Cleaning
─ Before using this product for the rst
time, wash it by hand and dry carefully.
─Always wash the product by hand after
use.
─Do not use steel wool or anything that
may scratch the coating. Dishwasher
detergent can affect the surface.
─The base is slightly concave when cold,
but expands to atten out when heated.
Always leave the product to cool before
cleaning it. This allows the base to
resume its shape and helps to prevent it
from becoming uneven with use.
Good to know
─This cookware is suitable for use on all
types of hobs and in the oven.
─When using the cookware on an
induction hob, for best performance
use it on an induction zone that has the
same diameter as the cookware.
─Bear in mind that the handles get hot
when the cookware is in use. Always use
pot holders when moving the cookware
and lifting the lid.
─Never let the cookware boil dry,
because the base becomes skew when
overheated.
─Always lift the cookware when moving it
on a glass ceramic hob to avoid the risk
of scratching the hob.
─Use the cookware on a hob of the same
or smaller diameter to save energy.
