ご使用前に、本文および電源やドライバーの取扱説明書、注意書
を良くお読みになり、正しく安全にご使用下さい。
CB-105はハイオス電動ドライバー CLシリーズ、SSシリー
ズ、α-シリーズの全てに使用できる制御専用のコントローラーで
す。MC-70Lとの組合せでご使用下さい。
■ 設置上の注意
1. 取扱説明書に指定された電源をご使用下さい。
電源とドライバーとの組合せを間違わないようにして下さ
い。
2. CB-105のアースを必ずお取り下さい。
3. 赤の配線は＋、黒の配線は−の色同士の接続を間違わない
で下さい。
4. コードの接続に市販のコネクタを使用する場合は、＋と−と
の逆接続に注意して、定格電流を満足した物を使用して下さ
い。ACコンセントや他の電源と誤挿入の可能性のあるコネク
タは絶対に使用しないで下さい。
5. 電源コードやドライバーコードを無理に引っ張ったり、重い
物を乗せたり、角のある物にこすったりしないで下さい。
6. ドライバーコードや電源コードの着脱には、必ずプラグ部分
を持ち、しっかり着脱をして下さい。
■ 使用上の注意
● 万一、機能上の不具合が生じた場合には、むやみに分解しな
いで修理にお出し下さい。
● 使用しないときには、おおもとの電源スイッチを切って下さ
い。
● アースは必ずお取り下さい。

●CB-105
CB-105 の接続方法
■ 多軸取り電源 MC-70Lに接続する場合
（MC-70Lとドライバーの接続可能台数）
•CL-2000、3000、4000、SS-3000、4000は20台まで
•α-4500、5000は10台まで
•CL-6000、6500、7000、SS-6500、7000は10台まで
•α-6500は５台まで
同時に操作ができます。
組立ラインに沿って架設された電源からの幹線ワイヤに、適宜の
間隔を置いて取り付けます。
(1) 支線ワイヤについている端子（雌ギボシ）と、CB-105
(SUB)の端子（雄ギボシ）とを接続する。
ご注意：接続は同色の線同士をつないで下さい。
(2) CB-105の出力コネクターに電動ドライバーコードのコネク
ターとを接続させて下さい。

■ 取り付け金具について
CB-105には２個の取り付け金具が付いています。使用前に本体に
取り付けて下さい。又、金具は現場により、１個又は２個ご利用下
さい。金具の取り外しの場合は図のように指で押し上げて下さい。
■ CB-105の設置について
CB-105は図のようにドライバーコードの邪魔にならない場所を選
んで設置して下さい。CB-105は安定した作業台等に必ず固定して
ご使用下さい。

Before using your equipment, please read this operation
manual and that of the Hios Electric Screwdriver and power
supply. Carefully follow the instructions and heed all
warnings to insure correct operation and safety.
The CB-105 Control Box can be used with all models in the CL
series, SS series and αseries of Hios electric screwdrivers.
Please use them in combination with MC-70L.
■Installation Warnings
1. Following the instructions in the operation manual of the power
supply you are using. Take care to pair the screwdriver with
an appropriate power supply.
2. Be sure to ground CB-105.
3. Connect the positively charged red cord and the negatively
charged black cord into sockets that have corresponding
colors.
4. When using a cord not specifically designed for the screwdriver,
be careful not to insert the plus and minus plugs into the wrong
sockets. Also, be sure to use an appropriate power supply.
Don't use cords intended for AC electrical outlets or other
connectors that have the possibility of causing problems.
5. After connecting the electrical cord and the screwdriver's
connecting cord, don't unnecessarily tug on them, put them
under heavy objects or allow them to rub against sharp edges.
6. When plugging and unplugging the screwdriver's connecting
cord and the electrical cord, firmly grasp the plug portion of
the cord.
■Usage Warnings
●If there is a malfunction, do NOT open the machine's case
and attempt to do repairs on your own! Send the machine in
for repairs.
●When the machine is not used, turn off the main switch.
●Be sure to ground the machine.


Connection Instructions for CB-105
■When the power supply MC-70L is connected to various
screwdrivers, there is an upper limit to the number of screw-
drivers that can be simultaneously supported by CB-105:
•In the case of CL-2000, 3000, 4000, SS-3000 and 4000
a maximum of 20
•In the case of α-4500 and 5000 a maximum of 10
•In the case of CL-6000, 6500, 7000, SS-6500 and 7000
a maximum of 10
•In the case of α-6500 a maximum of 5
Allow for adequate spacing when connecting main power wires
from assembly line power supplies.
(1) Connect the female terminals of branch wires to the male
terminals of CB-105 (SUB).
Caution: Be sure to match colors for these connections.
(2) Connect the electric screwdriver cord to the CB-105 output
connector.

CB-105 comes with two attachment plates. Please attach one or
both, as attachment conditions require, before using. Removing
the attachment plates by pushing upward with the thumbs as shown
in the diagram.

When using CB-105, be sure it is mounted on a level, stable
platform. Be sure it does not interfere with power cords, as shown
in the diagram.
