Before use always examine the glue gun, look for loose parts or
other objects, and bare or broken wires. If there are any defects
or distinct features on the device, interrupt the gluing procedure
immediately and have the glue gun repaired.
Work area environment should be considered. Keep work area
clean and well lit. Do not expose the gun to rain, in damp or wet
locations. Never use it in the proximity of highly inflammable or
potential explosive materials.
In order to avoid damaging the trigger, only pull this when the
glue has melted completely. Do not abuse the cord or carry tool
by cord or yank it to disconnect from receptacle. This will either
cause damage to the product or yourself. Keep cord from heat,
oil, and sharp edges.
Do not touch the nozzle or the hot glue. To avoid the risk of
burns do not touch the jet or hot glue. Do not let the hot glue
touch people or animals. If there is contact with skin immediately
put the affected area under cold running water.
The gun must be stood on its stand when not in use. It is
crucial that the glue gun is allowed to cool down completely on
the relevant stand before it is packed away.
Never attempt to use any material other than recommended
glue sticks, sealer, or caulk sticks in the glue gun. Do not
attempt to melt crayons or candles. Permanent damage to the
glue gun could result. Hot-melt adhesives can be used in place of
nails, staples, tapes, or liquid glue. However, they should not be
used to replace structural fastener where heavy loads are
involved.
Use only the accessories and attachments detailed in the
operating instructions, or those which are compatible with the
device.

The Glue gun uses a hot melt adhesive or hot glue (a form
of thermoplastic adhesive in solid cylindrical sticks). The gun
uses a continuous-duty heating element to melt the plastic glue,
which the user pushes through the gun with a mechanical trigger
mechanism on the gun.
Used for maintenance jobs around the house, light
woodworking/construction, flooring installation, window
installation, door installation, etc. Sometimes, where fasteners are
not used, hot melt provides a temporary bond.
It can add texture to home accessories, such as vases, picture
frames, tissue holders, and centre pieces.
Hot guns are light weight, easy to use, inexpensive (you already
know that for sure), but efficient and even better, it’s hot glue is
removable making it ideal for temporarily resizing small objects
without damaging it.

are available with the product.

Insert the glue stick into the rear of the heating duct (Stick
holding port). Allow the glue gun to heat approx. 3 to 4 minutes.
Press the feed trigger (3) to start and control the flow of glue.
Apply the glue in dots. Apply the glue in a zigzag line on flexible
material. Press both glued together work-pieces together
immediately after applying the glue for approx. 30 seconds. The
glued area is resilient after 5 minutes. Place the glue gun on its
stand leg (2) between gluing.
Pull the trigger until glue flows from the nozzle (1). Do not over-
apply. For better control and consistency of application, it is
advisable to use two fingers to pull the trigger.
Regulate the flow of the adhesive according to need by pressing
the trigger. Apply only as much glue as needed for your
application.
Allow glue to dry completely before moving your work to ensure
proper adhesion and reduce the risk of burns.
When the desired amount of glue has been applied, release the
trigger. Tilt the nozzle slightly to the side and carefully pull the
nozzle away from the object. This helps avoid strings of glue
clinging to the work.
Holding the glue gun too far from the intended surface may result
in applying glue to a surface other than your work piece or may
result in strings of glue between your work and the nozzle.
The glue gun will stop dispensing glue when the glue stick in the
holder is used up atmost. To refill the chamber, set the glue gun
down and insert another glue stick.
Always turn the switch to the OFF position when you are finished
using the glue gun. Set the glue gun on the stand on a protective
surface, such as a piece of paper, while the product cools to catch
possible glue drips.
GENERAL OPERATION
WARNING! Unless directions are followed, physical injury or
property damage may result.
Before applying glue to a surface or work piece, use a scrap
piece of paper or material that is similar to your work.
Refer specific instructions on page no. 6 before operation.

Keep the product clean. Do not use chemical, alkaline, abrasive
or other aggressive detergents or disinfectants to clean this
product as they might be harmful to its surfaces. Clean the
product with a dry cloth.
Always store the product in a place that is inaccessible to
children (They may consider it as a toy and the next thing it
could happen is obvious).
Keep feeding mechanism and melt chamber free from dirt and
other foreign debris.
Do not pull glue stick from the back of the glue gun. The feed
mechanism may be damaged or impaired. If you desire to change
types of glue, cut off the protruding end and feed the remainder
through with the new type of glue.
Replace the nozzle if glue drips excessively. Do not attempt to
change nozzle when glue is cold. To change, the gun must be
heated until the glue is softened enough to remove nozzle.
Glue Gun leaking: This is due to some non-critical factors can
contribute to leaking (such as incorrect temperature settings or
loose nozzles). This can be a sign that the internal dispensing
parts have worn out or have become damaged.
Temperature Gauge Issues: If your hot melt is too thin or too
tacky, despite being set to the right temperature, the temperature
regulating mechanisms may be broken.
Pneumatic Pressure Issues: You can gauge the pressure on many
pneumatic guns to ensure you aren’t overloading your tool.
Electrical Supply Failure: This is due to a damaged supply cord.
