IntesisHome®PA-AC-WIFI-1 Quick Start Guide
1. Product description
The IntesisHome®device is an external module capable of connecting Panasonic Etherea and
Flagship air-conditioning units into your Wi-Fi network in order to provide global connectivity and
remote control applications through a friendly user interface.

4. IntesisHome®device connection procedure
Before starting the set up process, make sure that the Air-Conditioning unit (AC) is connected to the
power supply line and IntesisHome®LED is steady green.
There are two connection modes available: with WPS and without WPS.
4.1 Connection with WPS
This method assumes that your Access Point (AP) or router supports WPS connection mode.
1.- Press IntesisHome®device button. IntesisHome®device LED starts blinking blue.
2.- Activate your AP WPS mode. IntesisHome®device LED will change blinking color.
IntesisHome®device and the AP should perform the connection setup automatically. Please
move to section 4.3 of this document to verify that the result is as expected.
4.2 Connection without WPS
This method assumes that your AP or router does not support WPS connection mode and that you
have a Wi-Fi compatible device (laptop, mobile phone, tablet, etc.) Remember to stay close to the
IntesisHome®device during all configuration process.
1.- Connect your Wi-Fi device to the
IntesisHome®Wi-Fi network
(Network that starts with Intesishome)
If you are not able to see the Wi-Fi network, get
closer to the IntesisHome®device.
2.- Open the web browser of your Wi-Fi device
and write ish.com on the address bar
(IntesisHome®welcome site will open)
If IntesisHome®welcome site does not
open, please press your browser refresh
button and re-start connection process
from step 1.
NOTE: Check your Access Point (AP) or router user’s manual to find (if available) the WPS button
or WPS activation procedure
IMPORTANT: Please, make sure that you are close enough to the IntesisHome®device during all
configuration process so your OS does not change the Wi-Fi network you are connected to. This
may cause unexpected behavior of the device during the configuration process and a bad
configuration result.

3.- Select your AP from the list of available APs
by clicking on select button.
(In this example APWifi)
If the desired AP is not showed press the
Refresh button
If there is no signal, or signal level is lower than
proposed, please visit our connectivity section
at www.intesishome.com/connectivity to try find
the best solution for your case.
4.- If the network is protected, write the correct
password and click next button
This screen may change depending on the
security protocol used by your AP.
If using WEP encryption and you get an error
when introducing the password, please visit our
Password Generator at
http://www.intesishome.com/support/keygen/
5.- Confirm that you want to connect to that
network by clicking Save and apply button
(Configuration process has been completed)
4.3 Connection result
If connection has been successful, IntesisHome®LED will start the sequence shown in section 5 of
this document. If the device LED follows the sequence indicated, you have correctly finished
configuration process. Now you can enjoy IntesisHome®. Go to the user area at user.intesishome.com
to register as a user and also to configure the installed device(s) and visit
http://www.intesishome.com/downloads to get the last version of our application.
If your device is not following the proposed sequence and does not work properly, please check the
LED status table in section 5 of this document and if problem still persist visit our support site at
www.intesishome.com/support.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that Signal is Good,
Very Good or Excellent. If not, please move the
AP closer to the Intesishome®Device.

5. LED status information
All different LED statuses are summarized in the LED status table. In order to know the current state of
the device, please check the table below.

Proper LED sequence during configuration process is as follows:
Estimated time in one status and transition time from one status to another may vary. Please wait for
the complete sequence to finish.

6. Changes in your Wi-Fi network
If you change your Wi-Fi network password, SSID (network name), your Access Point or router, your
IntesisHome®needs to be reconfigured.
To do it so, press the IntesisHome®device button during 10 seconds. Once the button is released, the
device LED will start blinking Green and then will change to steady Green. Go to section 4 to re-start
the configuration process.
