ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
7.5ft Toasty Tinsel LED Santa with JOY Sign
USEANDCAREGUIDE
PLANNING ASSEMBLY
Carefully remove all the parts from the box and place them on the ground. Many
parts are connected by the lighting string that runs throughout the item. Take special
care not to pull, cut or damage the lighting string. Read the entire manual prior to
assembly and identify all the parts included in the package against the parts list. It is
recommended to assemble parts of the product while laying flat on the ground
versus standing the item up to assemble the parts. If any parts are missing or
damaged do not attempt assembly but contact our customer service center.
*Assembly of this product may require more than one person.
Pre-Operation
CAUTION:Grasp the plug to insert or remove from the power source.
Do not unplug by pulling on cord.
CAUTION:The lighting string on this product is rated at 31.2 Watts (0.26
Amps). Do not overload. Do not connect to another lighting string, decorative outfit or
other electrical products. Before you use or re-use this product inspect it carefully.
Discard or return to place of purchase with purchase receipt if the product has cuts,
damage, frayed wire insulation on cords, cracks in the socket enclosures, loose
connections, exposed copper wire or other obvious damage.
CareandCleaning
a. Carefully remove the product from wherever it is placed. This helps to avoid any
undue strain or stress on the product connections and wires. If the product is placed
somewhere other than the ground it should be well secured and flat.
b. Carefully disassemble the unit taking caution not to cut any electrical wires.
c. Wipe the unit with a damp cloth and allow the unit to dry before storing.
d. Store the product neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.
Trouble Shooting
a. Ensure that the floor or surface that the item sits on is flat and level
b. Be sure to plug the item correctly to a wall outlet or a UL Listed Power Cord
c. Ensure all parts are assembled properly per the Instruction Manual
d. If the item does not light check for loose or broken bulbs and connections
e. Do not plug into other electrical items
f. If the item has multiple Light String Cords be sure to plug in all cords
g. Check for Broken or Burned Out Fuse In Plug
Guarantee
What is Covered
The product is intended for residential seasonal use for 90 days per year. This
product is covered by a 90 days limited guarantee due to defects in material and
workmanship. Return the product with purchase receipts to the location of purchase
for refund within 90 days of purchase.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover commercial use, normal wear and tear, products not
used in accordance with directions provided on or with the product, burn out of bulbs
or LEDS, batteries, products that have been subjected to unauthorized repair and/or
modification and damage caused by shipping and improper handling, alterations,
misuse, in store display models or accidents. Questions, problems, missing parts?

SSEMBLY
1 Assembling the Base Stand to the Leg/Foot
Insert the connecting rods on the bottom of each Leg/Foot (F) into the
matching connecting holes on the Base Stand (G).
2 Assembling the Body
Note: Attach the electrical plugs from the two Body Halves (E) together.
Align the two Halves of Body (E) with each other and insert the connecting
rods on one half into the connecting holes on the other half and fasten
together at the connecting loops with Plastic Ties (M).
3 Assembling the Leg/Foot to the Body
Note: Plug in the electrical cord from the Body (E) into the electrical plug
on the Leg/Foot (F) then tuck the cord inside the Body. Insert the
connecting rods on the top of each Leg/Foot (F) into the matching
connecting holes on the bottom of the Body (E) and fasten together at
the connecting loops with Plastic Ties (M).
4 Assembling the Arms/Hands to the Body
Insert the connecting rods on each Arm/Hand (D) into the matching
connecting holes on the sides of the Body (E) then fasten together at the
connecting loops with the Bolt & WingNut (L) and Plastic Ties (M) Note:
The Right Arm is the higher waving arm.
5 Assembling the Hat and Nose
Insert the connecting rods of Nose/Mustache (C) into the matching
connecting holes on the Head (B). Insert the connecting rods on the
Hat (A) into the holes at the top of the Head (B) and fasten together
at the connecting loops with Plastic Ties (M).
6 Assembling the Plug and Head
Note: Plug in the electrical cord attached to the Head (B) into the electrical
cord attached to the Body (E) then insert the connecting rods on the
bottom of the Head (B) into the connecting holes at the top of the Body
(E) and fasten together at the connecting loops with Plastic Ties (M).

7 Assembling the Letter Y
Insert the connecting rods on the bottom of the Letter Y (J) into the
matching connecting hole on the Base Stand (G) and Body (E) then
fasten together at the connecting loops with Plastic Tie (M).
8 Assembling the Letter J & O
Insert the connecting rods on the Letter J and Letter O (H,I) into the
matching connecting holes on the Arms/Hands (D) and Body (E) per
diagram. Fasten the Letter O and RightArm together at the connecting
loop with the Plastic Tie (M).
9 Securing the Letter J
Fasten the Letter J (H) and Right Hand (D) together at the connecting
loops with Plastic Ties (M).
10 Assembling the Strings and Ground Stakes
Hook the plastic clipped end of eachAnchoring String (K) onto the
connecting loops by the shoulders on the Body; Attach the looped end of
the Anchoring String (K) to the hook on the Ground Stakes (N). Pull the
Anchoring String with Ground Stake out and away evenly from the Santa
then insert the Ground Stake into the ground. With the remaining Ground
Stakes insert the hook on the Ground Stakes over the metal frame at four
corners of the Base Stand then press the Ground Stake firmly into the
ground.
