3、Safety precautions
Considerations for safe use of automata
1. In order to prevent accidents caused by electric shock, please do not open
the cover of the electrical box of the motor or touch the parts in the electrical
box when the power is connected.

1. In order to prevent personal injury, please do not operate the machine in
the state of removing the belt guard, finger protector and other safety devices.
2. In order to avoid being involved in the machine's personal accident, please
do not let your fingers, hair, clothes near the pulley, v-belt, motor, and do
not put items on it during the operation of the sewing machine.
3. To prevent personal injury, please do not put your finger near the needle
when turning on the power or running the machine.
4. In order to prevent personal injury, please do not put your fingers in the
wire pole guard during the operation of the sewing machine.
5. When the machine is running, it turns at a high speed. To prevent damage
to the hand, never let the hand near the cutter during operation. In addition,
when changing the cable, please be sure to turn off the power.
6. In order to prevent personal injury, please be careful not to pinch your
fingers when the machine moves up and down or when you return to the original
position.
7. Please do not cut off the power or air supply while the machine is running.
8. In order to prevent accidents caused by sudden starting, please remove the
cloth guide when the preparation work is finished and the sewing state is
reached.
9. In order to prevent accidents caused by electric shock, please do not operate
the sewing machine when the ground wire of the power supply is removed.
10. In order to prevent accidents caused by electric shock and damage to
electrical parts, be sure to turn off the power switch before inserting or
unplugging the power plug.
11. In order to prevent accidents caused by damage of electrical parts, please
stop the operation for safety when it thunders and pull the power plug.
12. In order to prevent accidents caused by damage to electrical parts,
condensation will occur when moving from a cold place to a warm place
immediately, so please wait until the water drops dry before switching on the
power.
13. As this product is a precision machine, please pay full attention to it
during operation, do not splash water or oil on the machine, and do not let
the machine fall and give the machine impact.
This machine is A class A industrial machine. The use of this machine in the
home environment may cause the phenomenon of radio interference. At this point,
please take appropriate measures to solve the problem of radio interference.
15. After the power switch is turned off when the accumulator moves, the
accumulator lever moves, so please be careful not to clip your finger, etc.
16. When the power switch is turned off during the foot press action, please
be careful not to pinch your fingers.
17. During folding operation, please be careful not to clip the cylinder to
your finger when putting your finger into the folding machine.

while the power is on.

instruction to ensure the safety of the user.

(1)Power button: power switch, press the button, the equipment is powered on and
ventilated.
(2)Knee switch:touch the switch--start sewing, autostop at the end of running
(3)Emergency stop button: in emergency state, press the button to stop the machine.
Cancel:rotate the emergency stop button to the right hand
dorection.

5、Operating instructions
5.1. Preparation before operation
√ Operator checks when the head is stopped
√ Check to see if the stitches are properly sewn on
√ Check whether the machine needle has been installed
√ Clean up the sundries on the machine surface to ensure that there is no
sundries hindering the operation of the machine
√ Check the pressure of the barometer to make it meet the requirements of
the machine
√Check if the folder is well installed
5.2. Operation process description
5.2.1.Start the device
Turn the power switch to the ON position to power the machine.

5.2.2. Startup picture
You can select Chinese or English interface.
5.2.3 Reset presser foot
After the default "Chinese", the touch screen jumps to the following
picture: The presser foot of the sewing machine does not reset and alarms. Then
you can press on the LBH1790A display "Reset" icon and the press foot is
reset.
If there is no function after pressing reset icon, please check whether
the nose presser foot is raised to the highest level. If presser foot is not
raised to maximum, please turn off the "power switch", move the presser foot
around manually and then restart the "power switch".

5.2.4 Interface after resetting the presser foot
A.Check the amount of "shuttle surplus" in this interface to ensure that
a complete processing of a lapel
B.Click the "zero clearing" icon to reset the number of items

5.2.5 Set the formula
Click the shirt icon and the following recipe setting interface will appear.
Select/set the required recipe in this interface:
Click the "+/-" icon to select the formula parameters that have been set.
The content displayed below the icon (this area shows how many eyes there are
and the distance between each eye) and the display data of "flap
width/pre-collected length" can be used to judge whether it is indeed the
required content.
If the required formula is not found, you can click the corresponding input
box of "keyhole number/keyhole spacing/flap width/pre-receiving length" to set
it. Finally,please click “update” icon.
(remark: the distance between each eye to eye can be set to be not equal)

5.2.6 Cloth placement
Cloth should be placed as below picture shows:
Requirements:1.The edge of the lapel should be attached to the suction
box
2.Check whether the lapel card is hooked on the lapel. If
the position is not appropriate, please refer to "6.1
Adjustment of lapel card position".
3.neckline should align with scribed line which is decided
by different factroies according to style of garment.
5.2.7 Start sewing
When the knee is against the knee switch, the suction is opened. When the
knee is away from the knee switch, the sewing starts and automatically runs to
the end.

5.2.8 Turn off the machine
After the operation is completed, please rotate power switch to OFF
position and the device is turned off.
6、Adjustment instructions
6.1 Ajustment of the lapel card piece

The adjustment method:
Step 1: Put the lapel below the entry lapel card and align with the suction box
Step 2: Loosen the screw
Step 3: Hook the flap card around the flap as shown in the picture above
Step 4: Tighten the screws
7、Unusual problems handling
7.1 Broken stiching
Above is the "Disconnection Fault" alert, which is handled as follows:

Step 2: Operation LBH1790A display, please refer to the LBH1790A display manual
for details

Step 3: Click the "Back" icon on the touch screen
Step 4: a. If the lapel of "broken wire" is scrapped, click the large "Reset"
icon to make a new lapel
b. If sewing continues on the original lapel, click the switch with your
knee to continue sewing
7.2 Eye hole repairing
Single eye repairing method:
Step 1: Click the "Back" icon on the touch screen and return the interface
to the top level
Step 2: Click “Menu”icon and show as picture
Step 3: Click the "Manual" icon

Step 4: Draw the line on the flap where the eyes need to be filled as shown
in the picture below
Step 5: A, put the lapel where needed to fill the eye under the foot of the press
B, the edge line of the lapel against the suction box
C, scribed line shuold be aligned with the needle
Step 6: Click the icon of "Press Foot Down" to check whether the line is
aligned with the needle. If not, click the "Presser Foot Up" icon to adjust the
position of the engraving line and the machine needle. Then click the "Presser
Foot Down" icon again to view the engraving line. Reciprocate several times until
the press foot is pressed down and the engraved line is aligned with the needle.
Step 7: Click the "Start Sewing" icon
7.3 Recondition
Step 1: Click the "Back" icon on the touch screen and return the interface
to the top level
Step 2: Click “Menu”icon
Step 3: Click “Recondition”icon as picture shows

Step 4: Move the "single head moving patch" and "single head thin patch" forward
out of the space needed to flip the head, as shown in the figure above
Step 5: Turn the "Display screen" right as shown in the picture below

8. Input/output test interface
Click the "Input/Output Test" icon in the "Menu Interface" to display the following
