This equipment is not intended for use by persons(including children) with

The normal function of the product may be disturbed by Strong Electro
Magnetic Interference. If so, simply reset the product to resume normal
operation by following the instruction manual. In case the function could
not resume, please use the product in other location.

PREPARATION
1. Insert the power cable into the power jack and connect to the main power.
2. Press the POWER SWITCH on the back panel to power on the unit.
STANDBY MODE
Press the STANDBY button to wake up the unit or turn to standby mode.
SELECT MODE
Press the MODE button to switch to one of the modes: Bluetooth (BT),
USB, Tuner or Aux.
VOLUME SETTING
Press the VOLUME+/- buttons to turn the volume to a comfortable level.
MUTE THE SOUND
Press the MUTE button on remote control to mute the sound. Press again
or press the VOLUME+/- buttons to resume the volume level.
SKIP TRACKS
Press the PREVIOUS /NEXT button on remote control or press and
hold the / button on the unit to skip to the previous or next track.
PLAY/PAUSE
Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to pause the playback, press again to
resume. Under the Tuner mode, press this button will perform station search.
DISPLAY
Press the DISPLAY button to turn on or off the display screen.
ACCELERATE THE MUSIC
In USB mode, press and hold the / button on remote control to fast
forward or reward the music (only for USB mode).
General operation

Bluetooth operation
1. Press the MODE button to switch to the Bluetooth mode, the indicator
flashes quickly.
2. The previous paired device will connect to speaker tower automatically
when each time changing to Bluetooth mode.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth device (e.g. phone) and enter the Bluetooth search
interface.
4. Search "ICES IBT-5" and pair it, input the password "0000" if necessary.
Then the indicator will light steadily.
5. If it still doesn't work, reset the Bluetooth and follow above steps again.
1. Power on the unit and insert a USB Flash Drive (not supplied) into the
USB port, ensuring the plug is fully inserted at the correct way.
2. Press the MODE button to switch to the USB mode.
3. The tower will play music from the USB automatically.
4. The maximum size of Flash Drive that can be connected is 32GB max.
5. The supported format for USB play is MP3.
6. The USB port also charges the inserted USB device
The USB power output is 5V---1A.

USB operation
Tuner operation
1. Adjust the FM antenna to get the best reception.
2. Press the MODE button to switch to the Tuner mode.
3. Press and hold the / button on the unit or press the / button
on remote control to skip to the previous or next station.
4. Press and hold the / button on remote control to skip to the previous
or next frequency of strongest reception.
5. Press the / button on remote control to tune the frequency by 0.1MHz.
6. Press the button on the main panel or press the SEARCH button on the
remote control to search the stations, press again to stop searching.
7. Store stations by buttons on the remote control: Press the / button to
select the station number. Press the / button to tune to the frequency
you would like to save. At last press and hold the SAVE button.

Use the 3.5mm-RCA Audio cable (included) to connect the unit with Disc
player/MP3 player/phone/computer or other music device.
1. Connect one end of the Audio cable to the R/L Audio-in Jack on the back
panel of the unit, then connect the other end to the MP3 player.
2. Press the MODE button to switch to Aux mode.
3. Control the playback by the MP3 player.
NOTE:
When Audio in and R/L Audio in are connected to music device at the same
time, the Audio in socket is priority to play, and the R/L Audio in sockets will
have no sound output.

Trouble shooting
Before taking the unit to be repaired, please check the following table when a
problem occurs. Consult your dealer or service center if the problem cannot
be solved with the following information.
(Power)
System does not turn on

- Make sure AC power plug is connected to the
wall socket outlet properly and it has power.
- If this does not help, leave the unit unplugged
before seeking advice.
- Insert new batteries.
- Aim remote directly towards the remote
sensor located in center of speaker.
- Check whether the speaker is in Off or
searching mode.
- Check whether there are other Bluetooth
receivers around your Bluetooth device. Turn
them off to avoid any disturbance. Attempt to
pair again.
- Check whether the distance between the
speaker and your Bluetooth device is out of
its working distance (10m).
- Check whether there are some obstacles
blocking the communication between the
speaker and the Bluetooth device.
- Move the speaker or the Bluetooth device to
get the best reception.
- Check the volume setting on both the
speaker and your Bluetooth device and
adjust the volume to a suitable level.

Befolgen Sie immer die grundlegenden Sicherheitsanweisungen für die

Allgemeine Bedienung
VORBEREITUNG
1. Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel mit der Netzbuchse und der Steckdose.
2. Drücken Sie den NETZSCHALTER auf der Rückseite, um das Gerät
einzuschalten.
STANDBY-MODUS
Drücken Sie die EIN/STANDBY- Taste, um in den Standby-Modus zu
wechseln oder das Gerät wieder einzuschalten.
AUSWAHLMODUS
Drücken Sie die MODUS- Taste, um in einen der folgenden Modi zu
wechseln: Bluetooth (BT), USB, Tuner oder Aux.
LAUTSTÄRKEEINSTELLUNG
Drücken Sie die LAUTSTÄRKE +/– Taste, um einen angenehmen
Lautstärkepegel einzustellen.
STUMMSCHALTEN DES SOUNDS
Drücken Sie die STUMM- Taste der Fernbedienung, um den Sound
stummzuschalten. Erneutes Drücken oder Drücken der LAUTSTÄRKE +/–
Taste setzt die Tonwiedergabe auf vorherigem Lautstärkepegel fort.
TITEL ÜBERSPRINGEN
Drücken Sie die VORHERIGER TITEL-/NÄCHSTER TITEL- Taste der
Fernbedienung oder halten Sie die /Taste der Lautsprechereinheit
gedrückt, um zum vorherigen oder nächsten Titel zu springen.
WIEDERGABE/PAUSE
Drücken Sie die WIEDERGABE/PAUSE- Taste, um die Wiedergabe zu
unterbrechen; erneutes Drücken setzt die Wiedergabe fort. Drücken Sie diese
Tasten im Tuner-Modus, um Radiostationen zu suchen.
ANZEIGE
Drücken Sie die ANZEIGE-Taste, um die Anzeige an- oder abzuschalten.
SCHNELLES VOR-/ZURÜCKSPULEN
Halten Sie im USB-Modus die / Taste der Fernbedienung gedrückt, um
die Musik (nur im USB-Modus) schnell vor- oder zurückzuspulen.

Bluetooth-Benutzung
1. Drücken Sie die MODUS- Taste, um in den Bluetooth-Modus zu
wechseln, die LED blinkt schnell.
2. Das vorherig verbundene Gerät wird automatisch bei Wechsel in den
Bluetooth-Modus mit dem Lautsprecherturm wiederverbunden.
3. Schalten Sie Ihr Bluetooth-Gerät (z. B. Handy) ein und wechseln Sie in
das Bluetooth-Suchmenü.
4. Suchen und verbinden Sie „ICES IBT-5“; geben Sie wenn notwendig das
Passwort „0000“ ein. Die LED leuchtet auf.
5. Falls die Verbindung fehlschlägt, setzen Sie die Bluetooth-Funktion zurück,
und wiederholen Sie die obenstehenden Schritte noch einmal.
USB-Benutzung
1. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein und stecken Sie ein USB-Speichermedium
(nicht mitgeliefert) in den USB-Port; vergewissern Sie sich, dass es
ordnungsgemäß verbunden ist.
2. Drücken Sie die MODUS- Taste, um in den USB-Modus zu wechseln.
3. Der Turm startet die Musikwiedergabe von USB-Speichermedien
automatisch.
4. Die maximal unterstützte Kapazität des USB-Speichermediums beträgt 32GB.
5. Das unterstützte Format für die USB-Wiedergabe ist MP3.
6. Der USB-Port lädt außerdem verbundene USB-Geräte, ausgenommen
Tablets, auf.
Der USB-Ladestrom beträgt 5 V 1 A.
Tuner-Bedienung
1. Richten Sie die FM-Antenne für den besten Empfang aus.
2. Drücken Sie die MODUS- Taste, um in den Tuner-Modus zu wechseln.
3. Drücken und Halten Sie die / Taste der Lautsprechereinheit oder
Drücken Sie die / Taste der Fernbedienung, um zur vorherigen bzw.
nächsten Station zu wechseln.
4. Drücken und Halten Sie die / Taste der Fernbedienung, um zur
vorherigen bzw. nächsten starken Frequenz zu wechseln.
5. Drücken Sie die /Taste der Fernbedienung, um die Frequenz in
0,1 MHz-Schritten feinabzustimmen.
6. Drücken Sie die Taste auf der Oberseite oder die SUCHE-Taste der
Fernbedienung, um nach Radiostationen zu suchen; erneutes Drücken
unterbricht die Suche.
7. Stationsspeicherung mittels der Fernbedienung: Drücken Sie die /
Taste, um eine Speichernummer auszuwählen. Drücken Sie die /
Taste, um die Frequenz, die Sie speichern möchten, einzustellen. Drücken
und Halten Sie zum Speichern die SPEICHERN-Taste.

Audio-Verwendung
Benutzen Sie das Audiokabel 3,5 mm-Klinke/Cinch (mitgeliefert), um die
Lautsprechereinheit mit einem CD-Player/MP3-Player/Handy/Computer oder
einem anderen Musikwiedergabegerät zu verbinden.
1. Verbinden Sie das eine Ende des Audiokabels mit dem Audioeingang
R/L auf der Rückseite der Lautsprechereinheit und das andere Ende mit
dem MP3-Player.
2. Drücken Sie die MODUS- Taste, um in den Aux-Modus zu wechseln.
3. Steuern Sie die Wiedergabe mit Ihrem MP3-Player.
BEMERKUNG:
Bei gleichzeitiger Verbindung des Audioeinganges und des Audioeinganges
R/L mit einem Musikwiedergabegerät erhält die Audioeingangsbuchse den
Vorzug, so dass die Audioeingangs-R/L-Buchse stummgeschalted wird.

Fehlerdiagnose
Bevor Sie die Lautsprechereinheit zur Reparatur bringen, überprüfen Sie bitte
folgende Tabelle bei Auftreten eines Fehlers. Kontaktieren Sie Ihren Händler
oder Ihr Servicecenter, wenn das Problem nicht mit den folgenden
Informationen gelöst werden kann.

-Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Netzstecker in der
Netzsteckdose steckt und diese Strom hat.
-Sollte dies nicht helfen, trennen Sie die
Lautsprechereinheit vom Netz, bevor Sie
Ratschlag suchen.

Keine Funktion oder
kurze Reichweite.
-Wechseln Sie die Batterien.
-Richten Sie die Fernbedienung direkt auf den
Fernbedienungssensor, der sich in der Mitte
des Turmes befindet.

-Überprüfen Sie, ob der Lautsprecher entweder
ausgeschaltet ist oder sich im Such-Modus
befindet.
-Überprüfen Sie, ob noch andere Bluetooth-
Empfänger in der Umgebung Ihres Bluetooth-
Gerätes vorhanden sind. Schalten Sie diese
aus, um Störungen vorzubeugen. Versuchen
Sie das Verbinden erneut.

-Überprüfen Sie, ob die Entfernung zwischen
dem Lautsprecher und dem Bluetooth-Gerät
zu groß ist (10 m).
-Überprüfen Sie, ob Hindernisse die
Kommunikation zwischen Lautsprecher und
Bluetooth-Gerät beeinträchtigen.
-Bewegen Sie den Lautsprecher oder das
Bluetooth-Gerät für bestmöglichsten Empfang.
Der Sound ist
verzerrt.
-Überprüfen Sie die Lautstärkeeinstellungen an
beiden Lautsprechern sowie Ihres Bluetooth-
Gerätes, und stellen Sie einen angemessenen
Lautstärkepegel ein.
