cycles on and off with the compressor and electric
heater.
The indoor fan motors starts before the compressor
and stops after the compressor cycles off.
NOTE: Reverse cycle heating and the electric heater
no not run at the same time. In the following cases, it
is normal that the compressor does not operate.

FRONT DESK CONTROL
The unit is designed to work with a switch signal Front
Desk Control. The system is designed such that
the front desk control switch for a particular room is

desk control switches and wiring are provided by
others.

To Enable Front Desk Control, turn off power to the
unit and move the dipswitch to the down position.
If the front desk switch is open, the unit stops operating.
:KHQWKHIURQWGHVNFORVHVWKHLUVZLWFKWKH9$&
signal from the unit completes the circuit and tells the
unit to turn on and follow the commands of the unit/
remote thermostat.
