1. SAFETY WARNING
• This product is not recommended for children.
• Disconnect the chair before cleaning.
• Please pull out the AC power cord after use or before cleaning to avoid injury or damage to the product.
• Please operate this product according to the instructions in this manual.
• Use only accessories recommended by iComfort®.
• This product is designed for indoor use only.
• Recommended use time is 20 minutes or less.
• Please avoid use if the chair is damaged and call your iComfort® technician or dealer.
• Make sure the back of the chair is well ventilated and not obstructed.
• Please make sure small objects are not dropped into the chair mechanism.
• Use of this chair under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not recommended.
• Do not use wet hands to pull the AC cord.
• Do not spill liquids onto this product to avoid electric shock or cause damage to this product.
• Maintain your chair and avoid damaging the wires.
• Do not use a wet cloth to clean the electric parts.
• In the event of a power failure disconnect the chair.
• If the chair works abnormally, stop using it, disconnect the chair and call your iComfort® service technician
or customer service representative at 1-866-967-7333 ext 227.
• This chair should be used only in a well ventilated, normally dry and dust-free environment.
2. RESTRICTIONS
People with osteoporosis, heart disease and heart pacemakers, pregnancies, injuries or any other health-
related issues should consult their doctor before using this massage chair.
Stop immediately the use of this massage chair if you feel unwell and consult your doctor.

3. MAINTENANCE
• This product should only be maintained by iComfort® certified technicians. Otherwise, EBI reserves the right
to void the warranty.
• Disconnect the power cord after if you do not plan to use the chair for a long period.
• Make sure the wall outlet is in good working order before use.
• If this chair will not be used for an extended period of time, store in a dry and dustless environment.
• Avoid chair exposure to high temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Clean this product with a dry cloth. Do not use thinner, benzene or alcohol.
• When moving the chair on a wood floor, rough ground or in a narrow space two people should lift the chair
together.
• We recommend using the massage chair intermittently and not for long periods.
4. TROUBLESHOOTING
• It is normal for the motor to make noise while in use.
• If the controller doesn’t normally work, please check that the plug and socket are properly connected, and
the switch is turned on.
• When the programmed working time is over, the chair will power off automatically.
• After several uses, the chair might power off because of overheating. It can be used again after half an hour
of cooling time.
5. FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Enjoy the new iComfort® ic2000 massage chair. Its quad-rollers will massage your back while your neck is massaged by
another massage system. Very versatile, the iComfort® ic2000 massage chair reproduces over three massage actions
with the sensation of a professional massage in the comfort of your very own home! The footrest can be used to rest
your tired legs or flipped 180 degrees to have them massaged with an air pressure massage system. It includes
Bluetoothᵐᵈ activated music speakers. We also added the heat massage feature for extra massage convenience and
comfort.
6. INSTALLATION
The ic2000 massage chair comes partly assembled.
• Assemble this massage chair according to the installation instructions provided in this guide.
• Check the parts list carefully to make sure nothing is missing.
• Sitting in the massage chair before it is completely assembled could result in permanent damage to
the chair and personal injury.
• This massage chair is equipped with a cord having a grounding conductor. The cord must be
plugged into an appropriate AC wall outlet.
• If the massage chair fuse is burned out, please use the chair’s main On/Off button to turn it off and
unplug the AC power cord. You can unscrew the fuse located in the switch box at the bottom right of
the chair in the back.
Use a same size and type of fuse to replace the old one and then cover the lid.

Unpacking
1) Remove the massage chair, cushions and accessories from the main box.
2) Remove all plastic wraps.

3) Cup holder installation
Take the chair out of the packing carton (Figure 1). Take out the cup holder support bracket
from the accessory bag, align with the mounting screw hole reserved for the right armrest, then screw
the 2 M4X10 screws into the massage chair right side armrest with the cross screwdriver, and pull out
the male USB cable from the right armrest of the massage chair (Figure 2).

Take out the upper cover of the cup holder from the accessory bag, aim the slot of the upper cover to
the limit board, prepare to insert (Figure 3). Press the upper assembly down to insert it into the limit
board and make sure it is pushed all the way (Figure 4).

Make sure the cup holder is installed well. Then, twist 2 M4*10 screws with the cross screwdriver and
fix the cup holder upper assembly on the right side of the armrest (Figure 5). Connect the male USB
cable to the USB female wire which is on the cup holder upper assembly (Figure 6).

Take out the cup holder lower assembly from the accessory bag, aim the cup holder lower assembly to
the screw hole of the cup holder upper assembly, twist 3 ST2.9*10 self-tapping screw tightly and make
sure both are installed well (Figure 7). Find the M4*10 thread hole under the tea-tray, twist the M4*10
screw tightly by using the cross screwdriver in the accessory bag. Shake the beverage tray by hand
slightly to see if it is installed tightly (Figure 8).

Final Installation
1) Insert the AC power cord into the massage chair power socket and then into the wall AC
outlet.
2) Turn on the main power switch at the bottom, behind the massage chair.

8. OPERATION
We recommend adjusting the chair angle before powering up the chair.
Then, press on the power On/Off button to activate the massage chair. You can choose the
massage mode you prefer. There are three automatic massage modes. You can interrupt the automatic
massage mode at any point by shutting off the unit. The massage chair will then return to its original
position.
If you prefer to use the manual massage mode, you can choose the type of massage you want.
(knead, tap, knead & tap, heat, etc.) The massage chair will then use the massage mode you have
chosen. You can press on the power button again at any time and the massage chair will come
back to its original position and shut off.
Automatic massage modes
Press one the Automatic massage mode button. Pressing repeatedly will activate one of
three modes:
i. Auto mode I: Whole body massage. All the massage features will be activated.
ii. Auto mode II: The massage will focus on the neck and back.
iii. Auto mode III: The massage will focus on the waist, buttocks, and thighs.
iv. Demo mode: A whole-body massage is activated but will only last five minutes.

Manual massage modes
Knead
Press this button to activate or deactivate the Kneading massage feature.
Tap
Press this button to activate the tap massage feature.
Press repeatedly to activate three intensity levels (low, medium and strong).
Knead & Tap
Press both the kneading and tap buttons to activate both at the same time.
Upper and lower body areas massage adjustments
You can adjust the height of the back massage mechanism by pressing on the up massage
button or the down massage button .
Upper and lower neck areas massage adjustments
You can adjust the height of the neck massage mechanism by pressing on the up massage
button or the down massage button .
Footrest recline and incline adjustments
You can adjust the height of the footrest by pressing on the up footrest
button or the down footrest button
Bidirectional kneading
Press this button repeatedly to turn on the bidirectional kneading feature, or the one-way
kneading massage feature.
Air bag buttocks massage adjustments

Press repeatedly to activate the three air bag intensity leg massage modes (low, medium and
strong).
Heat feature
Press on this button to activate the neck heat feature. Press again to deactivate it.
Bluetoothᵐᵈ Speaker Activation
Activate the massage chair. In your music player device menu, go to settings. Choose BLUETOOTH® and
activate the Bluetooth® pairing feature for new Bluetooth® devices. On the suggested list, choose
IMCM-0066 or IMCM-00XX. Enter the password 0000 or 1234 if required and confirm to finish the
pairing. Open your music player and choose the music to play. Enjoy and relax.
USB smartphone charger*
You can also charge your smartphone to the massage chair by connecting your USB cable on the right-
side armrest connector. IMPORTANT: Use the USB cable provided by your smartphone manufacturer.
Dual function leg rest
You can choose to use the leg rest massage system during a massage or you can flip it to use as a leg rest.

9. MOVING THE CHAIR
Make sure that the AC power cord is pulled out of the chair. Turn the back backward to a proper angle
so the gravity center falls onto the carrying wheels. Pull the massage chair forward or backward as you
wish.
10. FLOOR PROTECTION
Prolonged use of this massage chair can damage wood floors. To prevent permanent damage,
place a carpet or mat under the chair.

This product is guaranteed against all manufactured faults and defects for a period of one (1) year from the
date of purchase.

your proof of purchase on hand. If we are not able to replace your defective part, we will send you a service
technician for repairs.
Important notes: Any damages caused by an accident or an abusive usage are NOT covered under warranty.
We also decline all responsibility concerning indirect or consecutive damages. In certain Canadian provinces, it
is not permitted to limit indirect or consecutive damages. Therefore, it is possible these limitations are not
