DESTINATION DU PRODUIT
Aide technique de positionnement à effet mémoire par reventilation destinée aux patients allongés. Ces produits sont destinés
aux patients à risques d’escarres. Ils agissent en prévention de l’escarre du patient allongé et immobilisé. Les coussins de la gamme
POSITPRO permettent de réaliser des combinaisons de positionnement du patient allongé pour la prévention de l’escarre. Ils
agissent en diminuant les points de pressions au niveau des points d’appui tête, coudes, sacrum, talons…mais aussi des points de
friction des genoux, malléoles, mollets et les zones à risques.
Ce dispositif est destiné aux soignants et fait l’objet d’une prescription médicale. Lire chaque propriété de chaque coussin avant
utilisation.

PRECAUTIONS D’EMPLOI
Ce produit doit être utilisé sur les conseils d’un professionnel de santé à la suite d’une prescription médicale.
Le non-respect des précautions d’emploi peut entraîner des risques de blessures et une altération des propriétés du
coussin.
Respecter les consignes de la prescription médicale et le protocole de soins envisagé.
Respecter les consignes du médecin sur le type de forme de coussin à utiliser qui variera suivant l’état du patient.
Ne pas utiliser un coussin souillé et non décontaminé.
Ne pas utiliser le produit s’il est endommagé – Vérifier les coutures avant utilisation.
Si le patient n’accepte pas le produit, ne pas l’utiliser.
UTILISATION
Il est conseillé de positionner le patient toutes les 2 heures en décubitus dorsal à 30 % (semi-fowler) et en position latérale gauche
et droite à 30°. Lire chaque caractéristique des coussins et des combinaisons possibles. Demandez conseil à un professionnel de
santé.
Le suivi clinique associe la bonne hydratation et le bon suivi alimentaire du patient. Le produit existe en couleur gris et aubergine.
ENTRETIEN ET MAINTENANCE
La Housse STERITEX du Coussin POSITPRO se décontamine avec un désinfectant non chloré (spray, lingette).
Le lavage de la housse se fait en machine à 95°C fermeture à glissière fermée.
Désinfecter le coussin après chaque utilisation. Sécher avec un chiffon doux propre et sec. Ne pas utiliser de produits
abrasifs, de détergents ou de produit chlorés. En cas d’usure ou de déchirure, ne pas essayer de réparer le produit. Le
mettre au rebus ou contacter votre revendeur pour savoir s’il est pris en charge par le SAV.
CHANGEMENT DE PATIENT
Lorsque que le produit doit être ré-utilisé sur un autre patient : il est impératif de le décontaminer et de l’utiliser dans des
conditions d’hygiène parfaite.
Lors du changement de patient pensez à remettre cette notice au nouvel utilisateur.
RECYCLAGE
Lorsque le produit sera devenu inutilisable et que vous devrez le détruire contacter une société locale de d’élimination des déchets.
Si vous souhaitez effectuer le recyclage : renseignez- vous localement.
STOCKAGE
Le non-respect des conditions de stockage peut entrainer une détérioration du produit et donc des risques de
blessures.
Le produit peut se stocker entre 0°C et 50°C.
Conserver à l’écart de toute flamme et source d’étincelle.
Respecter les conditions pour ranger et stocker vos produits
- Dans un endroit sec et tempéré
- Protéger votre produit par un emballage de la poussière
- Ne pas déposer d'objets lourds sur le coussin : la fibre pourrait se tasser et se dégrader.

Garnissage : Fibre TECHNI GEL confortable au toucher exceptionnellement souple et doux. 100% polyester à effet mémoire.
Enveloppe du noyau : Réalisée en toile 100% coton chaine et trame.
Housse au contact du patient : Réalisée dans un textile technique STERITEX, enduction polyuréthane, souple et confortable au
toucher (190g/m2)
Le polyuréthane STERITEX est respirant et imperméable grâce à sa base en tricot bi-élastique 100% polyester. (190g/m2- Com-
position : 55% polyester –45% polyuréthane)
Ce produit contient des biocides selon la Norme EU 528/2012. Protection contre la détérioration microbiologique.
Ingrédients actifs : silverglass complex 398477-47-9 + zinc - pyrethione
Les housses sont munies de ZIP avec rabat pour une meilleure protection du coussin.

DUREE D’UTILISATION
La durée de vie prévue de ce produit est de 2 ans en condition normale d’utilisation et d’entretien. Au-delà de cette période, si le
produit a perdu de ses propriétés à mémoire de forme, si le revêtement est endommagé ou les velcros : ne plus utiliser ce produit.
Il peut être utilisé tant qu’il est toujours en bon état.
La durée de vie sera variable en fonction du poids des patients qui auront utilisés ce produit et en fonction du nombre de
lavages du produit. L’aplatissement du produit sera l’indicateur de vétusté du produit.
GARANTIE
Ce produit est garanti deux ans à partir de la date d’achat par l’utilisateur sur les défauts de coutures et de confection. Contactez
le distributeur chez qui vous avez acheté le produit au cas où vous auriez besoin de faire une réclamation. Les défaillances résultant
de dommages accidentels, d'une mauvaise utilisation, d’un mauvais stockage, d’un mauvais déballage, de modifications ou d'une
usure ne sont pas couvertes par cette garantie.

PRODUCT DESTINATION
Technical positioning aid with memory effect for lying patients. These products are intended for patients at risk of pressure sores.
They act to prevent pressure sores in patients who are lying down and immobilised. The cushions of the POSITPRO range allow to
realize positioning combinations of the lying patient for the prevention of the pressure sore. They act by reducing the pressure
points at the level of the head, elbows, sacrum, heels...but also the friction points of the knees, malleoli, calves and the areas at
risk.
This device is intended for caregivers and is subject to a medical prescription. Read each property of each cushion before use.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
This product must be used upon medical advice and following a medical prescription.
Failure to follow the usage precautions may lead to injuries and deterioration to the pad properties.
Please follow the instructions of the medical prescription and care protocol.
Please follow the doctor's instructions on the type of pad to use, which will vary according to the patient's condition.
Do not use a soiled, contaminated pad.
Do not use a damaged product –Check seams before use.
If the patient does not tolerate the product, do not use it.
USE
It is advisable to position the patient every 2 hours in a 30% supine position (semi-fowler) and in a 30° left and right lateral
position. Read the individual characteristics of the cushions and the possible combinations. Seek advice from a health
professional.
Clinical monitoring includes proper hydration and dietary management of the patient. The product is available in grey and
aubergine.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
The STERITEX cover of the POSITPRO cushion can be decontaminated with a non-chlorinated disinfectant (spray,
wipe).
The cover can be washed in a washing machine at 95°C with the zip closed.
Disinfect the cushion after each use. Dry with a clean and dry soft cloth. Do not use abrasive products, detergents, or chlorinated
products. If the product is worn or torn, do not attempt to repair it. Dispose of it or contact your dealer to find out if it is covered
by the After Sales Service.
CHANGE OF PATIENT OR BED
The product can be reused. It must first be cleaned and disinfected in accordance with the hygiene and decontamination
instructions. When changing patients, remember to give the instructions to the new user. Beforehand, the product should be
inspected to check its good condition.
RECYCLING
When the product has become unusable and you need to destroy it, contact a local waste disposal company.
If you want to recycle this product: ask your local authorities.

STORAGE
Failure to observe the storage conditions may lead to deterioration of the product and thus to the risk of serious injury.
The product can be stored between 0°C and 50°C.
Keep away from flames and sparks.
Respect the conditions for storing your products
- In a dry and temperate place
- Protect your product with a dust cover
- Do not place heavy objects on the cushion: the fiber could settle and degrade.

STERITEX polyurethane is breathable and waterproof thanks to its bi-elastic knitted base made of 100% polyester.

This product contains biocides in accordance with EU Standard 528/2012. Protection against microbiological deterioration.

DURATION OF USE
The life expectancy of this product is 2 years under normal use, safety and maintenance conditions. Beyond this period, the
product can be used for as long as it is still in good condition.

WARRANTY
