Voor gebruik dient u alle onderstaande instructies te lezen
om letsel en schade te voorkomen en om de beste resultaten
met het apparaat te bereiken. Bewaar deze handleiding op
een veilige plek. Mocht u dit apparaat aan iemand anders
overhandigen, dient u ook de gebruiksaanwijzing te
overhandigen.
In geval van schade die wordt veroorzaakt doordat de
gebruiker de instructies in deze gebruiksaanwijzing niet in
acht heeft genomen, komt de garantie te vervallen. De
fabrikant/importeur is niet aansprakelijk voor schade die
wordt veroorzaakt door het niet in acht nemen van de
gebruiksaanwijzing, door nalatig gebruik of gebruik dat niet
in overeenstemming is met de bepalingen van deze
gebruiksaanwijzing.
1. Trek altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact als er geen
toezicht op het apparaat is, en voordat u het in elkaar zet
of reinigt.
2. Dit apparaat mag niet door kinderen worden gebruikt.
Houd het apparaat en het snoer buiten het bereik van
kinderen.
3. Apparaten kunnen worden gebruikt door personen met
fysische, zintuiglijke of mentale beperkingen, of die het
ontbreekt aan ervaring en kennis, mits ze onder supervisie
staan of instructies hebben gekregen omtrent het veilige
gebruik van de apparaten en inzicht hebben in de risico's
die er aan zijn verbonden.

4. Laat kinderen niet met het apparaat spelen.
5. Als het snoer is beschadigd, moet het worden vervangen
door de fabrikant, zijn klantenservice of gelijksoortig
geschoolde personen om gevaar te vermijden.
6. Laat kinderen de blender niet gebruiken, als zij niet onder
toezicht staan.
7. Schakel het apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit het
stopcontact voordat u accessoires vervangt of de
bewegende onderdelen aanraakt.
8. Wees voorzichtig als u de scherpe messen hanteert, de
kom leeg maakt en tijdens het reinigen.
9. Door verkeerd gebruik bestaat een potentieel letselrisico.
10. Voordat u de stekker in het stopcontact steekt, dient u te
controleren of de stroom en de frequentie overeen komen
met de specificaties van het typeplaatje.
11. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact als het apparaat niet in
gebruik is en voordat u het apparaat reinigt.
12. Let op dat de stroomkabel niet over scherpe randen hangt
en niet in de buurt komt van hete voorwerpen en open
vuur.
13. Dompel het apparaat of de stekker niet onder in water of
andere vloeistoffen. Er bestaat levensgevaar als gevolg van
een elektrische schok!
14. Om de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen, dient u aan de
stekker zelf te trekken. Trek niet aan de stroomkabel.
15. Raak het apparaat niet aan als het in water is gevallen. Trek
de stekker uit het stopcontact, schakel het apparaat uit en
breng het ter reparatie naar een geautoriseerd
servicecenter.
16. Steek de stekker niet in het stopcontact en haal hem er
niet uit als u natte handen heeft.
17. Probeer nooit de behuizing van het apparaat te openen en
probeer nooit zelf het apparaat te repareren. Dit kan een
elektrische schok veroorzaken.

18. Laat het apparaat nooit onbeheerd achter wanneer het in
gebruik is.
19. Dit apparaat werd niet ontworpen voor commercieel
gebruik.
20. Gebruik het apparaat niet voor andere doeleinden dan het
beoogde doel.
21. Draai de kabel niet om het apparaat en buig hem niet.
22. Met het oog op de instructies voor de reiniging van de
oppervlakken die in contact komen met voedsel,
snelheidsinstellingen en gebruiksduur, dient u de
onderstaande paragraaf in de gebruiksaanwijzing te lezen.

VOOR INGEBRUIKNAME
1. Haal het apparaat voorzichtig uit de verpakking en verwijder alle verpakkingsmateriaal.
2. Reinig het toebehoren van uw apparaat in een warm sopje, spoel af en wrijf ze grondig droog voordat u ze in
gebruik neemt.
GEBRUIKSWIJZE
De mixer gebruiken: Is geschikt voor het mixen van groente en fruit.
1. Draai de motoreenheid met de klok mee om deze aan de roestvrijstalen staaf vast te maken: Zorg dat het
pijlpictogram naar het vergrendelingspictogram aan de kant van de verbinding is gericht.
2. Steek de stekker van de mixer in een gepast elektrisch stopcontact.
3. Laat de handmixer in het voedsel zakken. U kunt het apparaat in om het even welke kom of bakje gebruiken.
OPMERKING: De maximale inhoud van de maatbeker is 700ml. Het is ideaal voor het afmeten en het bereiden
van kleine hoeveelheden verwerkte levensmiddelen.
4. Stel de snelheidsregelaar in op de gewenste snelheidsstand en houd de aan/uit-knop vervolgens ingedrukt om
het apparaat in te schakelen. U kunt tevens de turboknop ingedrukt houden om extra snelheid aan het mixproces
toe te voegen.
5. Om het apparaat te stoppen, laat de aan/uit-knop los. Na gebruik, haal de stekker uit het stopcontact.
BELANGRIJK! Gebruik het apparaat niet gedurende een lange periode. De motor kan oververhitten. Gebruik het
apparaat niet langer dan 30 seconden ononderbroken. Wacht vervolgens 60 seconden voordat u het apparaat
opnieuw gebruikt.
De hakker gebruiken: Is geschikt voor het in stukken hakken van vlees of het bereiden van knoflookpuree.
1. Plaats de hakkom op een schoon en vlak oppervlak.
2. Installeer het roestvrijstalen hakmes in de hakkom. Zorg dat het stevig op de as van het voetstuk wordt
vastgemaakt. OPGELET! Het mes is zeer scherp. Wees voorzichtig om snijwonden te voorkomen. Houd het mes
altijd bij de kunststof schacht vast.
3. Plaats het voedsel in de kom en dek af met het deksel. Draai het deksel met de klok mee totdat het op zijn plaats
wordt vastgezet.
OPMERKING: Verwijder de botten uit het vlees, snij het vlees in kleine stukken en plaats vervolgens het vlees in
de kom. De maximale hoeveelheid vlees per hakbeurt mag niet meer dan 200g zijn. Houd rekening met het MAX
niveau dat op de kom is aangegeven.
4. Breng de motoreenheid op het deksel van de hakkom aan en draai de motoreenheid met de klok mee om deze
op het deksel vast te zetten. Zorg dat de pijl naar het vergrendelingspictogram is gericht.

5. Steek de stekker van het apparaat in een stopcontact. Stel de snelheidsregelaar op de gewenste snelheidsstand
in en houd de aan/uit-knop vervolgens ingedrukt om het apparaat in te schakelen. U kunt tevens de turboknop
ingedrukt houden om extra snelheid aan het hakproces toe te voegen.
6. Om het apparaat te stoppen, laat de aan/uit-knop los. Na gebruik, haal de stekker uit het stopcontact.
BELANGRIJK! Gebruik het apparaat niet gedurende een lange periode. De motor kan oververhitten. Gebruik het

OPGELET!
-Om het risico op letsel te beperken, maak eerst de kom stevig vast voordat u het mes op het voetstuk installeert.
-Zorg dat het deksel stevig vergrendeld is voordat u het apparaat inschakelt.
HET APPARAAT SCHOONMAKEN
1. Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en haal het apparaat uit elkaar.
2. Reinig de roestvrijstalen staaf onder stromend water. Gebruik geen agressieve schoonmaakmiddelen of
detergenten. Dompel de roestvrijstalen staaf niet in water daar dit op lange termijn het smeermiddel op de
lagers kan wegwassen. Na reiniging, plaats de staaf rechtop zodat eventueel water dat zich binnenin de staaf
bevindt kan wegstromen. De roestvrijstalen staaf is het enige dat in de vaatwasser gereinigd kan worden.
3. Was de maatbeker, de hakkom en het mes in een warm sopje. Maak ze niet in de vaatwasser schoon.
4. Veeg de motoreenheid af met een vochtige doek. Dompel de motoreenheid nooit in water daar dit een
elektrische schok kan veroorzaken.
5. Wrijf de onderdelen vervolgens grondig droog. Opgelet: De messen zijn zeer scherp. Wees voorzichtig.
Snelle reiniging:
Tussen twee bereidingen, houd de handmixer in de beker die voor de helft met water is gevuld en schakel het
apparaat gedurende enkele seconden in.
Recycling
Dit apparaat draagt het symbool voor gescheideninzameling van afgedankte elektrische en
elektronische apparatuur.
Het valt hierdoor onder de bepalingen van richtlijn 2012/19/EU die voorschrijft dat het gerecycled
dan wel ontmanteld moet worden teneinde het milieu te sparen.
U kunt u voor nadere inlichtingen wenden tot uw gemeente.
Elektronische producten die niet gescheiden worden ingezameld vormen een potentieel gevaar voor het milieu
en de volksgezondheid wegens de gevaarlijke stoffen die deze apparatuur bevat.
Kwaliteit
HEMA hecht grote waarde aan veiligheid en kwaliteit. We beschikken over een eigen laboratorium. Dit laboratorium
beoordeelt vóór opname in het assortiment, alle apparaten op elektrische veiligheid en gebruikseigenschappen.
Daarnaast bewaakt HEMA samen met de fabrikant de productkwaliteit.
Beveiliging
Het is mogelijk dat dit HEMA artikel voorzien is van een kunststof beveiligingsstrip. U vindt de strip dan aan de
onderzijde van het apparaat. Deze strip heeft geen invloed op de kwaliteit of werkwijze van het artikel en kan zonder
problemen worden verwijderd.

Storingen en reparatie
Bij een defect toestel, het apparaat ter reparatie aanbieden bij een Hema-vestiging.
Voer zelf geen reparaties uit aan het toestel.
Ingeval reparatie nodig is, kunt u het apparaat goed verpakt, bij voorkeur in de originele verpakking, inleveren bij
een Hema-vestiging. Indien binnen de garantietermijn, de garantiebon meebrengen.
Garantie
Garantietermijn is 2 jaar na de datum van aankoop.
Garantiebepalingen
HEMA kwaliteitsgarantie
HEMA garandeert dat het door u gekochte artikel aan de kwaliteit en eigenschappen voldoet die u ervan mag
verwachten. Deze garantiebepalingen gelden onverminderd de wettelijke rechten van de klant en zijn van
toepassing in alle landen waar HEMA vestigingen heeft.
Aanspraak op garantie
Als u aanspraak wenst te maken op garantie dan dient u het artikel samen met het aankoopbewijs in een van onze
vestigingen aan te bieden. De betreffende vestiging bepaalt dan of het artikel (door hetzelfde of een gelijkwaardig
artikel) wordt vervangen, binnen een redelijke termijn wordt gerepareerd of u uw aankoopbedrag terugkrijgt.
Verval van garantie
De garantie op het artikel vervalt indien het gebrek of defect is veroorzaakt door:
a) normale slijtage;
b) een gebeurtenis van buitenaf (bijvoorbeeld zand-, val- of vochtschade);
c) verkeerd of oneigenlijk gebruik; of
d) achterstallig of onjuist onderhoud, waaronder mede wordt verstaan een reparatie die niet op initiatief van
HEMA is verricht.
Deze opsomming is niet limitatief.
Extra zekerheid voor een goede keus
U mag het artikel binnen 30 dagen na aanschaf (mits onbeschadigd en met aankoopbewijs) ruilen of retourneren.

4. Les enfants ne doivent pas utiliser l'appareil comme un
jouet.
5. Si le câble d'alimentation est endommagé, il doit être
remplacé par le fabricant, son service après vente ou des
personnes de qualification similaire afin d'éviter un danger.
6. Ne pas laisser les enfants utiliser le mélangeur sans
surveillance.
7. Mettre l'appareil à l'arrêt et le déconnecter de
l’alimentation avant de changer les accessoires ou
d'approcher les parties qui sont mobiles lors du
fonctionnement.
8. Des précautions doivent être prises lors de la
manipulation des lames tranchantes, du vidage du bol et
pendant le nettoyage.
9. Une mauvaise utilisation peut entraîner des blessures.
10. Avant d’insérer la fiche de l’appareil dans une prise secteur,
vérifiez que la tension et la fréquence du secteur
correspondent aux spécifications indiquées sur la plaque
signalétique.
11. Débranchez la fiche électrique de la prise électrique quand
l’appareil n’est pas utilisé et avant de le nettoyer.
12. Veillez à ce que le cordon d’alimentation ne pende pas sur
des arêtes coupantes et maintenez-le éloigné des objets
chauds et des flammes nues.
13. N'immergez jamais l'appareil ou sa fiche dans de l'eau ni
dans aucun autre liquide. Cela peut provoquer un choc
électrique !
14. Pour débrancher la fiche de la prise, saisissez la fiche et
tirez-la hors de la prise. Ne tirez pas sur le cordon
d’alimentation.
15. Ne touchez pas l’appareil s’il tombe dans de l’eau.
Débranchez la fiche de la prise électrique, éteignez
l’appareil et rapportez-le au centre de réparation agréé
pour le faire réparer.

16. Ne branchez pas et ne débranchez pas l’appareil de la prise
électrique avec les mains mouillées.
17. N’essayez pas d’ouvrir le boîtier de l’appareil ni de réparer
l’appareil vous-même. Cela peut provoquer un choc
électrique.
18. Ne laissez jamais l'appareil sans surveillance quand il est
en fonctionnement.
19. Cet appareil n’est pas conçu pour un usage commercial.
20. N’utilisez pas cet appareil à un usage autre que celui pour
lequel il a été conçu.
21. N’enroulez pas le cordon d’alimentation autour de
l’appareil et ne le pliez pas.

AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
1. Déballez soigneusement l’appareil et retirez tous les matériaux d’emballage.
2. Lavez les accessoires de votre appareil à l’eau chaude et savonneuse, rincez-les et essuyez-les complètement
avant l’utilisation.
INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION
Utilisation du mixeur : Idéal pour mouliner des légumes et des fruits.
1. Tournez le bloc moteur dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour le verrouiller au pied mixeur en inox. Veillez
à ce que le symbole de la flèche pointe vers le symbole de verrouillage au niveau des joints.
2. Branchez le mixeur plongeant à une prise électrique appropriée.
3. Abaissez le mixeur plongeant dans les aliments à mouliner. Vous pouvez utiliser l’appareil avec n’importe quel
bol ou récipient alimentaire.
REMARQUE : La capacité maximale du bol gradué est de 700 ml. Il est idéal pour mesurer des quantités et pour
préparer de petites quantités d’aliments moulinés.
4. Utilisez le bouton de réglage de la vitesse pour sélectionner la vitesse souhaitée, puis enfoncez et restez appuyé
sur le bouton marche/arrêt pour démarrer l’appareil. Vous pouvez également enfoncer et rester appuyé sur le
bouton turbo pour augmenter la vitesse du moulinage temporairement.
5. Pour arrêter l’appareil, relâchez simplement le bouton marche/arrêt. Débranchez l’appareil après son utilisation.
IMPORTANT ! Ne faites pas fonctionner l’appareil continuellement pendant trop longtemps. Cela peut provoquer
une surchauffe du moteur. Ne laissez pas l’appareil fonctionner pendant plus de 30 secondes par cycle. Une durée
de repos d’au moins 60 secondes doit être respectée entre deux cycles consécutifs.
Utilisation du hachoir : Convient pour émincer la viande et faire de la purée d’ail.
1. Placez le bol du hachoir sur une surface propre et plane.
2. Installez la lame en inox dans le bol du hachoir. Assurez-vous qu’elle s’emboîte parfaitement sur l’arbre du socle.
ATTENTION ! La lame est très coupante. Maniez-la avec prudence afin d’éviter toute coupure. Tenez-la toujours
par son manche en plastique.
3. Versez les aliments dans le bol et refermez le couvercle. Tournez le couvercle dans le sens des aiguilles d’une
montre pour le verrouiller sur le bol.
REMARQUE : Retirez les os de la viande, coupez la viande en petits morceaux, puis incorporez la viande au bol.
La quantité maximale de viande à ne pas dépasser est de 200 g par moulinage. Vérifiez le niveau MAX indiqué
sur le bol.

4. Installez le bloc moteur sur le couvercle du hachoir, tournez le bloc moteur dans le sens des aiguilles d’une
montre pour le verrouiller sur le couvercle. Veillez à ce que le symbole de la flèche pointe vers le symbole de
verrouillage.
5. Branchez l’appareil. Utilisez le bouton de réglage de la vitesse pour sélectionner la vitesse souhaitée, puis
enfoncez et restez appuyé sur le bouton marche/arrêt pour démarrer l’appareil. Vous pouvez également
enfoncer et rester appuyé sur le bouton turbo pour augmenter la vitesse du moulinage temporairement.
6. Pour arrêter l’appareil, relâchez simplement le bouton marche/arrêt. Débranchez l’appareil après son utilisation.

ATTENTION !
-Pour réduire le risque de blessure, ne placez jamais la lame de coupe sur le socle sans avoir correctement installé
le bol au préalable.
-Assurez-vous que le couvercle du hachoir est bien verrouillé sur le bol avant de démarrer l’appareil.
NETTOYER L’APPAREIL
1. Débranchez l’appareil, puis démontez-le.
2. Lavez le pied mixeur en inox à l’eau du robinet. N’utilisez pas de nettoyant ou de détergent abrasif. N’immergez
pas le pied mixeur en inox dans de l’eau, car cela pourrait enlever la lubrification des roulements avec le temps.
Après le nettoyage, mettez le pied en position debout pour que l’eau y ayant pénétré puisse s’écouler. Le pied
mixeur en inox est la seule pièce pouvant être lavée au lave-vaisselle.
3. Lavez le bol gradué, le bol du hachoir et la lame à l’eau chaude et savonneuse. Ne les mettez pas au lave-
vaisselle pour les nettoyer.
4. Essuyez le bloc moteur avec un chiffon humide. Ne l’immergez jamais dans de l’eau pour le nettoyer, car cela
peut provoquer un choc électrique.
5. Séchez complètement chacune des pièces après les avoir nettoyées. Attention : Les lames sont très coupantes.
Maniez-les avec prudence.
Nettoyage rapide :
Entre chaque cycle de moulinage, placez le mixeur plongeant dans un bol à moitié rempli d’eau et faites-le
fonctionner pendant quelques secondes.
Recyclage
Cet appareil est marqué du symbole du tri sélectif relatif aux déchets d’équipements électriques
et électroniques.
Cela signifie que ce produit doit être pris en charge par un système de collecte sélectif
conformément à la directive européenne 2012/19/EU afin de pouvoir soit être recyclé soit
démantelé afin de réduire tout impact sur l’environnement.

Sécurité
Il est possible que cet article HEMA soit pourvu d’une bande de protection en plastique. Cette bande se trouve en
dessous de l’appareil. Elle n’a aucune influence sur la qualité ou le fonctionnement de l'article et peut être enlevée
sans problème.
Réparation
Si une réparation est nécessaire, vous pouvez rapporter l’appareil, bien emballé, dans un magasin HEMA. S’il est
toujours sous garantie, il doit être accompagné du bon de garantie et du bon d’achat. Vous pouvez porter votre
appareil à réparer dans tous les magasins HEMA. Vérifiez régulièrement si le cordon n’est pas abîmé. Lorsque le
cordon est abîmé, faites réparer l’appareil dans un magasin Hema. Ne pas remplacer le cordon soi-même. Pour des
raisons de sécurité, il est conseillé de ne pas réparer soi-même des appareils électriques.
Garantie
La période de garantie est de 2 ans à compter de la date d'achat.

Réclamation au titre de la garantie

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before use make sure to read all of the below instructions in
order to avoid injury or damage, and to get the best results
from the appliance. Make sure to keep this manual in a safe
place. If you give or transfer this appliance to someone else
make sure to also include this manual.
In case of damage caused by user failing to follow the
instructions in this manual the warranty will be void. The
manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damages
caused by failure to follow the manual, a negligent use or use
not in accordance with the requirements of this manual.
1. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
2. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
3. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and if they understand the hazards involved.
4. Children shall not play with the appliance.
5. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
6. Do not allow children to use the blender without
supervision.

7. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply
before changing accessories or approaching parts that
move in use.
8. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting
blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
9. There is a potential risk of injuries from misuse.
10. Before inserting the plug into the mains socket, please
check that the voltage and frequency comply with the
specifications on the rating label.
11. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket when the
appliance is not in use and before cleaning.
12. Ensure that the mains cable is not hung over sharp edges
and keep it away from hot objects and open flames.
13. Do not immerse the appliance or the mains plug in water
or other liquids. There is danger to life due to electric
shock!
14. To remove the plug from the plug socket, pull the plug. Do
not pull the power cord.
15. Do not touch the appliance if it falls into water. Remove
the plug from its socket, turn off the appliance and send it
to an authorized service center for repair.
16. Do not plug or unplug the appliance from the electrical
outlet with a wet hand.
17. Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance, or to
repair the appliance yourself. This could cause electric
shock.
18. Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
19. This appliance is not designed for commercial use.
20. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
21. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not
bend it.

BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Carefully unpack the appliance and remove all packaging materials.
2. Clean the accessories of your appliance in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly before use.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Use of blender: It is suitable for blending vegetables and fruits.
1. Turn the motor unit clockwise to lock it with the stainless steel shaft. Make sure the arrow icon is pointing to
the locked icon on the joint side.
2. Plug in the hand-held blender to a suitable power outlet.
3. Lower the hand-held blender into food. You can operate the unit in any bowl or food container.
NOTE: The maximum capacity of the measuring cup is 700ml. It is ideal for taking measurements and also
suitable for preparing small quantities of processed food.
4. Use the adjustable speed control to select your desired speed setting, and then press and hold the on/off button
to run the appliance. You can also press and hold the turbo button to inject additional speed into the blending
process.
5. To stop working, just release the on/off button. After use, unplug the appliance.
IMPORTANT! Do not continuously operate the appliance too long. The motor may overheat. Do not allow the
appliance to operate more than 30 seconds at one time. 60 seconds rest time must be maintained between two
consecutive cycles.
Use of chopper: It is suitable for chopping meat and making garlic paste.
1. Place the copper bowl on a clean and level surface.
2. Assemble the stainless steel blade into the chopper bowl. Make sure it fits properly on the base shaft. CAUTION!
The blade is very sharp. Handle with care to avoid any cuts. Always handle the plastic shaft.
3. Place food into the bowl and cover with lid. Turn the lid clockwise to have it locked into place.
NOTE: Remove the bones of meat, cut meat into small pieces and then place the meat into the bowl. The
maximum quantity of meat cannot exceed 200g in every blending. Pay attention to the MAX level on the bowl.
4. Insert the motor unit onto the chopper lid; turn the motor unit clockwise to have it locked with the lid. Make
sure the arrow is pointing to the locked icon.
5. Plug in the appliance. Use the adjustable speed control to select your desired speed setting, and then press and
hold the on/off button to run the appliance. You can also press and hold the turbo button to inject additional
speed into the blending process.
6. To stop working, just release the on/off button. After use, unplug the appliance.

IMPORTANT! Do not continuously operate the appliance too long. The motor may overheat. Do not allow the

CAUTION!
-To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first putting bowl properly in place.
-Be sure the chopper lid is securely locked in place before operating the appliance.
CLEANING THE APPLIANCE
1. Unplug the appliance and then disassemble it.
2. Wash the stainless steel shaft under the running water. Do not use abrasive cleaner or detergent. Do not
immerse the stainless steel shaft in water as the lubrication on the bearings may be washed away over time.
After cleaning, place the shaft upright so that any water which may have got in can drain out. The stainless steel
shaft is the only part that can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
3. Wash the measuring cup, chopper bowl and blade in warm soapy water. Do not put them in a dishwasher for
cleaning purpose.
4. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for cleaning as electric shock may occur.
5. Dry parts thoroughly after cleaning. Caution: Blades are very sharp. Handle with care.
Quick cleaning:
Between processing tasks, hold the hand-held blender in the cup half filled with water and turn on for a few seconds.
Recycling
This product bears the selective sorting symbol for waste electrical and electronic equipment
(WEEE).
This means that this product must be handled pursuant to European Directive 2012/19/EU in
order to be recycled or dismantled to minimize its impact on the environment.
For further information, please contact your local or regional authorities.
Electronic products not included in the selective sorting process are potentially dangerous for the environment
and human heath due to the presence of hazardous substances.
Quality
Safety and quality is very important to HEMA. We have our own laboratory, which assesses all equipment in terms
of electrical safety and ease of use, before it is included in our range. HEMA also monitors the product quality in
collaboration with the manufacturer.
Security
This HEMA item may be fitted with a plastic anti-theft strip. You will find the strip on the bottom of the product.
This strip does not influence the quality or the operation of the product and can be removed without a problem.
Faults and repairs
If this device needs to be repaired, you can hand it in at a HEMA branch after packing the product securely. Do not
try to repair this product yourself. For repairs that fall within the warranty period, you will need to show a proof of
purchase and the warranty document. Regularly check the power cord for damage. If there is any damage to the
cord set, please return the item to a HEMA branch for repair. Do not try to replace it yourself. For safety reasons we
recommend that you do not carry out any repairs to an electrical device yourself.

Warranty claims
If you wish to make a warranty claim, please return the product with proof of purchase to one of our stores. The
store will determine whether to replace the product (with an identical or equivalent product), accept the product
for repair within a reasonable period of time or refund the price of the product.
Invalidation of warranty
The warranty on this article is invalidated if the fault or defect is caused by:
a) normal wear and tear
b) external damage (for example, damage caused by exposure to sand or moisture or due to falling of the
product, etc.)
c) improper or inappropriate use
d) overdue or incorrect maintenance, including repairs that were not authorised by HEMA
The above list does not exclude other possible reasons for defects not being covered by the warranty.

You may swap or return the product within 30 days after purchase (provided it is undamaged and you have proof of
