Advice for use
The tabletop is made of a solid ceramic material
without any resins or polymers. It is manufactured
by applying intense heat and pressure to fuse
minerals together. The result is a nonporous
surface that is hygienic and highly resistant to heat
and scratches.
Care and maintenance
• For daily cleaning, use a soft cloth moistened
with warm water and mild detergent or soap.
Then wipe dry with a clean cloth or paper towel.
• The tabletop withstands most household
chemicals, and since the surface is nonporous,
liquids cannot penetrate into the surface and
cause stains. Long-term exposure to cleaning
solutions can cause permanent damage or
discolouration in the tabletop’s surface. In
case of spills, rinse immediately with water to
neutralize the eect of exposure to potentially
harmful products.
• Avoid direct contact with open ames.
Good to know about ceramic material
Handle with care! A damaged edge or scratched
surface can in exceptional cases cause the ceramic
to crack suddenly. Place the ceramic against a
blanket, the product’s box or another soft surface
upon assembly. Never place the ceramic directly
against a hard surface since this can damage the
ceramic and cause it to crack later on.
