このLED光源は、画像処理の照明、顕微鏡の照明、理科観察用の照明です。
システムに組み込んだり、製品の仕様を超える環境や据え付けでのご使用は
できません。

1. 付属品とオプション

ライトガイドは、必ず、製造メーカー指定のものをご使用してください。
詳しくは、製造メーカーにお問い合わせ下さい。

3. 操作方法
ライトガイド口金にライトガイドを挿入してください。
器具のACインレットに電源コードを差し込んでください。
切り換えスイッチを MANUAL または REMOTE にしてください。
任意の光量に調節してください。
・ MANUAL ： マニュアル光量調節（光量調節ツマミを使う。）
電源コードのプラグをコンセントに差し込んでください。
・ LOW : 光量減光
用意されている別な電源コードをご使用ください。
* AC100V以外で使用される場合は、別途オプションで
AC電源コードの差込み口です。

・ REMOTE時：外部リモート制御
2. 各部の名称
外部制御機能を使用したい場合はここへ接続してください。
HIGH/LOW 切り替えスイッチ ( * オプション)
・ HIGH: 光量フル
・ REMOTE ： リモートで光量調節（外部電圧で調節する。）
切り替えスイッチを HIGH または LOW にしてください。 ( * オプション)

5. 外部制御
外部制御でLED光源装置のLED ON/OFFと光量調節ができます。
* 外部制御の接続ケーブルは､シールド線で長さ2m以下のものをご使用ください。
接続ケーブルが長いとノイズの影響を受けやすくなり、光量コントロールができない場合があります。
LEDランプ ON/OFF機能
LEDランプを点灯・消灯させる機能です。
INPUTコネクターの1番ピンと2番ピンを短絡させると消灯します。開放させると点灯します。
（REMOTE およびMANUAL のどちらでも機能します。）
下図に接続例を示します。

下図に接続例を示します。
* 上部は、開放してください。
製品を密閉した場所に設置しないでください。
製品を横置きまたは、上下逆置きに設置して使用しないでください。
通気口を塞いだり、通気スペースが確保できない場合は、誤動作や故障する原因になります。
CAUTION
電源コードが外せなくなるような機器配置はしないで下さい。
製品をシステムに組み込まないでください。
製品を組み込んだシステムの安全は、システムの組立業者の責任となります。
6. 設置
注 意
* 安定な電源をご使用ください。
不安定な電源を使用するとLED
ランプがちらつく場合があります。
切り換えスイッチ（SELECTOR SW）をREMOTE 側で光量調節機能が有効になります。
10番ピンと11番ピン間にDC0V-DC5V（最大）を印加してLEDランプの光量を可変できます。

お買い求めの販売店、または弊社に問い合わせください。

Prior to using it, please read the instruction manual thoroughly for safe
and correct operation.
Be sure to keep the instruction manual carefully at hand.
This LED light source is used for the illumination of image processing,
microscope, science observation.
This LED light source cannot be installed in any system, and used with
environment and installation which exceed the specification of product.

If the LED light source is used by the method which the manufacturer does not specify, the
protection performance which apparatus has is spoiled.
Please be sure to read the introduction manual and must follow the operation method and
notes for this manual. In case the LED light source has trouble, unplug the power supply cord
immediately to disconnect the power. Please be sure to contact the manufacturer for repaire.

splashed, because it may go out of order.
・ Do not install the LED light source near a strong electromagnetic field.

This is a socket to introduce a light from the LED lamp built
in this apparatus to the light guide.
* Using Hayashi standard light guide is recommended.
This knob is used when controlling brightness of the LED lamp
manually. A light quantity is increased by turning the knob in
the clockwise direction.

Insert the light guide in to the light guide socket of the apparatus.
Connect the AC inlet of the apparatus by power supply cord.
Connect here when you want to use an external
control function.
* When supply voltage is except 100VAC, use the option cord
to support the voltage.
According to the operation mode you want to choose, MANUAL or REMOTE mode.
・ MANUAL: Manual light quantity control (Use control knob)
・ REMOTE: Remote light quantity control (Use External control)
According to brightness you want choose, HIGH or LOW. (*Option)
・ HIGH: full (brightness)
・ LOW: dim (brightness)
Insert the plug of the specified power supply cord in the outlet which has the earth.
Turn on the power switch(POWER).
Control the light quantity to your desired level to operate the lighting apparatus.
To finish, turn off the power switch(POWER).

* An external control I/O interface is not provided.
Lighting apparatus on/off function
It is turned off by shorting the No.1 and No.2 pins the INPUT connector.
(Available in either REMOTE or MANUAL mode.)
The interface (INPUT) allows an external control that turns on and off the product and adjust the light
volume as the SELECTOR SWITCH is set REMOTE.
* Use as shorter shielded cable(2m Max) as possible for the external control. Long cable may
result in a noise interfusion, and a noise may hinder the product from working properly as the
cable is placed near the source of noise.

* Make sure an open upper space.
CAUTION
Please do not position the equipment in the way that a power cord cannot remove.
Please do not install the LED light source in any system.
CAUTION
Light quantity control (REMOTE)
Light quantity can be controlled remotely by adjusting the output voltage from the external
power supply, whose +V(+)is connected to pin No.10 and GND(-) to No.11. By tuning the
voltage up and down(DC0V-DC+5V), your intended light volume can be adjusted.
* Use a stable external power
supply to achieve
unobstructed energy output
from the product. Unstable
power supply may result in
destabilizing the output.
Do not use the product in an enclosed area, where may result in malfunction. Make room for
ventilation so that the product's vent hole is not blocked off.
Do not use the product placed upside down or sideways down.
