Cleaning
— Before using this product for the rst
time, wash it by hand and dry carefully.
— Always wash the product by hand after
use.
— Do not use steel wool or anything that
may scratch the coating. Dishwasher
detergent can affect the surface.
— The base is slightly concave when cold,
but expands to atten out when heated.
Always leave the product to cool before
cleaning it. This allows the base to
resume its shape and helps to prevent it
from becoming uneven with use.
Good to know
— The wok is suitable for use on all types
of hobs and in the oven.
— It is provided with Teon®Platinum Plus
nonstick coating, which means you can
cook food in little or no fat or oil at all.
— Only use wooden or plastic utensils
without sharp edges.
— When using the wok on an induction
hob, for best performance use it on an
induction zone that has the same dia-
meter as the wok.
Do not let the wok boil dry as the base
becomes skew from overheating and the
coating loses its non-stick properties.
Bear in mind that the handles get hot when
the wok is used. Always use pot holders
when moving the wok.
Use the wok on a hob with the same or
a smaller diameter as the wok to save
