The TS4 platform consists of a standard base that is
factory-installed on the module and a removable
cover containing the electronics.
Tools required: TS4 key, gloves
TS4 Key Guide – Cover Removal
To unlock the cover from the base, insert the clip
opener into one of the clip release points that secure
the cover to the base and gently pull down as shown.
Repeat this step for each of the seven clips in a circle.
The clips should release with an audible click.
To remove the unlocked cover from the base, insert the cover separator between the cover and base and gently
rock the TS4 key side-to-side to separate the internal connections. Lift the unlocked cover away from the module.

Position the cover on top of the base with the seven
clips lined up as shown.
TS4 Key Guide – Cover Installation
Lock the clips on the top and bottom first, then the sides.
The clips should close and lock with an audible click.
Apply light pressure in the middle of the cover to line up
the internal electrical connections.
Insert the jaws of the TS4 key into the outer part of the
clip and pull towards the middle of the cover as shown
without exerting force on the module.
