Installation and Safety Instructions
For Models without a Power Switch:
The socket outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be accessible.
For all Models:
No serviceable parts inside the unit. Refer service to a qualified technician.
For Models with Internal or External Fuses:
For continued protection against fire hazard, replace only with same type and rating of fuse.

Product Overview
Description
The DAV002 1 x 2 VGA Distribution Amplifier is a high-resolution dedicated VGA distribution
amplifier designed to amplify and split the VGA signal from a single computer video card to two
data-grade display devices. This unit provides signal for a local computer monitor and a second
display device such as a presentation monitor or data projector.
Two buffered outputs provide the amplification necessary to extend data displays as far as 100
feet or more away from the source computer when used with high-resolution coaxial cables. For
best results, use a high quality cable such as the Inline IN8000 Series VGA extension cable or the
IN9045 Series VGA to 5-BNC adapter cables, available in a variety of lengths from 3 feet (1
meter) to 150 feet (46 meters).

• Two buffered female 15-pin HD connector outputs

Installation and Setup
Place / install the DAV002 at the desired location. Make sure that the unit is seated securely on a
flat surface.
1. Power off the computer and the local monitor.
2. Connect the DAV002 input cable to the computer’s VGA output.
3. Connect the computer (local) monitor to Output 1 - Local Monitor.
4. Connect the second data display (e.g., data projector, plasma display, presentation,
monitor) to Output 2 - Data Display.
5. Connect the DAV002 power supply to a local AC power source.
6. Turn on the computer, local monitor, and additional data display.

Warranty
• INLINE warrants the equipment it manufactures to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship.
• If equipment fails because of such defects and INLINE is notified within three (3) years from
the date of shipment, INLINE will, at its option, repair or replace the equipment at its plant,
provided that the equipment has not been subjected to mechanical, electrical, or other abuse
or modifications.
• Equipment that fails under conditions other than those covered will be repaired at the current
price of parts and labor in effect at the time of repair. Such repairs are warranted for ninety
(90) days from the day of re-shipment to the Buyer.
• This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including without
limitation, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, all
of which are expressly disclaimed.
