Danger
When Using Billet Footpegs...
DO NOT ride without adult supervision.
DO NOT ride bare-footed.
DO NOT ride without proper safety equipment. (Always wear helmet,
pants, shirt, gloves, and boots.)
DO NOT hit or run into objects with Billet Footpegs, this may cause
damage or injury to the rider and the bike.
DO NOT ride more than one person at a time.
DO NOT modify the Billet Footpegs.
Use soft soap and water to clean footpegs. Rinse thourghly.

BILLET FOOTPEGS FOR ITS INTENDED PURPOSE.
DISCONTINUE USE IF ANY PART IS BENT, BROKEN OR MISSING
INSPECT BEFORE AND AFTER EVERY USE.
KEEP FEET ON FOOTPEGS AT ALL TIMES TO AVOID RUNNING OVER
YOUR FEET.

STEPSOR THE REQUIRED TOOLS OUTLINED IN THESE
INSTRUCTIONS. HAVE AN AUTHORIZED DEALER INSTALL BILLET
FOOTPEGS FOR YOU. READ ALL OF INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE
STARTING INSTALL.

Bike without side covers.

Qty.1 Left & 1 Right Billet Peg with wedges.
Tools required: No. 2 Phillips Screwdriver, 5mm. Allen Wrench,
Hacksaw or Jig Saw, Blue Loctite®
Installing Foot Pegs Stacyc® model 18-20 edrive
Parts Included.
x2 pcs.
6x1mm Allen Bolts.
No. 2 Phillips
Screwdriver.
5mm. Allen Wrench.
Hacksaw.
Step 2. Remove side covers with #2 Phillips Screwdriver
from both sides of bike. Keep these screws you will need
them later.
Step 1. Remove battery from bike.

Step 3. Remove both screws from floorboard.
You will not reuse these screws.
Step 4. Lift floorboard from the rear and slide forward to remove.

Step 5. Lay bike on it’s side and remove wedge plate,
pry it out with your fingers or flatblade screwdriver.

Step 6. Place your New! Billet foot peg on the top of the floorboard flange.
Install 6mm bolt through the top hole in the footpeg. Bolt threads into
wedge on bottom side. Tapered side of the wedge goes to the outside of
the bike. Tighten with 5mm Allenwrench.

Step 7. With diagram provided below trim floorboard with hacksaw. Save center-
piece for re-installing on bike.
Finished trimmed center piece from flooboard. Use sandpaper on sides
where cuts were made if desired to smooth finish.

Step 8. Put side covers back on bike. Insert all screws but do not tighten.
Leave covers loose so you can insert center piece and battery receptacle.
Warning: Be careful not to pinch wires from battery receptacle to speed controller
when installing, make sure wires are not in the way of your screws and get pinched.
Step 9. Flip bike over and rest on seat and handlebars. Insert trimmed centerpiece
and battery prong between side covers. Tighten screws on side panels.
