spillson yourskinorclothing,immediatelywashwithsoapandwaterand changeyourclothes.
When operating or transporting the machine, be sure it is kept upright. If it tilts, fuel may leak from the carburetor or
fuel tank.
ENGINEANDMUFFLERMAY BEHOT
Placethemachineinaplace wherepedestriansorchildrenarenotlikelytotouchthemachine.
Avoidplacinganyflammablematerialsneartheexhaustoutletduringoperation.
Keepthemachineatleast1m(3ft)frombuildingsor otherequipment,ortheenginemayoverheat.
Avoidoperatingtheenginewithadustcover.
Besuretocarrythegeneratoronlybyitscarryinghandle.
Putthemachineontheflatground,forthemachineeliminatingheatfreely.

Neveroperatetheenginein rainorsnow.
Nevertouchthemachinewithwethands orelectricalshockwilloccur.

OIL WARNING SYSTEM
When the oil level falls below the lower level, the engine stops
automatically.Unlessyourefill withoil,the enginewillnotstartagain.
ENGINESWITCH
The engineswitchcontrolsthe ignitionsystem.
①RUN
Ignitioncircuitisswitchedon.Theenginecanbestarted.
②STOP
Ignitioncircuitis switched off.Theenginewillnot run.
③START
Startingcircuitisswitchedon.Thestartermotorstarts.
ECONOMY CONTROLSWITCH
When the economy control switch is turned ON, the economy control
unit control the engine speed according to the connected load. The
resultsarebetterfuelconnectionandlessnoise.
DC CIRCUITPROTECTOR
The DC circuit protector turns off automatically when the load exceeds
thegeneratorratedoutput.
CAUTION:
Reducetheloadto withinspecifiedgeneratorratedoutputiftheDC
circuitprotectorturnoff.
OUTPUT RESET
Push reset button for continuous 2 seconds, the generator will recover
the AC output when the generator stop AC output under overload
protect.
NOTE:
Please reduce theload of generator to ensurethat the total load is within
theratedpower.

PRE-OPERATIONCHECK
NOTE:
Pre-operation checks should be made each time the generator is
used.
CHECKENGINEFUEL
Makesurethereissufficientfuel inthetank.
Iffuel islow,refillwithunleadedautomotivegasoline.
Besuretouse thefuel filterscreenon thefuelfilterneck.
Recommendedfuel:Unleaded gasoline.
Fueltankcapacity: (seepage 17)
WARNING:
Donotrefilltankwhileengineisrunningorhot.
Closefuelcockbeforerefuelingwithfuel.
Be careful not to admit dust, dirt, water or other foreign objects into
fuel.
Donot fill above the top of the fuel filter or it may overflow when the
fuel heatsuplaterandexpands.
Wipe offspiltfuelthoroughlybefore starting engine.
Keepopenflamesaway.
CHECKENGINEOIL
Make sure the engine oil is at the upper level of the oil filler hole. Add oil
asnecessary.
Removeoil fillercap andcheckthe engineoillevel.
If oil level is below the lower level line, refill with suitable oil to upper
level line.Donotscrewin theoil fillercapwhencheckingoillevel.
Changeoilifcontaminated.

GROUND(Earth)
Makesuretoground(earth)thegenerator.
CONNETBATTERY
Loosenthescrewandremovethebatterycover.
Clampthe red wiretothe positive (+) terminal andthe black wire
to the negative (-) terminal of the battery. Do not reverse these
positions.
Besurethebatteryisinstalledonthebatterymounttray securely.
Installthecoverandtightenthescrew.
NOTE:
Recommendedbattery:12V18AH.
OPERATION
NOTE:
The generator has been shipped withoutengineoil. Fill with oil or it
willnotstart.
Donottiltthegeneratorwhenaddingengineoil.Thiscouldresultin
overfillinganddamagetotheengine.
STARTING THE ENGINE
NOTE:
Beforestartingtheengine,donotconnecttheelectricapparatus.
A Electric start
1. Turnthefuelcock levertotheONposition.
2. PulloutchokerodtotheCHOKEposition.
3. TurntheengineswitchtotheSTARTposition.

6. Warmuptheenginewithoutaloadforafewminutes.
B Remotestart
1. Please make sure the fuel shutoff valve to the ON position, the
choke rod to the RUN position, the engine switch to the RUN
position.
2. Pressthe buttonontheremotecontrol(keyfob)twice.
3. Pleasewait10secondsandrepeatagainifitcouldn’tstart.
4. Warmuptheenginewithoutaloadforafewminutes.
C ATS start
Pleasemakesurethefuel valve to the ON position,the choke lever
attheRUNposition,theengineswitchtotheRUNposition.
Connect the communication wire between the generator and ATS
unit
ConnectATSMAINSPOWERtotheelectricsupply grid
ConnectATSGENERATORPOWERtothegeneratorACoutput
ConnecthomeappliancestoATSOUTPUT
SwitchATSat thepositionof AUTO,whentheelectricsupplystops,
the generator would automatically started to power the home
appliances, when the electric supply goes normal, the generator
would stop automatically and the electric supply would power the
home appliances.
CAUTION:
Make surethereareenoughfuelinsidethe generator tank.
Make sure generator battery fully be charged and at least charged
eachtwomonths

USINGELECTRICPOWER
1. AC APPLICATION
(a) Check theACpilotlampforpropervoltage.
(b) Turn off the switch(es) of the electrical appliance(s) before
connectingtothegenerator.
(c) Inserttheplug(s)oftheelectricalappliance(s)intothereceptacle.
CAUTION:
Besuretheelectricapparatusisturned offbeforepluggingin.
Besurethetotalloadis withingeneratorratedoutput.
Besurethesocketloadcurrentiswithinsocketratedcurrent.
The economy control switch must be turned to OFF when using
electric devices that require a large starting current, such as a
compressororasubmergiblepump.

OVERLOADINDICATORLIGHT
The overload indicator light comes on when an overload of a connected
electricaldeviceis detected,theinverter unitoverheats, ortheACoutput
voltagerises.Theelectronicbreakerwill thenactivate,stoppingpowerto
the generation in order to protect the generator and any connected
electric devices. The overload indicator light (red) will turn on, then the
generatorwillstopoutput.Ifsopleasefollowthefollowingsteps:
(a) Turnoffany connectedelectricdevices
(b) Reduce the total wattage of connected electric devices within the
application range.
(c) Check for blockages in the cooling air inlet and around the control
unit. Ifany blockages arefound,remove.
(d) Afterchecking,push outputreset.
CAUTION:
The generatorAC outputautomaticallyresetswhentheengineisstoppedandthenrestarted.
The overload indicator light may come on for a few seconds at first when using electric devices that require a large
startingcurrent, suchasa compressoror asubmergiblepump.However,this isnot amalfunction.
