Toavoid electricalshock orproperty damage, move the
powerswitchtoOFFanddisconnectmaincircuit
breaker,or unplugcord at wallreceptacle.
POWERSWITCH 1. Removescrewsholdingbasecovertounitandremove.
2. Removethe switch mountingnut,locknut,andthe ON/OFF
plate,and remove the switch.
3. Placewireson new switch exactly as theywere onthe old
switch.
4. Replacemountingnut,ON/OFFplate,andlocknut,then
tighten.
LARGESPROCKET 1. Remove screws holding base cover to unit and remove.
2. Usinga 1/8”Allenwrench, removeouteraluminumwheel and
spacerfrom drive shaft.
3. Removemasterlinkfromchainand removechain.
4. Slidedrive shaft outandusinga3/32”Allenwrench,loosen
setscrewsandremovelargesprocket from drive shaft.
5. Replacelarge sprocket and assemble by reversing the
aboveorder.
Installnewsprocketon drive shaft at the same location
as old sprocket.
SMALLSPROCKET 1. Remove screws holding base cover to unit and remove.
2. Removemasterlinkfromchainand removechain.
3. Usinga 3/32”Allen wrench, loosen set screw and remove
smallsprocketfrommotor.
4. Installnew sprocket to motor.
MOTOR 1. Removescrews holding base cover to unit and remove.
2. Loosenwirenutfrommotorwiresandremovemotorwires.
3. Usinga 3/8” wrenchandaPhillipshead screwdriver, remove
fourscrews and nuts holding motor to base.
4. Installnew motor.
5. Placeoldfan blade on new motor.
Besure motor wires aresecure in wire nut. Use
electricaltape to hold nut.
