ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR 12” STAIR
Step 1: Install rubber base pads (0030-0137) to the bottom of the 12” handrail (0105-30-0060). Thread in the
full length while assembling the stair unit.
Step 2: Install the stiffener bar (0105-30-0065) and Caster Assembly (0105-01-06) with the four bolts
included with the two caster assemblies. Do not tighten bolts fully until the stair unit is completely
assembled.

Step 3: Install the stair treads starting from the bottom of the stair unit and work your way to the top of the stair
unit. Start by using stair tread with hanger bracket (0105-0010) and four 3/8” x 2” hex head bolts
(0090-0048) and four split lock washer (0090-0210). Assemble tread so that the 3 drilled holes on the
edge face the top of the stair unit. Do not tighten bolts fully until the stair unit is completely assembled.
Step 4: Install the top step stair tread with hanger bracket and angle iron filler strip (0105-0014) and four
3/8” x 2” hex head bolts (0090-0048) and four split lock washer (0090-0210). Assemble tread so that
the angle iron filler strip faces the top of the stair unit.
Step 5: Ensure that the stair unit is sitting on a level surface then go around and tighten all bolts.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR 18” STAIR
Step 1: Install rubber base pads (0030-0137) to the bottom of the 12” handrail (0105-30-0060). Thread in the
full length while assembling the stair unit.
Step 2: Install the stiffener bar (0105-30-0065) with four 3/8” x 2” hex head bolts (0090-0048) and four split
lock washer (0090-0210). Do not tighten bolts fully until the stair unit is completely assembled.

Step 3: Install the Caster Assemblies (0105-01-06) with the four attached bolts. Do not tighten bolts fully until
the stair unit is completely assembled.
Step 4: Install the stair treads starting from the bottom of the stair unit and work your way to the top of the stair
unit. Start by using the stair tread with hanger bracket (0105-0010) and four 3/8” x 2” hex head bolts
(0090-0048) and four split lock washer (0090-0210) for each of the first two steps. Assemble treads so
that the 3 drilled holes on the edge face the top of the stair unit. Do not tighten bolts fully until the stair
unit is completely assembled.

Step 5: Install the top step stair tread with hanger bracket and angle iron filler strip (0105-0014) and four
3/8” x 2” hex head bolts (0090-0048) and four split lock washer (0090-0210). Assemble tread so that
the angle iron filler strip faces the top of the stair unit.
Step 6: Ensure that the stair unit is sitting on a level surface then go around and tighten all bolts

QUICK STAIR WITH AS2100 STAGE
1. Install two stair locks (0106-30-0067) into stage side rails
Insert into stage side rail then rotate 90º counter clockwise in to locked position.
2. Position Quick Stair up against stage with stair locks as shown in installed pictured above.
3. Secure stair leg within stair lock using bolt and nut..

QUICK STAIR WITH ST8100 STAGE
1. Install two stair locks (0105-30-0067) onto stair as shown above. Do not tighten bolts yet.
2. Position Quick Stair up against stage then slide the stair locks up so that they capture the stage side
rail then tighten bolt and nut.
