The purpose of this manual is primarily to acquaint the operator
with the principles of handling the product, with its assembly/installation,

Vzhľadom k stálemu vývoju a k nutnosti prispôsobovania sa najnovším
požiadavkám smerníc a noriem EÚ aj národných noriem môžu byť

•Do not aim the water jet directly toward the device or other electrical components! Mortal dan-
ger due to electric shock!
•Lay the extension cord in such a way that it cannot get into the liquid being conveyed.
•Do not install or turn on the device if there are people or animals in the conveying medium
(e. g. swimming pool) or making contact with the conveying medium.
•Do not leave the device unsupervised. Pull the mains plug during periods of extended
absence.
•As a general rule, repairs are only to be carried out by an electrician. If repairs are performed
improperly, there is danger of liquid getting into the electronic components of the device.
•Symbols affixed to your tools may not be removed or covered. Information on the device that
is no longer legible must be replaced immediately.

– Fix the unit (8) using the coupling nut (9) and tighten by hand. Ensure that the seal is positi-
oned correctly!
– Turn the unit to the required position and tighten the coupling nut (9).

SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
This product is exclusively intended for the use:
- to pump clean water, rainwater and water slightly soiled / cloudy without abrasive
admixtures, for example, for irrigation of lawns, vegetable beds and gardens. With
the prefilter it is possible to pump water from lakes, streams, rain tanks and other water
sources.
- according to the corresponding descriptions and safety instructions in these operating
instructions.
Any other use is not as intended.

• This product is designed in accordance with all applicable safety requirements and standards
applicable to it. All repairs should be only made by qualified person and spare parts replaced
by original parts, otherwise the user may be in serious danger.
CThe maximum temperature of the liquid to be pumped in continuous operation
should not exceed +35 °C. This pump is not to be used to pump combustible, gaseous
or explosive fluids. The pumping of aggressive fluids (acids, alkalis, silo seepage etc.)
and abrasive substances (sand) should also be avoided
CNever let the pump run dry and never operate it with fully closed flow.
The manufacturer’s warranty shall lapse if the pump is damaged due to it being
allowed to run dry and no flow.
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Never use at the nominal voltage other than 230V/50Hz. The circuit must be properly and
accordingly current protected.
FOR PROTECTION CLASS I MACHINES
• Machines must be powered via a current protector (RCD) with a maximum 30 mA tripping
current.
PERSONAL PROTECTION AND FIRST AID
Note:I we recommend always having:
- A suitable fire extinguisher (snow, powder, halotron) at your disposal.
- A fully equipped first-aid kit, easily accessible for accompaniment and operator.
- Mobile phone or other device for quickly calling emergency services.
• Always follow the principles of first aid in case of any injuries.
• When an electric shock is caused, it is necessary more than anywhere else to put emphasis
on safety and risk elimination for the rescuers. The affected person usually stays in contact
with electrical equipment (source of injury) because of muscle spasms caused by the electric
shock. Traumatic process continues in this case. It is therefore necessary to TURN THE
POWER OFF FIRST using any possible way. Subsequently CALL AN AMBULANCE or other
professional service, and then PROVIDE FIRST AID! Ensure free airways, check breathing,
check pulse, put the affected flat on their back, bend their head and stick out their lower
jaw. If necessary, begin with artificial respiration into the lungs and heart massage.
RESIDUAL RISKS
Even if the product is used according to instructions, it´s impossible to eliminate all the risks
associated with its operation. The following risks may occur arising from product construction:
• Electrical hazard caused by touch with parts under high voltage (direct contact) or with
parts, which came under a high voltage due to failure of the product (indirect contact).

• Dangers caused by impossibility to stop the product in best conditions, relate to solidity of
the handle and placing of engine shut down product.
• Dangers caused by shooting up of subjects or splashing of liquids.

The product produces an electromagnetic field of a very weak intensity. This field may
interfere with some pacemakers. To reduce the risk of serious or fatal injury, persons
with pacemakers should consult the use with their physician and the manufacturer.
UNPACKING
• Carefully check all parts after unpacking the product from the box.
• Do not throw away packaging materials until you have not reviewed carefully if they did not
remain a part of the product.
• Parts of the packaging (plastic bags, paper clips, etc.) do not leave within reach of children,
could be a possible source of danger. There is a danger of swallowing or suffocating!
• If you notice transport damage or while unpacking, notify your supplier immediately. Do not
operate the product!
• We recommend save the package for future use. The packaging materials must still be
recycled or disposed of in compliance with the relevant legislation. Sort different parts of
the packaging according to material and hand it to the appropriate collection sites. For

INSTALLATION OF THE PUMP
Note:I If you‘re technically proficient, you can easily install, connect and operate the pump

During installation, make sure that the parts are properly sealed and that the parts are
mechanically resistant. The formation of a thin jet of pressurised water in case of poor
sealing or rupture may lead to injury (especially eyes)

The plug of the machine (apparatus) must be unplugged from the mains supply before
any intervention, assembly, service, adjustment, etc. This will eliminate the possibility of
electric shock and accidental start-up of the active parts of the machine.
THIS WARNING IS NOT REPEATED IN ANY FOLLOWING POINTS!

Don‘t plug the power cord in before or during installation!
LOCATION
• The pump must be set-up steadily on a horizontal, level surface, sufficiently resistant to
the pump’s weight with the pressure vessel filled.
• To prevent vibration and ensure stability, the pump should be placed on a cushioned base
and secured by screwing the feet to the floor.
• When operating in open water areas (e.g. garden ponds), the pump must be placed on
a level, stable surface so that it doesn‘t flood and prevent it from falling.
• To pump water that may contain mechanical particles, solutes, animals, algae and the like,
it‘s necessary to use a filter on the suction part of the pump.
• The pump workstation should be well ventilated and protected from the weather, where
the temperature never drops below +3°C
CThe pump and the pressure vessel must never freeze! If the water in the pressure
vessel freezes, the bellows will be damaged (cut) by ice. This could damage the pump
body or mechanical seal.
INSTALLATION
NEVER start the pump dry without the suction or pressure piping connected.
Note:I The piping must be sufficiently strong and resistant to negative pressure (metal, PE
or PPR pipes, reinforced PVC hoses, etc.) with the smallest possible length according to
the conditions and location.
• Always use suitable sealing material (tape, tow, gasket) when connecting fittings
SUCTION PIPE
Note:I A suction basket with a return valve must be installed at the end of the suction
section for the waterwork to function properly. Unnecessary increase of suction height and
length of suction piping or its small diameter increases load of water pump.
- A suction basket with a return valve must be installed at the end of the suction section
for the pump to function properly.
- Mount the suction basket with a flap on the suction line and immerse the suction
basket in the pumped water.
- Mount 1” flange to the other end of the pipe
- Water the suction line and connect the suction hose to the pump
PRESSURE PIPING
Note:I Fixed/permanent pressure pipes should be installed professionally, not by yourself.

PUMP IRRIGATION
Note:I The pump must be watered before starting. If the pump isn’t watered enough, it
won’t pump, and could also be damaged by the temperature increase.
- Remove the water plug and pour clean water into the pump and fill it completely (until
the water starts to drain through the plug hole).
- After filling, refit the plug and tighten
POWER CONNECTION NETWORKS AFTER THE PUMP IS FLOODED
- All locking points in the system (nozzles, valves, etc.) must be opened by irrigating and
throughout the operation to allow escaping of all the air from the suction pipe, and
then to allow water to flow freely.
- If the pump is equipped with a switch, check that the switch is in the "0" off position.
If the pump is not equipped with a switch, switch off the circuit breaker on the line to
the socket.
- Plug the pump's power cord into a power outlet.
- After connection, turn on the pump switch/line circuit breaker.
- The pump motor starts which starts the pump.
- The appliance is switched on and off using the integrated ON/OFF switch. The pilot
lamp inside the switch lights up when the motor is switched on.
- The air must begin to leak from the open end of the outlet pipe (hose) immediately and
after a short time (dependent on the length of pipe) water should start to flow. Failure
to do so within 10 seconds, turn off the pump and follow the table of malfunction.
- If the pump was moved after the operation, it must be refilled by water before next use.
Note:I The motor is protected against overloading or blocking by an integrated thermostat.
In the event of overheating, the thermostat switches off the pump automatically. The pump
will start up again automatically after it has cooled down.
CAUTION!A
No one must be in the water to be pumped.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
CAUTION!A
To ensure proper functioning of the machine, it is necessary to have it checked and
adjusted by qualified personnel in an authorized service centre at least once a year.
Proper maintenance is essential for safe, economic and trouble-free operation of
the machine.
Failure to follow the maintenance instructions and safety precautions may cause serious injury
or death. Always follow the procedures, safety precautions, recommended maintenance and
recommended checks mentioned in this manual.
• Always make sure that all nuts and bolts are firmly tightened and make sure the machine is
in good working order.

• Keep the machine in good condition, if necessary change warning and instruction labels on
the machine.
• For safety reasons, replace worn or damaged parts. Only use original spare parts and
accessories. Parts not tested and approved by the equipment manufacturer can cause
unforeseeable damage.
• Repair and maintenance work other than described in this section, which are more
complicated, or it needs special tools, let it on our authorized service.
• When frost threatens irreparable damage!
• After long stoppages, make sure the rotor turns correctly by briefly switching the pump on and off.
• If the pump becomes blocked, connect the pressure line to the water line. Open the water line,
Switch on the pump several times for approx 2 seconds, Most blockages can be removed in this way.
CLEANING
Note:I Never use aggressive detergents or solvents for cleaning.
1. Carefully clean the machine after each use.
2. Wipe down the product with a slightly damp cloth or with brush.
3. Clean the cover of the machine, especially the ventilation holes.
4. Potential damage of the parts due to corrosion, can not be assessed as a manufacturing or
material defect.
STORAGE
• Store the machine out of reach of children.
• Turn the motor off and disconnect the mains plug if the machine is not used.
• Allow let the machine to cool down before storage.
• Do not store the machine a long time in direct sunlight.
• Replace worn or damaged parts for safety.
• Store machine in a clean, dry, dark and frost-free place, protected from dust and out of
reach of children. The ideal storage temperature is between 5 and 30°C.
• Use the original packaging to storage whenever possible.
• Cover unit with a suitable protective cover that does not retain moisture. Do not use sheet
plastic as a dust cover. A nonporous cover will trap moisture around the machine, promoting
rust and corrosion.
TRANSPORT
Turn the motor off and disconnect the mains plug. When transporting, be careful not to drop,
or otherwise shock the machine. For transport, the machine has to be fixed against slipping and
tipping over.Do not place objects on the machine.
TROUBLESHOOTING

You cannot rectify disorders that require more intervention yourself.
If you‘re unable to rectify the fault using the corrective measures described below,
contact a specialist garage, preferably an authorised service centre.

• For this product we provide a legal warranty, legal responsibility from the defects, for
24 months from receipt.

manual or operation description. When using otherwise or in contradiction with instruction
manual the claim is not recognized as legitimate.

requirements can not be a reason for complaint. Buyer is familiar with the properties of
