Lightning -For added protection

Poweri the Unit
The unit canbe powered by plugging it into astandard AC outlet (120V
~
60Hz) using
the includedACIDC adaptor.

with the same or equivalent battery.

Push the Release Button and pull out the Battery Compartment to access the battery.
2.
Replace the old battery with an equivalent new battery (CR2025).
3.
The positive side
of
the battery, as indicated by aplus symbol, must be facing up when inserted into the
remote.

Dockin
an
iPod
1.
Locate the numbered Bracketthat fits the iPod that will be docked.
Each includedBracket has anumber on
it,
indicating which iPodmodel that
bracket is compatible with. See the separate bracket chartpage to identify which
bracket is needed.
2.
Snap the Bracketinto place over the iPod connector
in
the Docking Station.
All
Brackets will onlyfit one
way
onto the Dock.
When inserting an iPodnano (first or secondgeneration), slide the
Dock
connection on the unitso that
it
matches the opening on the iPodnano (first
or
secondgeneration).
3.
Connect the iPod to the iPod connector inside the Docking Station.
Once
an
iPod is connected to the Docking Station, the unit will charge the docked
iPod.
Please note, when the unit is in
AM
radio mode, adocked iPodwill notcharge.
