Thesuspensionstrapsoftheslingareequippedwithcolor
codedloopsprovidingdifferentlengthstoplacethepatient
intodifferentpositions.Shorterstrapsattheshoulders
andlongerstrapsatthelegswillproduceamorevertical
lift,whichwillassistatransferintoasittingposition.By
lengtheningthestrapsattheshouldersandshorteningthe
strapsatthelegs,amorereclinedpositioncanbeachieved
whichismoresuitableforatransferintoalyingposition.

DailyInspectionBeforeUse
Inspectiontobeperformeddaily,beforeuseandaftereach
laundering:
•Visuallyinspecttheslingandcheckallpartsforsignsof
damage,wearorpotentialfailure.
PeriodicInspection
IMPORTANT!
Inspectionsmustbeperformedbyaqualied
personwhoiswellacquaintedwiththedesign,
useandcareofslings.
Aperiodicsafetyinspectionoftheslingmustbeperformed
atleastevery6monthsunlessotherwisestatedinlocal
requirements.

Alwaysmakesurethattheproductiscompletely
driedbeforetakingitintouseagain.
CleaningInstructions
Launderanddrytheslingaccordingtothewashing
instructionsonthelabel.
Frequentuseofhightemperaturesandtumbledryingcan
reducetheservicelifeoftheproduct.
Werecommendtheuseofanordinaryhouseholdlaundry
detergent.Donotusesoftener.
Fordisinfection,selectadisinfectantthatiscompatible
withtheslingmaterialsandfollowtheinstructionsofthe
disinfectantmanufacturer.

Theslingmustbestoredindryconditionswithamaximum
relativehumidityof50%andwithoutdirectsunlight.
6.2Reconditioning
Thisproductissuitableforreuse.Toreconditiontheproduct
foranewuser,carryoutthefollowingactions:
