SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
The appliance is designed to work on alternating current only.
Before use, check that your voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the
rating plate of the appliance.
Do not place the appliance near any heat source; this could cause damage.
Use the appliance on a stable work surface, away from water.
If the plug of the appliance does not fit the socket, have the plug replaced with a
suitable one for the voltage consumed by the appliance.
Do not use the appliance if:
The appliance or the cord is damaged.
The appliance has been dropped and is visibly damaged or functions abnormally.
If an extension cable is used, it must be in good condition and should observe the
safety laws which are currently applicable.
Repairs should only be carried out by the nearest authorized service facility,
because the appliance can only be opened using special tools.
The appliance is intended for domestic use only. No liability can be accepted for
any damage caused by noncompliance with these instructions or any other
improper use or mishandling.
Do not let juicer run continuously for longer than 4 minutes. Turn the switch off
and let it rest for at least 2 minutes to cool down the motor. Otherwise, the motor
may be damaged.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, his
service agent or a similarly qualified person, in order to avoid a hazard.
ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDED SAFETY MEASURES
Do not leave packaging components (plastic bags, cardboard, polystyrene, etc),
within reach of children, as they could be dangerous.
Do not let the supply cord hang down from the working surface.
Disconnect the plug from the socket when not using the appliance.
CARE & CLEANING
It is highly recommended to clean the appliance immediately after use. The lid,
squeezer and strainer dish can be washed with soap and warm water. Clean the
power unit with a damp sponge. Do not immerse the appliance in water.
