6Theappliancemustbeinstalledonlybyaqualifiedtechnicianincompliance
withtheinstructionsprovided.Themanufacturerdeclinesallliabilityfor
improperinstallation,whichmayresultinpersonalinjuryanddamageto
property.
7Theelectricalsafetyofthisappliancecanonlybeguaranteedifitiscorrectly
andefficientlyearthed,incompliancewithregulationsonelectricalsafety.
Alwaysensurethattheearthingisefficient.Ifyouhaveanydoubts,contact
aqualifiedtechniciantocheckthesystem.Themanufacturerdeclinesall
liabilityfordamageresultingfromasystemwhichhasnotbeenearthed.

10 Anomnipolarswitchwithacontactopeningofatleast3mmormoreis
requiredforinstallation.
11 Ifthesocketandapplianceplugarenotcompatible,havethesocket
replacedwithasuitablemodelbyaqualifiedtechnician,whoshouldalso
checkthatthecross-sectionofthesocketcableissufficientforthepower
absorbedbytheappliance.Theuseofadaptors,multiplesocketsand/or
extensions,isnotrecommended.Iftheirusecannotbeavoided,remember
touseonlysingleormultipleadaptersandextensionswhichcomplywith
currentsafetyregulations.Inthesecases,neverexceedthemaximum
currentcapacityindicatedontheindividualadaptororextensionandthe

unserviceablebyunpluggingtheappliancefromthemainsandcuttingthe

19 Toavoidaccidentalspillagedonotusecookwarewithunevenordeformed
bottomsontheburners.Turnthehandlesofpotsandpansinwardstoavoid
knockingthemoveraccidentally.
20 Neveruseflammableliquidssuchasalcoholorgasoline,etc.nearthe
appliancewhenitisinuse.
21 Whenusingsmallelectricappliancesnearthehob,keepthesupplycord
awayfromthehotparts.
22 Makesuretheknobsareinthe“•”/”¡”positionwhentheapplianceisnotin
use.
23 Whentheapplianceisinuse,theheatingelementsandsomepartsofthe
ovendoorbecomeextremelyhot.Makesureyoudon’ttouchthemandkeep
childrenwellaway.
24 Gasappliancesrequireregularairexchangetoensure trou-
ble-freeperformance.When installingthecooker,followthe
instructionsprovidedinthe paragraphon“Positioning”the
appliance.
25 Theglasstop(onlyoncertainmodels)canshatterifitisoverheated.
Therefore,alloftheburnersorhotplatesmustbeturnedoffbeforethetop
isclosed.
26 Ifthecookerisplacedonapedestal,takethenecessaryprecautionsto
preventthesamefromslidingoffthepedestalitself.
27 Warning: never place hot containers or items and
flammablematerialsinsidethe dishwarmerdrawer.
