1. Before usng ths product, please read, understand and follow all nstructons.
2. Do not exceed the total maxmum load capacty of 400lbs (180kg). The rated weght s based on a
unformly dstrbuted load.
3. Do not allow chldren to use the trolley wthout supervson.
4. Do not use ths cart to transport passengers.
5. Ths cart s not sutable for use on hghways or hgh-speed use.
6. Dstrbute the load evenly on the surface of the tray.
7. Do not place tems on the top edge of the tray.
8. If any parts are damaged, cracked or msplaced, please do not use the cart before replacng the parts.
9. Do not use the cart on the surface that wll damage the tres.
10. It s recommended to check each usage of the cart.

STEP2 :
Turn tray over ,place handles(2)
over bolts and lower onto Wedge.
STEP3 :
Make sure the holes n leg (3) are facng
the back of the tray and then place leg
over bolts and loosely attach to handle
wth nuts.Repeat for other leg .

STEP1 :
Push (12-13)through bottom of tray (1)and
through (5)Wedge.Repeat for second
Wedge.

STEP7 :
*Fully tighten all nuts
STEP 4 :
Place (4)acrossback of leg and loosely
attach usng bolts and nuts (15).
Repeat to attach the other end of the
leg brace to the other leg .

Use bolt and nuts(14)to attach
Nose guard(6)to front of handles
Attach axle bracket(8)to bottom of handle
using a bolt(14)pushed through the hole
closest to tray.Push second bolt(14)through
hole with tray brace(11)then through handle
Repeat for second axle bracket(8)
Slide axle(10)through into attached bracket(8)and
through wheel.Then push the flat washer(9)and used
cotter pin(16)locked.
