Power Key
Hold to switch to power off, power on, restart.
Press to switch your terminal to Sleep mode.
Press to wake up your terminal.
Home Key
Press to return to the Home Screen from any
application or screen.
Hold to see recently used applications.

Press to go to the previous screen.

Press or hold to turn the volume up or down.

Your terminal will tell you exactly what’s going on by showing you simple

Installing the SD
Switch off your terminal before installing or replacing the memory card.
1. Insert SD card into the tray and push it into the terminal.
Charging the Battery
When you first get your new terminal you’ll need to charge the battery.
Connect the adapter to the charger jack. Ensure that the adapter is inserted
with the correct orientation. Do not force the connector into the charger
jack.
Connect the charger to a standard AC wall outlet.
Disconnect the charger when the battery is fully charged.

Switching Your Terminal On/Off
Make sure the SD card is in your device and the battery is charged.
1. Hold Power Key to switch on your terminal.
2. To switch it off, hold Power Key to get the terminal options. Select
Power off.
Setting Up Your Terminal for the First Time
When you first power on your terminal after you purchase it or reset it
to factory settings (see chapter Sorting out Your Terminal Settings –
System –Reset options Settings), you need to do some settings before
using it.
Switching to Sleep Mode
To save battery power, Sleep Mode suspends your device to a
low-power-consumption state while the display is off. Your device also goes
into Sleep Mode by itself when the display is automatically turned off after a
certain period of time. You can start sleep mode by the following method.
Press Power Key to switch to Sleep Mode.
Waking Up Your Terminal
Press Power Key to activate your screen display.
Tap the icon, drag to the up.
NOTE: If you have set an unlock pattern, PIN or password for your
terminal (see chapter Sorting out Your Terminal Settings –Security &
location Settings) you’ll need to draw the pattern or enter the PIN/password
to unlock your screen.

Getting Around Your Terminal
Touch Control
You can use finger gestures to control your terminal. The controls on
your touch-screen change dynamically depending on the tasks you’re
performing.
Tap the buttons, icons, or applications to select items or to open
applications.
Flick the screen to scroll up, down, left or right.
Point, drag and drop to move particular items across the screen.
Double-tap the screen to zoom in/out an image.
NOTE: You can view the terminal screen in portrait or landscape
orientation simply by holding it upright or turning it on its side. Not all
screens are viewable in landscape.
Home Screen
In the Home screen, besides the shortcut icon is displayed, you can
also set your own wallpaper, add the widgets or application shortcuts you
need, or remove them as you like.
Choosing Your Wallpaper
Press Home Key to return to the Home Screen.
Long press the screen and select Wallpaper.
Tap Gallery, Wallpapers and choose the image you want to use as the
wallpaper. Some cropping may be needed for Gallery images.
Tap Set wallpaper.

Adding/ Removing items from Your Home Screen
Press Home Key > Slide up the home screen, In the list of applications,
touch and hold the icon Until the terminal vibrates and move the
application icon to the idle position, release the finger.
Press Home Key to return to the Home Screen.
Tap and hold the item you want to delete until the remove icon appears on
the top of the screen.
Drag the item to the Uninstall icon and release your finger when the item
turns orange.
RFID handle interaction
Scene one RFID mode
[Orange toggle switch] Up, the user clicks on the RFID scanning Demo to
enter the function interface. If the RFID module is in good contact and the
communication is normal, press the [orange trigger] to trigger the RFID
function.
※RFID indicator interactive description:
1. Start the RFID software, the blue indicator light on the RFID front end is
on;
2. Exit the RFID software, and the Bluetooth indicator on the RFID front end
is off.

Scene two Scan code mode
【Orange toggle switch】Down: In this state, press the 【Orange trigger】
to trigger the code scan.

Touch Input Settings
Choose the touch input settings by press Home key > Slide up the
home screen > settings > System > Language & input from Home
Screen.
In the Languages and Keyboard & input methods section, you can
choose the settings that you need.
Browsing Options
When you browse the Web, you can also do the following:
Press Menu Key > Bookmarks/History and select a bookmark or history to
open.
Press Menu Key > Settings to configure browser settings.
Using Bookmarks
If you know the Web address, you can manually add bookmarks. To
bookmark a web page, open it and tap Menu Key > Click the five-pointed
star to Save bookmarks.
Making the Most of Multimedia
Camera
Your terminal has camera function. Open it by pressing Home Key >
Slide up the home screen > Camera. Tap to take a picture. To view it,
just tap the picture in the right corner of the screen.

Play Music
You can play digital audio files from your terminal’s memory card in
Music. Before playing music, you need to copy music files to memory card
location.
Press Home Key > Slide up the home screen > Play Music to open the
Music Screen.
Click the Music Library > Playlist > music files to start playing.
Adjust the volume with Volume Keys.
Photos
Press Home Key > Slide up the home screen > Photos. You can
use Photos to view pictures and play videos. You can also do some basic
editing of your pictures –such as setting them as wallpaper or contact
photo, and sharing with friends.
Sorting out Your Terminal Settings
Applications
Press Home Key > Slide up the home screen > Settings > Apps &
notifications.
Display Settings
Press Home key > Slide up the home screen > Settings > Display, you
can adjust the display settings as you like:
Wallpaper: Set the wallpaper of the terminal.
Brightness: Adjust brightness of the screen.
Adaptive brightness: Rotate the screen display as you rotate the terminal.

Sleep: Set the delay for the screen to automatically turn off.
Sound Settings
By pressing Home Key > Slide up the home screen > Settings > Sound.
you can adjust the sound settings, such as ringtones, volume and vibrate.
Managing Your Device Memory
Press Home Key > Slide up the home screen > Settings > Storage.
You can view the space information of the SD card and the terminal
storage.
Unmount SD card: You can unmount the SD card to safely remove it.
Erase SD card: Erase all data on the SD card.
Special Settings
Press Home key > Slide up the home screen > Settings > Special
Settings, You can set up Floating Button quick scan, And block the Back
Button, Home Button, Menu Button.
Scan Settings
You can scan the bar code through the terminal's own scanning tool or the
client's own scanning program.
1.Press Home key > Slide up the home screen > Settings > Scan
Settings >SCAN SETTING;
2. General Settings can be carried out (Such as: Enable/Disable Scanner,
Sound Play, Vibrate, Auto enable scanner, Continue scan, Floating Button,
Indicator Light), OUTPUT SETTING (Send Mode Setting, End Char Setting,
Scan Timeout Setting, Scan Interval Time Setting, Prefix, Suffix), Bar
Setting.

※Frequently asked questions:
Scanning head laser light or fill light is not on, Please confirm
whether the scanning function is off. If it is off, Please go to
"settings > Scan settings > SCAN SETTING > Enable/Disable
Scanner" and turn the button switch on again.
Language Settings
You can change the language of your terminal system in two simple
steps.
Press Home key > Slide up the home screen > Settings >
System >Language & input > Language.
Select a language from the list given, Click and hold the language you want
to set and drag to the first position before releasing your finger.
Setting Date and Time
Press Home key > Slide up the home screen > Settings > System >
Date & time.
Tap Automatic Date & time and select Off if you want to set the time and
date by yourself.
Set date, time and change the other options.
Reset to Factory Settings
Press Home key > Slide up the home screen > Settings > System >
Reset options > Erase all data(factory reset) > RESET TERMINAL >
ERASE EVERYTHING.
WARNING: All your personal information and downloaded applications on
your terminal will be erased after the resetting.

Clock
Press Home key > Slide up the home screen > Clock, you can view
the clock or set the alarm.
Tap the top of the screen icon can be switched to the timer and
stopwatch functions from the clock interface.
Calculator
You can use the terminal directly perform simple mathematical
calculations.
1. Press Home Key > Slide up the home screen > Calculator.
2. Click the button corresponding with the calculator display, perform basic
arithmetic.
TIPS: Scientific computing advanced panel pop-up mode: calculator
interface click the right green edge, hidden mode: click the number area.
For Your Safety
General Safety
Don’t use at petrol stations.
Your terminal may produce
a bright or flashing light.
Small parts may cause a
choking.
Don’t dispose of your
terminal in fire.
Your terminal can produce a
loud sound.
Avoid contacting with
anything magnetic.

Keep away from
pacemakers and other
electronic medical devices.
Avoid extreme
temperatures.
Switch off when asked to in
hospitals and medical
facilities.
Avoid contacting with
liquids. Keep your terminal
dry.
Switch off when told to in
aircrafts and airports.
Don’t take your terminal
apart.
Switch off when near
explosive materials or
liquids.
Only use approved
accessories.
Don’t rely on your terminal
for emergency
communications.
To prevent possible hearing
damage, do not listen at
high volume levels for long
periods.
Distraction
Driving
Full attention must be given to driving at all times in order to reduce the
risk of an accident. Using a terminal while driving (even with a hands free
kit) can cause distraction and lead to an accident. You must comply with
local laws and regulations restricting the use of wireless devices while
driving.
Operating Machinery
Full attention must be given to operating the machinery in order to

reduce the risk of an accident.
Product Handling
General Statement on Handling and Use
You alone are responsible for how you use your terminal and any
consequences of its use.
You must always switch off your terminal wherever the use of a
terminal is prohibited. Use of your terminal is subject to safety measures
designed to protect users and their environment.
Always treat your terminal and its accessories with care and keep it in a
clean and dust-free place.
Do not expose your terminal or its accessories to open flames or lit tobacco
products.
Do not expose your terminal or its accessories to liquid, moisture or high
humidity.
Do not drop, throw or try to bend your terminal or its accessories.
Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or aerosols to clean the
device or its accessories.
Do not paint your terminal or its accessories.
Do not attempt to disassemble your terminal or its accessories, only
authorized personnel can do so.
Do not expose your terminal or its accessories to extreme temperatures,
minimum - [5] and maximum + [50] degrees Celsius.

Please check local regulations for disposal of electronic products.
Do not carry your terminal in your back pocket as it could break when you
sit down.
Small Children
Do not leave your terminal and its accessories within the reach of small
children or allow them to play with it.
They could hurt themselves or others, or could accidentally damage
the terminal.
Your terminal contains small parts with sharp edges that may cause an
injury or may become detached and create a choking hazard.
Demagnetization
To avoid the risk of demagnetization, do not allow electronic devices or
magnetic media close to your terminal for a long time.
Antenna
Do not touch the antenna unnecessarily.
Normal Use Position
When placing or receiving a terminal call, hold your terminal to your ear,
with the bottom towards your mouth.
Air Bags
Do not place a terminal in the area over an air bag or in the air bag
deployment area.
Store the terminal safely before driving your vehicle.

Seizures/ Blackouts
The terminal can produce a bright or flashing light.
Repetitive Motion Injuries
To minimize the risk of RSI when texting or playing games with your
terminal:
Do not grip the terminal too tightly.
Press the buttons lightly.
Use the special features which are designed to minimize the times of
pressing buttons, such as Message Templates and Predictive Text.
Take lots of breaks to stretch and relax.
Emergency Calls
This terminal, like any wireless terminal, operates using radio signals,
which cannot guarantee connection in all conditions. Therefore, you must
never rely solely on any wireless terminal for emergency communications.
Loud Noise
This terminal is capable of producing loud noises, which may damage
your hearing. Turn down the volume before using headterminals, Bluetooth
stereo headsets or other audio devices.
Terminal Heating
Your terminal may become warm during charging and during normal
use.
