This cleaner must be operated in accordance with these instructions and used only for domestic
household cleaning to re
move DRY dirt and dust from household carpets,fl oor ing, walls and fabrics.
This cleaner is not fit to be used as an industrial cleaner hence willvoid the manufacturer's warranty if

Important
Always switch the cleaner off and remove the plug from the electricity supply before cleaning your
appliance,when not in use, or att
emp ting any maintenance task. The cleaner must only be co nnected to
an AC supply at the voltage shown on the rating plate.This cleaner should only be used for its intended
pur pose as described in these instructions.
Precautionary measures:
1. Do not operate the vacuum cleanertoo close to heaters, radiators, and other
hot surfaces.
2. Before inserting the plug into the wall,make sureyour hand is dry.
3. Before turning on the vacuum cleaner, remove any large or sharp objects from the
floor or cleaning surface inorder to prevent damage to thefilter.
4. When you want to pullthe plug from the wall,do
not use the power cable, gently
pullthe plug from the powersocket.
5. Do not use vacuum cleaner to pick up water or liquids.
6. If the hose inlet, combination floor tool or telescopic tube are blocked, you should
switch off the cleaner straight awayand remove from mains power. First clear the
blocked substance before attempting to start the vacuum cleaner again.

Assembling the Vacuum Cleaner
IMPORTANT! Always remove the plug from the power socket before fitting or
removing accessories! Do not exceed the red mark when pulling out the cord.
The yellow
mark shows the ideal cable length.
1. Connect thehose to thecleanerat thehoseinlet.
2. Insert the tube into the combination floor tool.
3. Fit theother end of the tube to the handle.
4. Do not extend the power cablebeyond the yellow mark.
5. Pressthe On/Off button to turnthe cleaner on.
6. Suction can be varied byopening or closing the airrelief valve.

Maintenance
WARNING! Ensure the cleaneris not connected to the mains powers supply
when performing any maintenance duties.
Emptying the dust container
1. To empt y the dust bin, lift the dust canister handle
upward and pull the canister awayfrom the main body
of the unit.
2. Hold the canister over a dust bin and push the dust
canister release button to release the base flap. Dirt and
dust willfall into the dust bin.
Cleaning the HEPA and sponge filters
1. To clean the HEPA filter and sponge filter, turn the canister cover
anti-clo
ckwi se and remove from the canister. •

Remo ve the HEPA and sponge filters and remove the
tra
pped dirt by tapping the filters against the dust bin.

Cleaning the cyclone separator
1. Toclean the cyclone separator,grip the handles and pull
upward. '
2. Oncethe cyclone separatoristaken out of the machine
you can disassemble the
two components by turning
the botton section anti clockwise
3. Remove the dirt trapped in the cyclone, by wiping it with
a cloth .

Combination Floor Tool
Idealfor daily cleaning on carpets
and hard floors.
Note: The combination
floor tool mightbe difficult
to move on some carpet,
adjust suction control slide to
reduce the power.
Crevice Tool
The 2 in 1 dusting brush and crevice tool can be
a
ttac hed to the b ott om end of the telescopic tube
for cleaning hard to reach places.It is ideal for
cleaning blinds, book shelves, or lamp shades.
To use the dusting brush, rotate anti c
lockwise .
To use as a crevice tool, rotate clockwise until it
clicks into place.

Troubleshooting
Problems and Solutions

Fault Solution
- The cleaner will not tum on Check the powercable is inserted securely. Remove the plug from
the
pow er supply and then reinsert it into the power supply.
Check the on / off switch is in the "ON" position.
- The vacuum performance is deteriorating. Switch off the machine and disconnect it from the mains power
- The cleaner makes an abnormalsound supply. Empty the dust bin. Check the
app liance to ensure there
when switched on. is no blockage inside the fl
oor tool,rods and hose. Chec k the
appliance to ensure there is no blockageon the cone filter,and
the HEPA filter in the
dust bin.
-The cleaner stops during operation Check the power plug is connected to the mains power supply.
Let the machine cool
down for 30 minutes and restart it again.
