A.ThequalitycontrolsusedinthemanufactureofthisHolmes®product
aretoensureyoursatisfaction.
B.TheWarrantyRegistrationCardenclosedwiththisproductmustbe
completedandreturnedwithin10daysofpurchaseforyourWarranty
tobeeffective.ThisWarrantyappliesonlytotheoriginalpurchaserof
thisproduct.
C.ThisWarrantyappliesONLYtorepairorreplacementofanysupplied
ormanufacturedpartsofthisproductthat,uponinspectionbyHolmes
authorizedpersonnel,provestohavefailedinnormalusedueto
defectsinmaterialorworkmanship.Holmeswilldeterminewhetherto
repairorreplacetheunit.ThisWarrantydoesnotapplytoinstallation
expenses.
D.Operatingthisunitunderconditionsotherthanthoserecommended
oratvoltagesotherthanthevoltageindicatedontheunit,orattempt-
ingtoserviceormodifytheunit,willrenderthisWARRANTYVOID.
E.Unlessotherwiseproscribedbylaw,Holmesshallnotbeliableforany
personalinjury,propertyoranyincidentalorconsequentialdamages
ofanykind(includingwaterdamage)resultingfrommalfunctions,
defects,misuse,improperinstallationoralterationofthisproduct.
F.AllpartsofthisHolmesproductareguaranteedforaperiodof3year
asfollows:
1.Withinthefirst30daysfromdateofpurchase,thestorefromwhich
youpurchasedyourHolmesproductshouldreplacethisproductifitis
defectiveinmaterialorworkmanship(providedthestorehasin-stock
replacement.)
2.Withinthefirstthirty-sixmonthsfromdateofpurchase,subjecttothe
conditionsinparagraphH,Holmeswillrepairorreplacetheproductif
itisdefectiveinmaterialorworkmanshipprovidingitisreturnedto
Holmes,freightprepaid,withPROOFOFPURCHASEdate,together
with$5.00forreturnshippingandhandlingcharges.

H.IMPORTANTRETURNINSTRUCTIONSYourwarrantydependsonyour

c)your$5.00checkforreturnshippingandhandling,and

warrantiesandotherrightsandremediescontainedinanyapplicableleg-
islation.Totheextentthatanyprovisionofthiswarrantyisinconsistent
