Preface
Thank you for choosing HB series Flatbad inkjet cutting machine. Flatbad
inkjet cutting machine which is used in clothing, shoes, luggage , handbags, car /
aircraft seat, sofa, gasboats, tents, lamps and lanterns industry of plate and the
material cutting, it can cut forming graphics on mark paper, kraft paper,
computer paper, red cardboard, plastic plate, resin plate, paperboard, fiber
cardboard, leather, artificial leather, PU, ultra fiber network cloth, and other
non-metallic flexible material, the quality achieve international first-class results.
The flat jet cutting machine not only has the characteristics of high precision,
high speed, stable performance, beautiful appearance, but also has strong
compatibility. Before you use this machine, please read this manual carefully to
make sure you can efficiently and successfully complete all the functions of this

Chapter 1 safety notice
Please carefully read all the following instructions before using the flat jet cutting
machine:
Height of place the flat ink jet cutting cutting machine at work: not more than 1000
meters.
Working and storage temperature range of the machine:-15~40 degrees Celsius.
Working humidity range of flat jet cutting machine at room temperature:No more than
85% (25 C).
After the flat jet cutting machine placed, put the foot cup down, so as to ensure the
machine is placed stably without sliding.
Connect the machine to the rated voltage of the annex, the power supply is not stable, it
will cause flat jet cutting machine performance degradation, even burn down machine
power board.
Power plug should be inserted in the power socket with ground wire (do not remove the
top of the plug pin), to ensure the device to be well electrical grounding . If the machine is
not grounded, may be due to excessive accumulation of electric charge and discharge,
harm to the human body, it may cause the machine components burned.
Avoid connecting machine and high power devices to the same power socket(such as
shadow printing machine, air conditioning, air compressor, CNC machines and other
equipment); if in parallel with one power supply socket, please make sure the device
power shall not exceed the power supply socket wire can bear the maximum current.

When you do not use the machine for a long time, pull the plug from the power outlet
And the prohibition of pulling power line, do not use damaged or worn power line,
otherwise it may cause electric shock, short circuit or fire.
Do not drop the liquid into Flatbad inkjet cutting machine, otherwise it will cause the
circuit board of the machine to short circuit and destroy the component.
Do not block up or place goods inside of the machine
Unless the product "Manual and warranty guidelines" are described. Otherwise, please do
not to self repair or disassemble the machine

3.2 machine
Install the tripod and connected it with the host (see Figure 3, figure 5).

3.3 whirlpool air pump
Whirlpool air pump installation especially to distinguish between pump
"enter mouth" and "out mouth", vacuum hose to with hose clamps fixed to a
"logo" into the mouth ".
Note: the dust air pump can not be connected to the "out mouth", otherwise the
reverse airflow will damage the table!

3.4 power
Flatbad inkjet cutting machine needs to provide AC power 220V/50Hz (some
areas using AC 110V/60Hz), voltage fluctuations can not be more than 10%.
This power line for this product is our company specially custom-made for
Flatbad inkjet cutting machine , without our permission, the use of other power
lines is prohibited!
Special note: power line of this product is Chinese standard interface
configuration. As for the United States and Europe and other parts of the
interface differences, can also be equipped with the power cord of the European
st andard inter f a c e , but ne e d to contact my company in ad vance!
3.5 computer
USB data line is a communication channel between Flatbad inkjet cutting
machine and computer, when connecting, in order to reduce the damage to the
human body or the static electricity, please shut down the power supply of the
flat jet cutting machine every time when the USB data line is inserted.

3.6 ink cartridge
3.6.1 cartridge type
Han-Bond HB Flatbad inkjet cutting machine adopt HP51645 cartridge
models, in order to ensure that the print quality, suggest choose genuine
cartridges, it’s available in HP consumable stores.
Warm tip: when you cut plates of plastic or resin and other plastic materials
please choose Han-bond company dedicated cartridge,for more information,
