OPERATION
Button control functions for the various Luxstat Wall
Switches:
Manual On/Off Control Button: Overrides the
Luxstat control module to provide manual on/off
control of lighting load.
Note: In addition to the Luxstat Dimming Controller
and Luxstat ON/OFF Controller, the Luxstat 1-
Button Manual On/Off Switch (p/n LUXSTATSW1)
can also be used with other Luxstat controllers
including the Luxstat Single Zone Controller (p/n
LUXSTATOCM1Z) and the Luxstat Day/Night
Controller (p/n LUXSTATDNCM).
Auto Button: Pressing the Auto Button puts the
LUXSTATDCM or LUXSTATOCM controller into
automatic operation mode. A pilot light in the button
will turn on when the system is in Automatic Mode.
I/O Button: Pressing the I/O Button with the
LUXSTATDCM or LUXSTATOCM controller in
Automatic Mode puts the system into Manual Mode.
While in Manual Mode, pressing the I/O Button will
turn the lights on and off. A pilot light in the button
will turn on when the system is in Manual Mode.
Dimming Buttons UP and DOWN: Used with the
LUXSTATDCM controller only. When pressed,
either of the buttons will put the LUXSTATDCM
into Manual Mode (I/O Button pilot light will turn
on). Press and hold the appropriate button to increase
or decrease the light level. When the desired light
level is reached, releasing the button will fix the light
level at that level until the Dimming buttons are
pressed again or the system is put into Automatic
Mode via pressing the Auto Button.
Note: Control features in the LUXSTATDCM sets
minimum and maximum light levels and other
options.
For additional information on switch functionality,
reference the applicable Luxstat control module
