Machine’s Structure
The product is made up of work table, machine body, rotation drive part,
reversal drive part, electric system etc.
machine body:
The body is made of steel board by welding. There are two hooks for
lifting itself up on the flank of the body.
At the back of the body, there are connectors for power anode &cathode,
and there is adevice for checking current signals (It is used in automatic
welding.).
On one side of the body, there are two limited switches which can prevent
the work table from hitting the machine body. The limited switches have been
turned into the proper position in our factory.
rotation drive part:
It is driven by motor. And no-step speed regulation is made by LG
transducer. The output of the motor is reduced by two steps, and then it drives
the axle of the work table.
The motor adopts aself-locking specification that when the motor is
turned off the work table can not descend by the weight of the work piece or
itself.
It can be turned ±360° from left to right or right to left.
reversal drive part:
It is driven by motor with constant-speed. The output of the motor was
reduced two times with drive gear wheel and pole reducer, with large turning
torque, self-locking function and reliable positioning.
The reversal angle can be adjusted 120° from backward to forward referring
to the angle plat.
electric system
The electric system includes electric box and remote control box. Input
power is controlled by LG transducer, and output to driving motor. The
operator can control the machine start，stop，right turning，back turning，
reversal forward ，reversal backward ，speed regulating through the remote
control box.
Please pour lubrication in the reducer through the hole and lay on
lubrication to the surface of the rotation part before you operate the
machine at the first time. Time lubricating is necessary.
