When the black manager’s Datatag is inserted into
the Datatag slot the display screen will show the
screen below. Removing the Datatag at any time
will exit the configuration and the Terminal will
return to standby mode. To access the required
menu press the corresponding key on the keypad.
When “1” is selected on the Main Menu screen the
screen below is shown. The total amount of fuel
drawn for each vehicle on the system is shown
along with its status (whether it has been locked
out of not). Pressing the CLR button on the
keypad will reset the totals. Press “0” on the
keypad to return to the Main Menu screen.

PRODUCT DIESEL GAS OIL
When “2” is selected on the Main Menu screen the
screen below is shown. NOTE: Options 5, 6 are
only present when the GREY ENGINEERS TAG is
inserted into the FC5. To access one of the six
options shown press the corresponding number on
the keypad. The time and date, when set, will be
displayed at the top of the main display screen in
standby mode. When a tank’s low level is reached
a warning will be shown on the main display screen
in standby mode alongside the relevant tank
details.
Press “0” on the keypad to return to the
Main Menu screen.
The
PUMP SETUP
screen is shown below. To
access this screen, press “5” from the SYSTEM
SETUP menu:
IMPORTANT: Please note that the “0 = BACK”
function is not available on this particular screen as
the “0” button changes the “MAG FACTOR” for
pump 2. You must remove the engineers tag to
save all inputted parameters.

The
TANK SETUP
screen is shown below. To
access this screen, press “6” from the SYSTEM
SETUP menu:
When “3” is selected on the Main Menu screen the
ID number of the Datatag to be configured must be
entered. The following screen will then be shown.
Use keypad keys 1 through to 9 to enter the
specific information for the Datatag. If only one
product is required enter the unused product as
NONE. Press “0” on the keypad to return to the
Main Menu screen.
EXPORT OPTIONS
1 = EXPORT TRANSACTIONS > 20082009.CSV
2 = RE-EXPORT ALL TRANSACTION FILES
3 = START NEW TRANSACTION FILE

When “4” is selected on the Main Menu screen the
screen below is shown. To export fuelling
transactions via the USB flash drive, insert the
USB pen into the FC05 Fuel Control Terminal and
press “1” on the keypad. All transactions stored in
the file after the date shown will be transferred to
the USB pen. To re-export all fuelling transactions
stored on in the FC05 Fuel Control Terminal (200
transactions max.) press “2” on the keypad.
To start a new fuelling transaction file press “3”.
The date shown alongside option “1 = Export
Transactions” will now change to the current date.
All fuelling transactions after this time will be stored
in this file until a new transaction file is created.
Press “0” on the keypad to return to the Main Menu
screen.
When “5” is selected on the Main Menu screen the
screen below is shown.
To update the stock level in the fuel storage tank
press the corresponding button on the keypad and
enter the amount of fuel in the tank.
This is carried out when a fuel delivery takes place.

2 = UPDATE TANK 2 > 1078L GASOIL
