1. Unpackage all components & verify you
have everything required.
Immediatly discard all packaging as it can pose a
choking hazard.
1 Top Cover
1 Comfort Layer
1 or 2 Air Chambers
1 Support Layer
1 Wrapped Rail Set
1 Bottom Cover
1 Air Control System
with 2 Wired Remotes
2. Ensure you have a base, foundation, or
adjustable platform ready for your new
bed.
3. Place the bottom cover of the mattress on
the foundation, with the zipper side up.
Position the two holes at the head of the bed.
4. Insert the head, foot, & side rails inside the
bottom cover. Position the rails so that “This
Side Up” is up & visible. The rails will have a
snug fit when correctly installed.

6. If your mattress has two chambers,
place one in before the other & be sure
to pass the tubes through the holes in
the bottom cover.
7. Connect the tubes from the air cham-
bers to the connectors on the pump.
Press the two ends together until you
hear a “Click.” Be sure to keep track of
which hose connects to which side of
the pump.
7. Connect the air control unit to a
powered surge protector & plug the
hand controls into the each side. The
hand control will operate the air
chamber on the side that it is plugged
into.*
*a surge protector is not included but is strongly reccomended to prevent
electrical damage not covered by the warranty.

5. Place the foam support layer
between the rails and smooth it out to
fill the entire base.

8. When the controller boots, simply
press 1 & the chamber will auto-inflate.
Wait until the pump is finished filling the air
chamber, then press 1 on the second
hand control to fill the other chamber
where necessary. Note that inflation may
take up to 5 minutes per side, & the pump
will only fill one side at a time.
9. Once both air chambers have been
filled, make sure that they are positioned
evenly inside the foam rails.
11. Place the top panel across the top
of the mattress with the tag facing the
head of the bed.
12. Zip the top panel onto the bottom
cover, being careful not to snag the
covers or any internal materials.
10. Place the comfort layer across the
top of the air chambers and foam rails.
Make sure the fire barrier fabric is placed
over the foam rails as shown to the right.
13. Now, find your ideal setting! We
reccomend starting at the most firm
setting, & reducing firmness until it is
softer than you would like, & gradually
increase in firmness until you find your
ideal setting.
