UTILIZACIÓN 1A
1.1 Medidas de Seguridad
Este manual contiene PRECAUCIONES y ADVERTENCIAS que deben ser seguidas para evitar la posibilidad
de un mantenimiento inapropiado, daños a la máquina ó lesiones personales. Lea y siga todas las
PRECAUCIONES y ADVERTENCIAS, incluidas en este manual de instrucciones.
ATENCIÓN
Si no se siguen correctamente las instrucciones
podrían ocurrir graves lesiones personales.
1.2 Advertencias e Instrucciones de Seguridad
LEA TODAS LAS INSTRUCCIONES
ATENCIÓN
Para poder utilizar este equipo con seguridad es necesario que el usuario este debidamente cualificado y
familiarizado con el. Los equipos que no sean utilizados apropiadamente o por personas sin preparación
puede ser peligroso. Haga el favor de leer todas las instrucciones de manipulación y seguridad que siguen.
Familiaricese con el uso apropiado de este equipo antes de manipularlo.
1. Mantenga el área de trabajo limpia y libre de
basura.
2. Mantenga el área de trabajo bien ventilada.
3. NUNCA trabaje con el motor en areas
expuestas a liquidos inflamables, explosivos ó
gases. Existe el riesgo de crear fuego.
4. NO permita que niños o personas que no sean
el usuario, cojan el equipo.
5. NO permita visitas u otras personas en el área
de trabajo.
6. ¡Permanezca atento! Ponga atención a lo que
está haciendo. Use sentido común cuando
trabaje con el equipo. NUNCA lo use cuando se
sienta cansado o bajo los efectos de las drogas,
alcohol o medicamentos.
7. NO use ropa suelta, joyas o pelo largo.
Mantenga los cabellos largos, ropa y guantes
lejos de las partes en movimiento.
8. NO utilize el equipo si el interruptor no funciona
adecuadamente.
9. Use vestuario de seguridad cuando manipule
el equipo. Las gafas de seguridad le protejerán
sus ojos contra el polvo que se encuentre en el
aire.
10. NO fuerze la máquina. Úsela correctamente
para lo que está diseñada.
11. NUNCA permita que personal sin
entrenamiento opere o preste servicio al
equipo.
12. Cuide las herramientas. Mantenga el equipo
limpio para un uso mejor y más seguro.
Reviselo periódicamente, si está dañado debe
ser reparado por un servicio autorizado.
13. NUNCA use el equipo con el interruptor
defectuoso. Si el interruptor no vuelve a la
posición “ON” ó “OFF”, debe ser reparado por
un servicio autorizado antes de usarlo.
14. Sustituya las piezas gastadas ó dañadas con
piezas diseñadas y recomendadas por
INDUSTRIAS TECHNOFLEX S.A.
15 Cualquier servicio fuera del que cubre este
manual de instrucciones, debe ser realizado
por un Servicio Autorizado por INDUSTRIAS
TECHNOFLEX S.A.

1.4 Características Generales
La máquina deberá ser utilizada por personal instruido en esta labor, sólo se utilizará en trabajos
específicos para los que técnicamente ha sido desarrollada, tras haber leído las instrucciones
contenidas en este manual y que deberán seguirse rigurosamente.
Cualquier duda deberá consultarse con el fabricante o con el distribuidor autorizado.
El fabricante Industrias Technoflex S.A., no aceptará responsabilidad alguna derivada de una
incorrecta instalación, manipulación ó mal uso de la Regla vibro-alisadora “PENTIUM”.
El no actuar según las instrucciones indicadas en este manual, será causa de anulación de la
garantía.
1.5 Seguridad en el Trabajo
Para operar con la Regla vibro-alisadora “PENTIUM”, deben protegerse los ojos con gafas de
protección, para evitar salpicaduras procedentes del hormigón, a sí mismo es aconsejable usar
protectores auditivos con el fin de amortiguar en lo posible el ruido procedente del escape del motor.
No proceder nunca a la manipulación de las partes en movimiento con el motor en marcha.
El fabricante no aceptará responsabilidades, de accidentes si vienen derivados por modificación de la
estructura de la máquina.
Adicionalmente a nuestras recomendaciones deben respetar la normativa de seguridad vigente en
cada país.

1.6 Condiciones de Uso
La Regla vibro-alisadora modelo “PENTIUM”, está diseñada para dar la máxima satisfacción al
usuario, siempre que se sigan correctamente las instrucciones de uso y mantenimiento contenidas en
este manual.
La Regla “PENTIUM” por el original diseño de su Regle Alisador la convierte en la máquina ideal para
conseguir el mejor grado de acabado de la superficie de hormigón.
La Regla “PENTIUM” está diseñada para vibrar y alisar hormigón y ser utilizada en las mas duras
condiciones de trabajo, tanto ambientales como de uso.
1.7 Instrucciones de Montaje
La Regla vibro-alisadora “PENTIUM” sale montada de fábrica, a excepción del regle vibrante o del
regle alisador.
Para proceder a este montaje deben seguir las siguientes instrucciones: (Véase fig.: 1.7-1)
A) Quitar los dos tornillos Pos. 1 del regle de la máquina.
B) Montar el regle vibrante o alisador Pos. 4 como indica la figura, colocando las arandelas Pos. 2
una a cada lado del soporte de aluminio.
C) Montar la tuerca Pos. 3 y apretar FUERTEMENTE con una llave, de no ser así existe el riesgo
de que se agriete y se rompa el regle alisador de aluminio.
D) Para el desmontaje de dichos regles actuar en sentido inverso.

ATENCIÓN
El motor de explosión es de 4 tiempos, debe funcionar con gasolina SIN PLOMO.
Por razones de seguridad en el transporte, el cárter del motor NO CONTIENE ACEITE
por lo que deberá rellenarse hasta el nivel, con aceite detergente 20W50.
1.8 Instrucciones de Uso
Para la puesta en marcha de la máquina por primera vez:
1.- Extender el apoyo Pos. 2 para que la máquina quede correctamente apoyada en el suelo, con la
máquina en esta posición regular el asa Pos. 1 hasta conseguir una posición comoda de trabajo
para el operario.
2.- Colocar el interruptor de Paro-Marcha Pos. 3 en disposición ON, presionar varias veces el
cebador o excitador del carburador (membrana de plástico transparente).
3.- Tirar de la cuerda de arranque Pos. 4 hasta que el motor se ponga en marcha. El motor está
provisto de un embrague centrífugo que mantiene la máquina a relentí sin vibrar. Para producir
vibración es necesario acelerar, cuanto más acelere, más fuerza de vibración obtendrá por lo
que es conveniente ajustarla a las necesidades del trabajo a realizar.
4.- Una vez finalizado el trabajo, y para parar la máquina deberá pasar el interruptor Pos. 3 a
disposición OFF. (Véase fig.: 1.8-1)

UTILIZACIÓN 1A
1.9 Instrucciones de Mantenimiento
Cada dia después de la utilización, es imprescindible limpiar perfectamente todas las partes que
presenten restos de hormigón.
Un consejo práctico, es pintar con Gas-oil el regle tanto el vibrante como el alisador y el soporte de
aluminio de la máquina, para evitar que se pegue el hormigón y facilitar de esta manera su limpieza.
- Revisiones
Deberá procederse cada día, y antes de la puesta en marcha de la máquina, a la revisión del nivel
de aceite del motor.
Cada 100 horas de funcionamiento debe revisarse completamente la máquina, teniendo especial
cuidado en las partes eléctricas y el cable acelerador.
Cada 50 horas de funcionamiento debe engrasarse el
eje flexible, para ello debe aflojarse el tornillo Pos. 1 y
tirar del motor Pos. 2 hacia atrás, quedará al
descubierto el eje flexible Pos. 3, tirar de él y
comprobar su estado, limpiar la grasa antigua con un
disolvente y aplicar una ligera película de grasa en la
superficie. Una gran cantidad de grasa produce un
calentamiento excesivo del eje flexible y vibraciones
en el funcionamiento. (Véase fig.: 1.9-1)

1.10 Instrucciones para Pedir Recambios
Las piezas de recambio están a la venta en los servicios oficiales y en los distribuidores de la marca
en su localidad.
Cuando soliciten recambios no olviden indicar:
-El tipo de máquina.
-Unidades solicitadas, código y denominación de las piezas pedidas y siempre que sea posible
faciliten el número de serie de la máquina.
-Cuando tengan que devolver equipos o recambios a fábrica, lo han de comunicar a Industrias
Technoflex S.A. para darles la conformidad. “REQUISITO IMPRESCINDIBLE PARA SU
RECEPCIÓN”.

1.11 Transporte y Almacenaje
•Condiciones para el transporte y almacenaje:
El embalaje de la Regla vibro-alisadora “PENTIUM” permite su fácil transporte sin tener que cuidar
ninguna precaución especial.
Para almacenar la Regla “PENTIUM” y si es por un largo periodo de tiempo, su almacenaje tendrá
lugar en un sitio seco y protegido.
Antes del almacenaje y después de la utilización deberá limpiarse la máquina perfectamente,
quitando todos los restos de hormigón, esta operación se puede hacer con chorro de agua a presión
evitando las partes eléctricas. Recuerden, el cárter del motor “NO CONTIENE ACEITE”.
1.12 Garantía
A) Periodo de Garantía
Industrias Technoflex S.A., garantiza los productos por ella fabricados y sus componentes por un
periodo de 6 meses.
B) Cobertura de la Garantía
La garantía cubre todos los defectos de fabricación de los componentes del producto, así como su
reposición ó sustitución, por parte del Servicio Técnico Posventa.
C) Anulación de la Garantía
La garantía no cubre una mala utilización ó manipulación inadecuada, por parte del usuario de la
máquina, golpes, maltrato ó reparación por personal no autorizado.
Durante el periodo de garantía las averías han de ser reparadas por personal de Industrias
Technoflex S.A. ó por ella autorizado, de no proceder así se pierde el derecho al que da la garantía.
No tendrá garantía cualquier equipo que haya sido desmontado ó manipulado previamente por
personal no autorizado por Industrias Technoflex S.A.
En todos los casos de solicitud de garantía, previo aviso han de enviar el equipo a Industrias
Technoflex S.A. ó donde ésta indique.
NOTA IMPORTANTE:
Industrias Technoflex S.A., no se responsabiliza de los daños causados al producto ó a personas
por una mala utilización ó manipulación del mismo.

1B OPERATION
1.1 Safety Notes
This manual contains CAUTIONS and WARNINGS which must be followed to prevent the possibility of improper
service, damaged to the equipment, or personal injury. Read and follow all the CAUTIONS and WARNINGS
included in this instructions manual.

1.2 Warning and Safety Instructions
Read All Instructions
WARNING
Familiarity and proper training are required for the safe operation of this equipment! Equipment operated or
serviced improperly or by untrained personnel can be dangerous! Read all operating instructions and the
safety notes below. Familiarize yourself with the proper use of this equipment before operating it.
1.Keep your work area clean and free of clutter.
2.Keep your work area well lit.
3.NEVER operate motor in areas exposed to
flammable or explosive liquids or gases! There is
the risk of fire.
4.DO NOT allow children or people other than the
operator to handle the equipment.
5.DO NOT allow non-essential personnel or visitors in
the work area.
6.Stay alert! Watch what you are doing. Use common
sense. NEVER operate the equipment when you
are tired or while under the influence of drugs,
alcohol, or medication.
7.Keep hands, feet, hair and loose clothing away from
moving parts. They can be caught in moving parts.
8.DO NOT operate equipment if switch does not
operate properly.
9.Wear protective clothing when operating
equipment. Goggles or safety glasses will protect
against eye damage caused by flying debris.
10.DO NOT force tool. Use the correct tool for
which it is designed.
11.NEVER allow untrained personnel to operate or
service the equipment.
12.Maintain tools with care. Keep the equiment
clean for better and safer performance. Inspect
the machine periodically and if damaged, have it
repaired by an authorized service facility.
13.NEVER use the equipment with a defective
switch. If the switch does not turn "ON" or "OFF",
have it repaired by an authorized service facility
before using the motor.
14.Replace worn or damaged parts with
replacement parts designed and recomended for
use by INDUSTRIAS TECHNOFLEX S.A.
15.Any servicing, other than that covered in this
instruction manual, should be performed by an
authorized INDUSTRIAS TECHNOFLEX S.A

1.4 General Characteristics
The machine will be used by personnel trained for this job, it will only be used in specific jobs for
which it has been technically developed, after having read the instructions contained in this manual
and which must be fellowed correctly.
The manufacturer or authorised distributor must be consulted about any doubts.
The manufacturer Industrias Technoflex S.A., will not accept any responsibility derived from
incorrect installation, manipulation, or misuse of the Vibro-Surfacing Screed “PENTIUM”.
Not acting according to the instructions indicated in this manual, will cause the cancellation of the
guarantee.
1.5 Safety at Work
You must wear eye protection when operating the Vibro-Surfacing Screed “PENTIUM” to prevent
injuryfrom concrete particles, It is also advisable to wear hearing protection against the sound
produced by the motor.
Do not attempt to handle any of the moving parts whilst the motor is running.
The manufacturer will not accept responsibilities, for accidents if they derive from structure
modification of the machine.
In adition to our recommendations the safety regulations of each country in force.

1B OPERATION
1.6 Conditions of Use
The vibro-surfacing Screed “PENTIUM” model,is designed to give maximum satisfaction to the user,
as long as the instructions of use and maintenance contained in this manual.
The “PENTIUM” Screed is, due to its original design, the ideal machine to attain a high quality finish
to concrete surfaces.
The “PENTIUM” Screed is designed to vibrate and surface concrete and be used under the hardest
conditions of work, both environmental as well as of use.
1.7 Assembly Instructions
The Vibro-Surfacing Screed “PENTIUM” comes pre-assembled except not with the vibrating or
surfacing screed.
To assemble these please follow the following instructions: (See fig.: 1.7-1)
A) Remove the two screws Pos. 1 from the strip of the machine.
B) Assemble the vibrating or surfacing strip Pos. 4 as shown in the diagram, placing a washer Pos.
2on each side of the aluminium support.
C) Set up nut to Pos. 3 and tighten STRONGLY with a spanner, if not it may crack and the
aluminium borer strip may be damaged.
D) To disassemble the strips, follow the instructions in reverse.

The combustion engine is a 4-stroke and should run on UNLEADED petrol.
For security reasons in transport, the motor crankcase DOES NOT CONTAIN OIL
and should therefore be filled to the indicated level with 20W50 detergent oil.
1.8 Instructions of Use
To starting the machine for the first use:
1.- Pull out the prop Pos. 2 so that the machine is well supported on the floor. With the machine in
this position adjust the handgrip Pos. 1 to a comfortable working position for the operator.
2.- Place the on/off switch Pos. 3 to the ON position and press the choke or generator of the
carburettor (transparent plastic membrane).
3.- Pull on the motor starter rope Pos. 4 till the motor starts. The motor has a centrifugal clutch that
keeps the machine from vibrating when idling. To produce vibrations you must accelerate, the
more you accelerate the stronger the vibrations produced. Therefore the machine should be
adjusted adequately for each job.
4.- Once the job is finished, stop the machine by changing the switch Pos. 3 to the OFF position.

1.9 Maintenance Instructions
The parts must be thoroughly and perfectly cleaned of all concrete debris evryday after use.
A practical suggestion is to coat the vibrating and surfacing strips and the aliminium support of the
machine with diesel oil to prevent the concrete from sticking making cleaning easier.
- Checks
An oil check for level should be carried out everyday before starting the machine.
The machine should undergo a complet overhaul after every 100 hours of operating time, paying
special attention to the electrical components and the accelerator cable.
The flexible shaft should be lubricated after every 50
hours of operating time. This is done by loosening the
screw Pos:1 and pulling the engine Pos. 2 back
exposing the shaft Pos. 3, pull on it and check its
state, remove old lubricant with solvent and coat the
surface with a thin film of lubricant. An excess of
lubricant can lead to overheatingg and excessive
vibrations when running. (See fig. 1.9-1)

1.10 Instructions for Ordering Spare Parts
Spare parts are on sale thrugh the official services and in the brand distributors in your locality.
When you order spares do not forget to indicate:
-Type of machine
-Units ordered, code and description of parts requested , and whenever possible, the series
number of the machines
-When equipment or spare parts have to be returned to the factory its necessary to contact with
Industrias Technoflex S.A. for prior agreement, “AN ABSOLUTE NECESSITY FOR THEIR
RECEPTION”.

1.11 Transport and Storage
•Conditions for transport and storage:
The packaging of the “PENTIUM” Screed allows its easy transport without taking any special
precaution.
Its storage the “PENTIUM” Screed if it is for a long period of time, its storage will be in a safe dry
place.
Before storage and after use the machine must be perfectly cleaned, taking all the concrete leftovers
off, this operation can be carried out by hydro jet avoiding the electric parts.
Remember that the engine crankcase “DOES NOT CONTAIN OIL.”
1.12 Guarantee
A) Period of Guarantee
Industrias Technoflex S.A., guarantees the products and components they manufacture, for a
period of 6 months.
B) Coverage of Guarantee
The guarantee covers all the defects from manufacturing of the components of the product, as well
as their replacement or substitution, on behalf of the Technical After Sales Service.
C) Cancellation of Guarantee
The guarantee does not cover the misuse or inadequate manipulation, on behalf of the use of the
machine, knocks, maltreatment or repairing by unauthorised personnel.
During the period of guarantee the breakdowns must be repaired by personnel from Industrias
Technoflex S.A., authorised to do so, if this is not so the right given by the guarantee will be lost.
The equipment which has been dismantled or manipulated previously by personnel unauthorised by
Industrias Technoflex S.A. will not be in guarantee.
In all the cases of application for guarantee, prior notice must send the equipment to Industrias
Technoflex S.A. or where they indicate.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Industrias Technoflex S.A., are not responsible for damage caused to the product or persons due
to their misuse or bad manipulation.

AVERTISSEMENT
Pour pouvoir utiliser cet équipement il est nécessaire que l'utilisateur soit convenablement qualifié et
familiarisé avec celui-ci. Les équipements qui ne seraient pas utilisés convenablement ou par des personnes
non qualifiées peuvent être dangereux. Veuillez lire toutes les instructions de manipulation et sécurité
suivantes. Familiarisez-vous avec l'utilisation convenable de cet équipement avant de le manipuler.
1.Maintenez la zone de travail propre et vide
d'ordures.
2.Maintenez la zone de travail bien aérée.
3.Ne travaillez JAMAIS avec le moteur dans des
zones exposées à des liquides inflammables, à des
explosifs ou à des gaz. Il existe le reisque de

6.Soyez attentif! Faites attention à ce que vous faites.
Faites preuve de bon sens lorsque vous travaillez
avec cet équipement. Ne l'utilisez JAMAIS lorsque
vous sentez fatigué ou sous les effets d'une drogue,
d'alcool ou de médicaments.
7.NE portez pas de vêtements amples, de bijoux ou
de cheveux long. Gardez les cheveux longs,
vêtements et gants éloignés des parties en
mouvement.
8.N'utilisez pas cet équipement si l'interrupteur ne
fonctionne pas convenablement.
9.Utilisez des vêtements de sécurité lorsque vous
manipulez l'équipement. Les lunettes de sécurité
protégeront vos yeux de la poussière de l'air.
10.NE forcez pas la machine. Utilisez-la
correctement pour la tâche pour laquelle elle a
été prévue.
11.Ne permettez JAMAIS que du personnel non
formé opère ou travaille avec l'équipement.
12.Prenez soin des outils. Maintenez l'équipement
propre pour une meilleure et plus sûre utilisation.
Révisez-le l’équipement périodiquement, s'il est
endommagé il doit être réparé par un service
autorisé.
13.Ne JAMAIS utiliser le moteur avec l'interrupteur
défectueux. Si l'interrupteur ne revient pas sur la
position "ON" ou "OFF", il doit être réparé par un
service autorisé avant son utilisation.
14.Remplacez les pièces abîmées ou usées par
des pièces conçues et recommandées par
INDUSTRIAS TECHNOFLEX S.A.
15.Tout autre intervention hors de ce manuel
d'instructions, doit être réalisé par un Service

1.4 Caractéristiques Générales
La Machine devra être utilisé par du personnel formé à cette tâche, et uniquement pour les travaux
spécifiques pour lesquels il a été développé, ce personnel devra avoir lu les instructions contenues
dans ce manuel et devra les suivre rigoureusement.
Tout doute devra être consulté auprès du fabricant ou du distributeur autorisé.
Le fabricant Industrias Technoflex S.A., n'acceptera aucune responsabilité due à une installation ou
manipulation incorrecte ou à la mauvaise utilisation de la Regle vibro-lisseuse “PENTIUM”.
Ne pas agir selon les instructions signalées, sera motif d’annulation de la garantie.
1.5 Sécurité dans le Travail
Pour opérer avec la Règle vibro-lisseuse "PENTIUM", il faut se protèger les yeux à l'aide de lunettes
de protection, afin d'éviter les éclaboussures provenant du béton. Il est aussi conseillé d'utiliser des
protecteurs auditifs afin d'amortir le bruit provenant du tube d'échappement du moteur.
Ne jamais procéder à la manipulation des parties en mouvement lorsque le moteur est en marche.
Le fabricant Industrias Technoflex S.A., n'acceptera aucune responsabilité due à une installation ou
manipulation incorrecte ou à la mauvaise utilisation de la machine.
En plus de nos conseils vous devez respecter la norme de sécurité en vigueur dans chaque pays.
