determineswhattimeofdaythelightbulbilluminates.TurntheLIGHT
knobfullyclockwise,andthesensorsensitivityispoorestandthelightbulbilluminates
onlyatnight.
7. TheTIMERknobadjuststheperiod oftimethelightbulbremainsilluminatedoncethe
PIRmotionsensorsensesmotion.TurntheTIMERknob fullycounter-clockwise,andthe
lightbulbwill remainilluminatedaround4seconds.TurntheTIMERknob fully
clockwise, andthelightbulbwill remainilluminatedaround12 minutes.
8. ThisfixtureisequippedwithaLong-Lightfunction.ToleavetheAutomaticfunctionand
entertheLong-Lightfunction,turnthelightswitchoff and ontwice within3seconds.The
lightbulbwillflash3times,andremainilluminatedforaround8hours.Afteraround8
hours,thefixturewillautomaticallyleavetheLong-Lightfunctionandreturntothe
Automaticfunction.If8hourshavenotelapsedbutyou wanttoreturnthefixturetothe
Automaticfunction,turnthelightswitchoffandon twicewithin3seconds.

INSTALLATIONINSTRUCTIONS:
1. Foroptimalmotion sensing,mountthefixtureonyour
wallataheightofmorethan6feetfromtheground,and
thefrontofthefixtureshouldbeparalleltothedirection
ofexpectedmovement(see pictureA),insteadof
perpendiculartothedirectionofexpectedmovement
(see pictureB).
2. ScrewthetwoMounting Screws(#8)intotheCrossBar(#6).MounttheCross Bar(#6)
totheOutletBox(#4)usingthetwoOutletBoxScrews(#7).[Makesurethethreadsof
theMounting Screws(#8)arefacing outsidewhentheCross Bar(#6)isattachedtothe
OutletBox(#4).]
3. Wrapthegroundwirefromthefixturearound theGroundScrew(#9)ontheCrossBar
(#6), andthenconnecttheground wirefromthefixturetothegroundwirefrom the
OutletBox (#4).Connectthewhitewirefrom thefixturetothewhitewire(neutralwire)
from theOutletBox(#4). Connecttheblackwirefromthefixturetotheblackwire(live
wire)from theOutletBox(#4).Covertheconnectionsusing theWireConnectors(#5).
Wrapthewireconnectionswithelectricaltapeforamoresecureconnection.Position the
wiresbackinsidetheOutletBox(#4). Note:Ifyouhaveelectricalquestions,consultyour
localelectricalcodeforapprovedgroundingmethods.
4. Place thefixturebodyon thewall byaligning theprotruding Mounting Screws(#8)all
thewaythrough theWall Plate(#1). Tightenthefixturetothewallbyscrewing thetwo
LockNuts(#2) ontothetwoprotrudingMounting Screws(#8).
5. Installation iscomplete.Turnon thepoweratthecircuitbreakerorfusebox.Turnthe
lightswitchontoactivatethefixture. (SeePage4for PIRmotionsensorinstructions.)

PRODUCTMAINTENANCE:
1. Tocleantheoutsideofthefixture,useadryorslightlydampenedcleancloth(useclean
water,neverasolvent)towipetheglassandsurfaceofthefixture.
2. Tocleantheinsideofthefixture,firstdisconnectpowertothefixturebyturning offthe
circuitbreakerorbyremovingthefuseatthefusebox.Next,useadryorslightly
dampenedcleancloth(usecleanwater,neverasolvent)towipetheinsideglass and
interiorsurface of thefixture.
3. Donotuseanycleanerswithchemicals,solventsorharshabrasives.Useonlyadrysoft
clothtodustor wipecarefully.
LIMITEDWARRANTY
Themanufacturerwarrantsthislightingfixturetobefree fromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiod
oftwo(2)yearsfromdateofpurchase.Thiswarrantyappliesonlytotheoriginalconsumerpurchaserand only
toproductsusedinnormaluseandservice.Ifthisproductisfoundtobedefective,themanufacturer sonly
obligation,andyourexclusiveremedy,istherepairorreplacementoftheproductatthemanufacturer s

permanecer enON.Mientrasquelainstalaciónesténen funciónAutomática,ustedpuede ajustarlos
trespomos ajustables.
