read and understand this instruction booklet
▪This product must be installed by persons competent in vehicle electrical installations
▪Care should be taken to ensure that water ingress cannot occur through mounting or wiring
holes
▪Regularly inspect the product to confirm correct operation
▪DO NOT stare directly into the light it produces as permanent damage to the eyes may
result
▪Use only a mixture of soap and water to clean this product
▪This light becomes hot under continuous use. DO NOT attempt to touch or remove it for at
least 30 minutes after switching off
▪Keep the heatsink vanes clean and free of debris to maintain air flow

Installation Instructions:
▪Before commencing installation make sure to disconnect the vehicle battery
▪Inspect and check the operation of the worklight to ensure correct functionality before
installation
▪Select a suitable location to mount the worklight, preferably on a flat and solid metal
surface capable of supporting the weight of the light
▪Use a suitably sized drill bit to make a hole in the surface to allow the mounting bolt
to pass through
▪Always ensure there are no obstructions behind the surface being drilled
▪Place the mounting bracket on the surface and secure the light using the nyloc nut
provided
▪Position the light onto the bracket and insert the two retaining screws
▪Connect the power loom to a 9-32VDC supply ensuring the correct polarity, as per
connection instructions
▪It is recommended to use weather proof connectors located in a protected area away
from direct exposure to the elements
▪Power up the worklight and adjust the beam coverage to the required angle
▪Tighten all fixings to secure the light in position
