AND MUST BE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING IT.
FOR A SAFE AND EFFECTIVE USE OF THE GUN, YOU
MUST COMPLY STRICTLY WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS
CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT.
THE NON COMPLIANCE WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS
MIGHT CAUSE EARLY FAILURES AND RESULT IN
SITUATIONS OF DANGER, IN ADDITION TO VOIDING
ANY WARRANTY.
The high pressure trigger gun model P350L/P350 is a
device which stops the passage of liquid through the
nozzle in case the trigger is not maintained in its working
position. Its sole intended function is to wash objects,
things and, in any case, surfaces suited to be treated with
the mechanical action of a water jet under pressure and
possibly with the chemical action of liquid detergent
additives.
Since the trigger gun is used in connection with a high
pressure machine/equipment, installation and use must
be suited to the type of machine/equipment used and
comply with the safety Regulations in force in the Country
where the gun is used.
Before using the P350L/P350 gun, make sure that the
machine/equipment the gun is used with has been certified
to comply with the relevant Directives and/or Regulations.
In order to use the P350L/P350 gun it is necessary to
complete it with a spray lance and connect it to the high
pressure hose.
Fit a spray lance (B) on the trigger gun (A). The spray
lance must be long enough to obtain a distance of over
750 mm between the trigger and the upper nozzle.
Connect the end of the high pressure hose (C) on the
lance (A).
IMPORTANT: During use, never exceed the maximum
values of pressure, flow rate and temperature stated in
this document and indicated on the gun.
For this purpose, it is necessary to correctly choose the
type of nozzle to be used on the spray lance (depending
on the flow rate) and the pressure regulator on the feeding
line of the gun.
Remind that the pressure increases both when increasing
the flow rate and keeping the nozzle diameter the same,
and when keeping the flow rate constant and using a
nozzle with a smaller diameter.
In case of doubts, do not hesitate to contact the
manufacturer.
For a safe use, it is necessary to equip the high pressure
feeding line with a unloader valve by-passing the water
flow when the gun is closed and the outlet flow is cut off.
The gun is equipped with a safety/locking device located
on the trigger to avoid unintentional opening; always make
sure that the safety device is correctly engaged when the
gun is not being used.
During use, it is absolutely forbidden to block the trigger in
the open position by any means.
Hereafter are some important operating instructions:
The use of the gun is forbidden to children and it is
permitted only to qualified staff, who are informed of the
gun operating instructions and features.
Before use, make sure that nobody
who could be harmed by the water jet
and/or by ejected fragments is
standing within the gun working
range. Do not direct the jet towards
oneself or other persons and/or animals, even if standing at
a distance and even though the nozzle is not under
pressure.
Wear protective clothes, gloves, glasses and
antislip footwear.
It is necessary to verify the noise level produced
by the unit and the vibrations the operator is
subjected to (depending on the type of work and
installation) and to determine the maximum time
of exposure and/or any precautions for use
according to the regulations in force.
Important: When the gun trigger is operated, the issue of
liquid under pressure from the nozzle creates a sudden
recoil force. This force is determined by the combined
effect of flow rate and pressure and must not exceed 150N
in any case.
When operating the gun to reach the pressure for normal
working conditions, direct it downwards and take care that
the gun is in the open position.
Use clean and filtered water only. In case of water
containing solid particles of a size exceeding 15µm, the
internal components of the gun will be subject to quick
wear; furthermore, this might cause situations of danger.
From time to time, it is necessary to check that the parts
under pressure do not show cracks and/or leakages; the
frequency of this check depends on the actual use.
Maintenance and repair must be carried out by qualified
and authorized staff only.
Use original spare parts only.
In case of disposal, do not scatter the material in the
environment; instead, take it to an authorized disposal
centre or contact the nearest Interpump Group Authorized
Service Center.
The gun must not be tampered with for any reason. In
case of tampering, the manufacturer disclaims all
responsibility as to the gun functioning and safety.

IL MANCATO RISPETTO, OLTRE AL DECADIMENTO DELLA
GARANZIA, PUÒ CAUSARE GUASTI PREMATURI E CREARE
SITUAZIONI DI PERICOLO.
La pistola a grilletto alta pressione modello P350L/P350 è un
dispositivo che blocca il passaggio del liquido attraverso l’ugello
se il grilletto non è mantenuto nella sua posizione di
funzionamento. E’destinata esclusivamente al lavaggio di
oggetti, cose e comunque superfici idonee a essere trattate con
l’azione meccanica del getto d’acqua in pressione e con
l’eventuale azione chimica di additivi liquidi detergenti.
Considerando che la pistola a grilletto èutilizzata unitamente ad
una macchina/impianto ad alta pressione, l’installazione e
l’utilizzo devono essere adeguati al tipo di macchina/impianto
impiegata e coerenti con le Normative di sicurezza vigenti nel
paese di utilizzo.
Prima di utilizzare la pistola P350L/P350 assicurarsi che la
macchina/impianto alla quale la pistola è incorporata sia
stata dichiarata conforme alle disposizioni delle relative
Direttive e/o Normative.
Per utilizzare la pistola P350L/P350 è necessario completarla
con una lancia a spruzzo e collegarla al tubo di alta pressione.
Applicare sulla pistola a grilletto (A) una lancia a spruzzo (B).
Utilizzare una lancia di lunghezza sufficiente ad ottenere una
distanza tra il grilletto e l’ugello superiore a 750 mm.
Collegare l’estremità del tubo alta pressione (C) sulla lancia (A).
ATTENZIONE: Durante l’utilizzo in nessun caso superare i
valori massimi di pressione, portata e temperatura indicati
nel libretto e riportati sulla pistola.
E’necessario, quindi, scegliere correttamente il tipo di ugello da
utilizzare sulla lancia a spruzzo (in funzione della portata) ed il
dispositivo di regolazione della pressione sulla condotta di
alimentazione della pistola.
Ricordiamo che la pressione accresce sia aumentando la portata
e mantenendo il diametro dell’ugello costante sia mantenendo la
portata costante e diminuendo il diametro dell’ugello.
In caso di dubbi non esitate a contattare il costruttore.
Per lavorare in sicurezza è necessario predisporre
sulla linea dell’alta pressione che alimenta la pistola
una valvola di scarico che bypassa la portata d’acqua
quando la pistola è chiusa e quindi il flusso in uscita
bloccato.
La pistola è dotata di un dispositivo di sicurezza/blocco
posizionato sul grilletto che ne impedisce l’apertura
involontaria. Assicurarsi sempre prima di riporla di
inserirlo correttamente.
Durante l’uso è assolutamente vietato bloccare, con
qualunque sistema, il grilletto della pistola in posizione
di funzionamento.
Di seguito sono riportate alcune importanti avvertenze
d’utilizzo:
L’utilizzo della pistola è vietato ai bambini ed è
consentito esclusivamente a personale qualificato che
ne conosca le caratteristiche e modalità d’uso.
Prima di procedere all’utilizzo
verificare che non vi siano
persone presenti nel raggio di
azione della pistola che possano
subire danno dal getto diretto
e/o dai detriti proiettati. Non
dirigere il getto verso se stessi o altre persone e/o
animali, anche se a debita distanza e anche se l’ugello
non è in pressione.
Indossare abiti protettivi, guanti, occhiali e
calzature antisdrucciolo.
E’necessario verificare il livello sonoro
emesso dall’apparecchio e le vibrazioni cui
è sottoposto l’operatore (dipendono dal tipo
di lavoro e dal tipo di installazione) e
stabilire, in base alle normative vigenti, i
tempi massimi di esposizione e/o le
eventuali precauzioni d’utilizzo.
Attenzione: quando si aziona il grilletto della pistola la
fuoriuscita dall’ugello del liquido in pressione provoca
una improvvisa forza di contro reazione. Questa forza è
determinata dall’effetto congiunto della portata e della
pressione; in nessun caso deve superare i 150N.
La messa in pressione, fino alle condizioni di normale
utilizzo, deve avvenire con la pistola aperta e rivolta
verso il basso.
Utilizzare esclusivamente acqua filtrata e pulita. Se si
utilizza acqua contenente particelle solide di dimensioni
superiori a 15µm, si provocano rapide usure degli
organi interni della pistola causando situazioni di
pericolo.
Controllare periodicamente che gli elementi in
pressione non presentino rotture e/o perdite; la
frequenza di tali controlli è determinata dall’effettivo
utilizzo.
La manutenzione e le riparazioni devono essere fatte
esclusivamente da personale qualificato ed autorizzato.
Utilizzare solo pezzi di ricambio originali.
Nell’eventualità di rottamazione, non disperdere il
materiale nell’ambiente ma consegnarlo presso un
centro di smaltimento autorizzato o rivolgersi al più
vicino Centro di Assistenza Autorizzato INTERPUMP
GROUP.
Per nessun motivo manomettere la pistola. In caso
contrario il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità sul
funzionamento e sulla sicurezza della stessa.
