ご使用前に、本文および電源やドライバーの取扱説明書、注意書を
よくお読みになり、正しく安全にご使用ください。
CB-105 はハイオス電動ドライバー CL シリーズ、SS シリーズ、αシ
リーズの全てに使用できる制御専用のコントローラーです。MC-70L
との組み合わせでご使用ください。
■設置上の注意
●取扱説明書に指定された電源をご使用ください。
電源とドライバーとの組み合わせを間違わないようにしてくださ
い。
●CB-105 のアースを必ずお取りください。
●赤の配線は +、黒の配線は−の色同士の接続を間違わないでくだ
さい。
●コードの接続に市販のコネクタを使用する場合は、+ と−との逆
接続に注意して、定格電流を満足した物を使用してください。AC
コンセントや他の電源と誤挿入の可能性のあるコネクタは絶対に
使用しないでください。
●電源コードやドライバーコードを無理に引っ張ったり、重い物を
乗せたり、角のある物にこすったりしないでください。
●ドライバーコードや電源コードの着脱には、必ずプラグ部分を持
ち、しっかり着脱をしてください。
■使用上の注意
●万一、機能上の不具合が生じた場合には、むやみに分解しないで
修理にお出しください。
●使用しないときには、おおもとの電源スイッチを切ってください。
●アースは必ずお取りください。

CB-105 の接続方法
■多軸取り電源 MC-70L に接続する場合
（MC-70L とドライバーの接続可能台数）
●CL-2000/3000/4000、SS-3000/4000 は 20 台まで
●α-4500/5000 は 10 台まで
●CL-6000/6500/7000、SS-6500/7000 は 10 台まで
●α-6500 は５台まで
同時に操作ができます。
組立ラインに沿って架設された電源からの幹線ケーブルに、適宜の
間隔を置いて取り付けます。
①支線ケーブルについている端子（雌ギボシ）と、CB-105(SUB) の
端子（雄ギボシ）とを接続する。
ご注意：接続は同色の線同士をつないでください。
②CB-105 の出力コネクターに電動ドライバーコードのコネクターと
を接続させてください。

■取り付け金具について
CB-105 には２個の取り付け金具が付いています。使用前に本体に取
り付けてください。
金具は現場により、１個または２個ご利用ください。
金具の取り外しの場合は図のように指で押し上げてください。
■ CB-105 の設置について
CB-105 は図のようにドライバーコードの邪魔にならない場所を選ん
で設置してください。CB-105 は安定した作業台等に必ず固定してご
使用ください。
■中国 RoHS2 について
下記の表は中国 RoHS2 に関する表です。中国に輸出される場合で中
国税関から問合わせがある場合は、この表を提示してください。

Before using your equipment, please read this operation manual and that
of the HIOS Electric Screwdriver and power supply. Carefully follow the
instructions and heed all warnings to insure correct operation and safety.
The CB-105 Control Box can be used with all models in the CL series, SS
series and α series of HIOS electric screwdrivers.
Please use them in combination with MC-70L.
■Installation Warnings
󱾀
Following the instructions in the operation manual of the power supply
you are using. Take care to pair the screwdriver with an appropriate
power supply.
󱾀Be sure to ground CB-105.
󱾀
Connect the positively charged red cord and the negatively charged
black cord into sockets that have corresponding colors.
󱾀
When using a cord not specically designed for the screwdriver, be
careful not to insert the plus and minus plugs into the wrong sockets.
Also, be sure to use an appropriate power supply.
Don’t use cords intended for AC electrical outlets or other connectors
that have the possibility of causing problems.
󱾀
After connecting the electrical cord and the screwdriver’s connecting
cord, don’t unnecessarily tug on them, put them under heavy objects or
allow them to rub against sharp edges.
󱾀
When plugging and unplugging the screwdriver’s connecting cord and
the electrical cord, rmly grasp the plug portion of the cord.
■Usage Warnings
󱾀
If there is a malfunction, do not open the machine’s case and attempt to
do repairs on your own! Send the machine in for repairs.
󱾀When the machine is not used, turn o the main switch.
󱾀Be sure to ground the machine.

Connection Instructions for CB-105
■
When the power supply MC-70L is connected to various
screwdrivers, there is an upper limit to the number of
screwdrivers that can be simultaneously supported by
CB-105:
󱾀In the case of CL-2000, 3000, 4000, SS-3000 and 4000 a maximum of 20
󱾀In the case of α-4500 and 5000 a maximum of 10
󱾀In the case of CL-6000, 6500, 7000, SS-6500 and 7000 a maximum of 10
󱾀In the case of α-6500 a maximum of 5
Allow for adequate spacing when connecting trunk cables from assembly
line power supplies.
①Connect the terminal of the feeder cables (female bullet) to the
terminal of CB-105 (SUB) (male bullet).
Caution: Be sure to match colors for these connections.
②
Connect the screwdriver’s connector to the output connector of CB-105 (SUB).

■Attachment Plates
CB-105 comes with two attachment plates. Please attach one or both, as
attachment conditions require, before using. Removing the attachment
plates by pushing upward with the thumbs as shown in the diagram.

When using CB-105, be sure it is mounted on a level, stable platform. Be
sure it does not interfere with power cords, as shown in the diagram.
