INTRODUCTION
The LS100 isan intruderalarm and chimeintegratedsystem specifically designed to
protectyour home. Itisa simple to use,easy to installunit. No special tool or training
is required and all mountingsupplies are included, so thatusers candoitby
themselves.

Howto operate
Usethe slide switch to select HOME, OFF, andOUT mode.
At HOMEmode, the alarmwillsoundimmediatelywhen the door is opened.
AtOUT mode, when the door is opened,there isa 10 secondsdelaybefore the
alarmsounds. The user may enter the PIN within the delaytime to avoid the
alarmbeingactivated.(There isa short Beep to indicate the exitdelay is over
and the system is armed)
AtOFF mode, an entrychime (2 "Ding-Dong") willsoundwhen the door is
opened.
The user may disablethisChimefunction by pulling outthe "JUMPER". (As
shown onthePCB diagram) (Factory defaultsetting is with the "Chime" on)

A) Turn on Alarm System whileExiting the House
1) Push the slideswitch to "OUT"position.
2) Close the door and leave the housewithin 10 seconds.

B) Switch off Alarm System whenEntering the House
1) Enteryour own four-digit PIN numberwithin 10 seconds.(Note: The factory preset PIN
no. is"12 3 4".To change the PIN, please see procedure "E")

C) WhenInside the House
1) Push the slideswitch to "HOME"position.
2) MagneticSwitch is activated to protectyourhouse

D) PanicAlarm
PressButtons "1"and"9" together,alarm will soundimmediately. (In case of
emergency)

User is highlyrecommended to change thePIN numberwhenusing itforthefirst time A/*
1) Push the slideswitch to "OFF" position. VS—
2) Key in the PIN numbers as follows: HOME

F) Alarm Hold
After MagneticSwitch was triggered and continuedsounding for1.5 minutes, the AlarmHold
Light (Red LED Indication) turns on.Tomm off theRedLED Indication, doas follows
1) Push the slideswitch to "OFF' position.
2) Press Button "0".Thenwait for5 seconds.HOME

Installation
1) Mounting of back-plate
a. Markholes onthe wallnear the doorwith the back-plate.
b. Then usethe screwsprovided to hang onthe back-plate.

2) Installation of MainUnit
a. Makesure the SlideSwitch isonOFF position.
b. Install the9V batteryinto the batteryapartment ofthe Mainunit

c. Secure the MainUnit top case / PCB
onto the back-plate.

3)Fixthe MainUnit top case / PCB with
the two screws atthe base.
4) Installation of DoorContactMagneticSwitch.
Fixthe magnet onthe door,align it with the MainUnit so that itisno morethan
1 Omm apart fromthe left or rightside ofthe mainunitwhen the door is closed.

Indications:
• Alarm hold indication - Redled blinks once every second.
• Low batteryindication - Redled blinksonceevery 4 seconds.
• Modechange - Redled blinksonce
• N ormal condition - Noledon
• Negativeresponse - One longbeep
Note: 1. Pressing the valid four-digit PIN number can stop any alarm.
2.Redled blinks once per4 secondsindicatesthat itisin low batterysituation.Replace a new battery
according tothe Installation section.
3. In case you forget thePIN number, take off the battery and replace it again after a couple of minutes.
Thisrestores thePIN number tothe factorydefaultsetting (123 4).
