Important Safety Information

instructions before operating this device.
2. Do not exceed rated capacity.

4. Before moving a trailer, assure that the
load is centered and coupler secured.
5. No alterations shall be
made to this product.
6. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles
and heavy-duty work gloves
during assembly and use.
7. Keep clear of trailer’s path while
placing on and removing from dolly,
and while moving.
8. Use as intended only.
Do not use for aircraft purposes.
9. Inspect before every use;
do not use if parts loose or damaged.
10. Be aware of dynamic loading!
Sudden load movement may briefly create
excess load causing product failure.
11. Read trailer owner’s manual and
instruction manual for Tongue Jack
(not included) before use.
12. Do not work under Trailer while on Dolly.
13. Keep area free of spectators and do not
allow anyone on trailer while on Dolly.
14. Use wheel chocks when raising front
of trailer for placement onto Dolly.
15. Assemble only according to instructions.
Improper assembly can create hazards.
16. Keep assembly area clean and well lit.

or when under the influence of

Instructions
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section
at the beginning of this document including all text under subheadings therein
before set up or use of this product.
Assembly
1. Attach V-Support (17), Connector (2),
and Brace (3) to Handle (7) using
three Bolts (10), Washers (8),
Lock Washers (16), and Nuts (11).
2. Attach Connector (2) under Axle Base (1),
using two Bolts (10), Washers (8),
Lock Washers (16), and Nuts (11).
3. Attach Brace (3) to Axle Base (1),
using Bolt (18), Washer (19),
Lock Washer (15), and Nut (12).
4. Slide the Wheels (4) over the ends of
the Axle Base (1) and secure in place
with Washers (6) and Cotter Pins (5).
Bend Cotter Pins into place.

Operation
1. Check Dolly tire inflation
and correct as needed.
Inflation pressure is marked on tires.
2. Chock trailer wheels to keep them from
rolling. Chocks sold separately.
3. Use a Tongue Jack (sold separately)
to raise the Trailer’s tongue.
4. Place Dolly in position under raised
coupler. Lower coupler slowly onto
Dolly and secure it to Dolly.
5. Use Handle to guide vehicle to location.
