Using the Massage Pad Only
Using the Massage Pad on a Chair
Place the back pillow and the leg pillow on the floor
with the massage pad on top. Plug in the massage
pad as described on the next page. This combination
gives you maximum support and pain relief by creating
a 90û angle between torso and thighs.
Place the leg pillow on the floor with the massage pad
on top. The massage pad can be under your back as
in the previous combinations or under your legs only.
This combination raises your legs above the level of
your heart, thereby increasing circulation.
The massage pad can be used on most chairs, such
as a recliner or office chair. Strap the massage pad
onto the chair with the elastic straps on the back of the
pad.
By using the included auto adapter, the pad can be
used in your car to relieve fatigue and discomfort dur-
ing a long drive.
The massage pad can be used alone either on the
floor or on a bed. CAUTION:
Place the back pillow on the floor with the massage
pad on top. This combination supports your back and
neck while allowing your legs to be stretched out com-
fortably.
Note: The two support pillows can be placed under
your neck or knees for any of the combinations
described above.
