1 Preface
This manual is for the correct installaon, use and maintenance of this
product. Read it carefully before using this product or carrying out
maintenance. Replace the manual immediately if lost.
This product has been designed to meet the requirements of relevant EC
direcves. To maintain this status, all installaon, repair and maintenance
work for this product is to be carried out by qualied personnel using only
original spare parts. Contact the nearest authorized distributor or Nederman
for advice on technical service and obtaining spare parts.
Nederman connuously improves its products’ design and eciency through
modicaons, and reserves the right to do so without introducing these
improvements to previously supplied products. Nederman also reserve the
right to, without previous noce, modify data and equipment as well as
operang and maintenance instrucons.
2 Noces
This document contains important informaon that is presented either as a
warning, cauon or note. See the following examples:
WARNING! Type of injury.
Warnings indicate a potenal hazard to the health and safety of personnel,
and how that hazard may be avoided.

3 Descripon
3.1 Funcon
See Figure 3.
1. Handel/combined lock for the coarse separator.
2. Coarse separator.

turns o when the lter is full (only units with automac mode).

parculate and requires changing as soon as possible to ensure maximum

4 Using Fume Eliminator
4.1 Operaon
See Figure 3.
4.1.1 Manual mode
Switch (3) to posion . The unit will now work connuously.
4.1.2 Automac mode
(only automac units) Switch (3) to AUTO posion. Place the welding cable,
or welding return cable in the cable holder (7). The unit will now funcon
when the welding arc is struck and cease operaon when the arc is broken. A
variable me delay (4) enables the operator to regulate the period of me the
fume eliminator connues to work aer the arc is broken.
5 Maintenance
Installaon, repair and maintenance work is to be carried out by qualied
personnel using only original Nederman spare parts. Contact your nearest
authorized distributor or Nederman for advice on technical service.
5.1 To change carbon brushes
WARNING! Risk of personal injuries.
• Remove plug from electricity supply before carrying out any work on the
motor unit.
• The carbon brushes is to only be replaced by a qualied electrician.
Instrucons for ng are included with every brush set.

5.1.1 Units with automac mode
See Figure 4. When removing motor assembly, please note posion of lter
indicator hoses (X). Care is to be taken when removing or re-ng the hoses
that the dierenal pressure guard is not damaged.
5.2 To change lter and empty the coarse separator
See Figure 3. A new lter needs to be ed when the sucon becomes
inadequate, or the indicator lamp is showing FILTER SERVICE (only units with
automac mode). The coarse separator usually needs to be emped only
when the lter is changed, but heavy use of some types of electrodes may call
for more frequent emptying.
How to do it:
1. Switch o the unit. Remove sucon hose.
2. Loosen the lter indicator hose (B) (only units with automac mode).
3. Turn down the handle (A) and remove the coarse separator (C). The
handle works as a lock for the coarse separator.
4. Pull out and dispose the old lter.
5. Insert a new lter.
6. Unscrew the locking screw (D) and remove outer part.
7. Empty the coarse separator.
8. Check the rubber seal around the separator for any signs of damage.
9. Reassemble the coarse separator. Lock with the handle.
NOTE! The coarse separator is locked partly when the handle is in up-right
posion, fully when it is turned down.
5.3 Spare parts
Contact your nearest authorized distributor or Nederman for advice
on technical service or if you require help with spare parts. See also
www.nederman.com. When ordering spare parts always state the following:
• Part number and control number (see the product idencaon plate).
• Detail number and name of the spare part (see www.nederman.com).
• Quanty of the parts required.
6 Recycling
The product has been designed for component materials to be recycled.
Its dierent material types must be handled according to relevant local
regulaons. Contact the distributor or Nederman if uncertaines arise when
scrapping the product at the end of its service life.

1 Úvod
Tento manuál je návodem na správnou montáž, použi a údržbu tohoto
produktu. Než začnete výrobek používat nebo zahájíte údržbu, prostudujte si
podrobně tento návod. Mějte tento návod vždy při ruce. Pokud se ztra, ihned
jej nahraďte.
Tento výrobek je konstruován tak, aby odpovídal požadavkům odpovídajícím
evropským nařízení. Aby to tak zůstalo, je třeba, aby byla instalace, opravy
i údržby prováděna kvalikovanými pracovníky za použi originálních dílů
společnos Nederman. Potřebujete-li pomoci nebo náhradní díly, kontaktujte
vašeho nejbližšího autorizovaného zástupce společnos Nederman.

3 Popis
3.1 Funkce

1. Rukojeu kombinovaná s pojistkou hrubého odlucovace.
2. Hrubý odlucovac.
3. Spínac.
4. T’asový spínac (pouze jednotky s automackým režimem).
5. Kontrolka oznamuje, že je napájena elektronika zařízení. Po zaplnění
ltru se světlo vypne (pouze jednotky s automackým režimem).
6. Kontrolka FILTER SERVICE oznamuje, že ltr je plný prachu vzniklého pŅi
svaŅování a vyžaduje co nejrychlejší výmďnu v zájmu udržení sacího
výkonu (pouze jednotky s automackým režimem).
7. Svorka pro svařovací nebo zemnicí kabel (pouze jednotky s automackým
režimem).

4 Použi Fume Eliminator
4.1 Provoz

4.1.1 Rucní režim
Prepnďte spínac (3) do polohy . Jednotka zacne pracovat nepretržitď.
4.1.2 Automacký režim
(pouze automacké jednotky) Přepněte spínač (3) do polohy AUTO. Nasaēte
svorku (7) na svarovací nebo zemnicí kabel. Jednotka se nyní zapne po

vytvorení oblouku a vypne se po jeho ukoncení. Obsluha muže nastavit
casovou prodlevu (4) mezi ukoncením oblouku a vypnum odsávání dýmu.
5 Údržba
Je třeba, aby byly instalace, opravy i údržby prováděny kvalikovanými
pracovníky za použi originálních dílů společnos Nederman. Kontaktujte
vašeho nejbližšího autorizovaného distributora nebo společnost Nederman pro
radu a technický servis.
5.1 V˘mìna uhlíkov˘ch kartácku
VÝSTRAHA! Riziko poranďní.
• Pred provádďním jakýchkoliv prací na motoru vytáhnďte zástrcku z
elektrické zásuvky.
• Uhlíkové kartácky smí vymďėovat pouze kvalikovaný elektrikár. Pokyny pro
výmďnu jsou priloženy ke každé sadď kartácku.
5.1.1 Jednotky s automackým režimem
Viz obrázek 4. Pri rozebírání motoru vďnujte pozornost umístďní hadic
indikátoru ltru (X). Pri odstraėování a zpďtné montáži hadic postupujte
opatrnď, aby nedošlo k poškození rozdílového tlakomďru.
5.2 V˘mûna ltru a vyprázdnûní hrubého odluãovaãe
Viz obrázek 3. Pokud již odsávání nemá dostatecný výkon nebo pokud se
rozsví kontrolka FILTER SERVICE (pouze u jednotek s automackým režimem),
je treba ltr vymďnit za nový. Hrubý odlucovac je obvykle treba vyprázdnit
s každou výmďnou ltru, ale casté používání nďkterých typu elektrod muže
vyžadovat vyprazdėování castďjší.
Postup práce:
1. Vypněte jednotku: Odpojte sací hadici.
2. Uvolněte hadici indikátoru ltru (B) (pouze jednotky s automackým
režimem).
3. Položte rukojeu (A) a vyjmďte hrubý odlucovac (C). Rukojeť slouží zároveň
jako pojistka hrubého odlučovače.
4. Vyjmďte a zlikvidujte použitý ltr.
5. Vložte nový ltr.
6. Vyšroubujte pojistný šroub (D) a sejmďte vnďjší cást.
7. Vyprázdněte hrubý odlučovač.
8. Zkontrolujte, zda není poškozeno gumové tďsnďní kolem odlucovace.
9. Znovu sestavte hrubý odlučovač. Zajistďte jej rukoje.
