□Stone countertops (Granite,Marble, etc.) are
surprisingly resilient to stains and scratches. However,
as a preventative measure, any spillson the stone
surfacesshould be wiped up within a reasonable
amount of time.Do not let liquidsiton the stone
overnight.Stones are most prone to staining by oil
and acid, sobe sureto blot these spillsup as soon as
they happen. Follow up by cleaning the stone with a
mild non-abrasive soap and water.
□Be sureto checkall packing materialscarefullyfor
small parts that may have come looseinside the
cartonduring shipment. If partsare missing,contact

Pre-assembly
PLANNING ASSEMBLY
To ensure your installationgoes smoothly,please read these instructionscarefully and review the recommended tools
and hardware beforeyou begin.
To remove the old vanity(if applicable):1) Turn off the water supply and drain out. 2) Disconnect the supplylines from the
faucet.
3) Remove the old vanity topand vanity.Ifthe new vanity isnot installedimmediately, temporarilystuffa rag intothe
drain pipes.
Usinga level locateany uneven floor and/ or wall areas where your vanity will be installed. Unevenness cancause your
vanity to become
misalignedresultingintwistingof the cabinet. Repair any uneven areas by reducinghigh spots or shimminglow spots.

Applybacksplash sealant
□Place the vanity with top (A) in the desiredposition
taking into account thelocationof your plumbing.
□Make surethe vanitytop is flush againstthe wall.
□Adjust the leg levelersso the vanitywith top (A) is
level.
□Clear backsplash(B) of all debris before applying
clear siliconsealant (not included).
□Apply a few thin beads of sealant to unpolished
back and bottom edge of the backsplash(B).
3 Install the backsplash
□Set unpolished bottomedge of backsplash(B)on thevanity
counter top (A) and press gently againstwall and down on the
top.
□Remove any excess sealant from the wall and the vanitytop.

□To maintain thebeauty of thefurniturefinish,avoid placingthe vanityin directsunlight.
□Avoidexposing the vanity comboto extremetemperaturesby installingaway fromheat and air vents.
Care and Cleaning
Countertop Care
□Rinse vanity top withclean, hot water when needed.
□Blot spills quickly, and wash with mild soapand warm water.
□Clean the surfacewith a glasscleaner or other household cleansersthat are non-abrasive
□Remove oil-basedstainswith acetone, mineral spirits, orammonia.
□Organicstainslike coffee,tea, or juice can be removedwith hydrogen peroxide, mixed with a few drops of
ammonia
□Water spots or rings canbe removed by buffing the spots gentlywith 00-gauge steel wool.
□Small nicksand scratches canoftenbe removedthe same way.
□Larger scratches, chips,andresilientstains may require professionalhelp. Please contact your local stonemason
for details.
□Your vanitytop was sealed at the factory,but reapplicationis necessaryovertime. How often is determined by
the quality of the sealer used, and the frequencyof use. We recommendusing apenetrating non-toxic sealer for
best results.
Cabinet Care
□Dust the vanity frequently with a clean, soft,dry,lint-free cloth,as well as polish it on a regularbasis.
□Clean up excess water and spillsimmediately.Use a blottingrather than a wiping action. Water leftover for along
period of time willcause white spots in the finish.
□Clean the surfaceby rubbing in the direction of the grain.Use furniturecleaners or polishes recommended by
your local hardware store,following manufacturer'sapplicationand cleaning instructions. Avoidusing silicone
cleaners and waxes.
