Mera ELB Eco 24V DC New Model
Information for the new features:
The Hannl Mera ELB Eco 24V DC as upgrade from a Limited Autom. 24V DC or from a re uilding
of a Mera ELB Eco 24V DC have a new controlling which makes it possi le to have more control
for the customer a out the machine.
The usual optics and the easy handling is still present.
The new version you can recognise on the silver power utton (old: lack power utton).
New functions:
•Put cleaning fluid on our record in the program „LEFT“ and „RIGHT“:
Now it it possi le to applicate cleaning fluid directly from the program „LEFT“ and
„RIGHT“ with the „SPEED BUTTON“. Until now in the old version you only have only
the possi illity to chose the direction of the turnta le and then go into the program
„LIQUID“ to drop cleaning fluid.
•Set the output of the pump:
With the actual version you can set glo al the output of the pump. For this choose the
program „LIQUID“ and turn the „SPEED BUTTON“. To set the output higher turn the
„SPEED BUTTON“ to the right in the clockwise rotation. To set the output lower turn the
„SPEED BUTTON“ to the left in the clockwise rotation. This gives every customer the
chance to set the machine individual.
After you have set the output test it with the rusharm. If it is correct you are finished,
otherwise you must set it again until you have found the wished output.

•Set the speed of the Turntable in Vacuum mode:
In the program „VACUUM“ you can now set the speed of the turnta le in the program
„VACUUM“. Until now it was only possi le to set the speed of the turnta le in the program
„LEFT“ „RIGHT“ „AUTOR.“. Choose the program „VACUUM“ the tur ine is running.
Press the „SPEED BUTTON“ and hold it for 3 seconds. The LED is linking. Now you
can turn the „SPEED BUTTON“ to adjust the speed of the turnta le for the program
„VACUUM“. If you turn the „SPEED BUTTON“ into right the turnta le runs faster, into
left to slow down the turnta le. Now press and hold the „SPEED BUTTON“ for 3 seconds
and the settings are saved. Now you are a le to set the speed of the tur ine.
•Reset the machien to default settings on the Mera ELB Eco 24V DC new version:
If you don't find your favorite settings or have a wrong setting and don't know how to set it
ack you can make a factory reset. To do this step you need to turn off the machine into
stand y (push 1x „POWER BUTTON“). Push the „SPEED BUTTON“ and hold it.
During holding the „SPEED BUTTON“ press 1x short the „POWER BUTTON“. The
turnra le is twitching 1 time very short and the LED is linking. Now release the „SPEED
BUTTON“, push it again and hold it another time for 3 seconds. The turnta le twitch
another time and the machine goes into the stand y mode.
Your machine is now on the default settings and you can use it how usual.
