ADJUSTING YOUR HEADSET
1Slide the headband until it ts comfortably on your head. The speaker should
cover your ear.
2Adjust the microphone to a comfortable position. You can rotate the microphone
so that the speaker covers your left or right ear.

CONNECTING YOUR HEADSET
If your controller has a 3.5 mm audio jack, plug the headset’s audio cable into the jack.
OR
If your controller does not have a 3.5 mm audio jack, connect a Microsoft headset
adapter (not included) to your controller, then plug your headset into the adapter.

Use the inline audio controls to adjust the volume or mute your microphone.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If you encounter problems, try the solutions below:
No sound from your headset.
• Make sure that your headset is securely connected to the controller.
• Make sure that the volume is turned up on your inline controls.
Your microphone is not transmitting sound.
• Make sure that the microphone switch is in the ON position.
• Move your microphone closer to your mouth.
