NOVUS DIRECT VENT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
U.S.ANDCANADA CERTIFICATION
The NOVUS Series Gas Appliance has been tested in accordance with the ANSI standard Z21.88-1998 in the United
states, the current CSA 2.33-M98 in Canada, and has been listed by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. for installation as
described in this anual. All co ponents are UL, AGA, CGA or CSA safety certified.
LOCAL CODES
This installation ust confor with local codes. In the absence of local codes you ust co ply with the National Fuel
Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1-latest edition in the U.S.A. and the CAN/CGA B149 Installation Codes in Canada.
The Novus Series gas appliance has been tested and listed for use in anufactured housing ( obile ho es). These
installation instructions confor with the Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standard, Title 24 CFR, Part
3280, or when such a standard is not applicable, the Standard for Manufacturer Home Installations, ANSI A225.1.
