and Display will turn on.
• When set humidity level has been reached the unit’s compressor will
automatically stop as soon as the humidity level drops 3%-5% under the set
humidity level. The fan will continue operating for a while and will stop as
soon as the humidity remains below the desired level.
• In the event of a power failure the unit has an Auto Restart function. Once
power is restored, the appliance will automatically restart at the preselected
settings prior to the power failure.
CONT.
Continuous function: the dehumidifier operates continuously when the drainage
pipe is attached, or until the water tank is full, extracting humidity from the air. When
this function is active the indicator will turn on and the device will work constantly,
disregarding the relative humidity of the room and the desired humidity level set.
• For drying clothes: place the dehumidier in a small room and set nearby
the clothes rack. Keep doors shut and allow the dehumidifier to dry the
clothes.
• For special humidity conditions where big amounts of condensation need
to be extracted, such as extremely moist rooms.
• When immediate dehumidication is necessary such as in areas or rooms
not in use for an extended period of time, etc.

WATER TANK FULL
Indicator turns red when tank is full, removed, or misplaced.
• The water level control switch shuts o the dehumidier when the water
tank is full, removed or misplaced.

When frost builds up on the evaporator coils, the compressor will cycle o and the fan
will continue to run until the frost disappears. The “Defrost” indicator will then turn on.
• This function not only ensures the safe and appropriate operation of the
dehumidier but is also more ecient and economical in its performance.
7. WATER TANK & DRAIN HOSE
There are two ways to remove collected water. Before proceeding ensure that you have
switched o and unplugged the unit.
When unit is OFF and the tank of the dehumidier is full, the full indicator will be lit
and the display will read P2. Additionally, when the unit is on and the tank is full, the
compressor stops operation followed by the fan a few minutes later. The full indicator
will ash and the display will show P2.
• Slowly remove the bucket. Grip the handle with caution and carefully pull outwards so
the water does not overow. Do not place the tank on the oor because the bottom of
the tank is uneven. Doing so the tank will fall and the water will be spilled on the oor.

10. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
& TROUBLESHOOTING
Are
For about the rst month of use, the dehumidier operates
intensively. This will gradually decrease within time, since
the dehumidier will have been calibrated in its working
environment. Condensed households may sometime be
signicantly expensive to heat. The use of a dehumidier may
lower energy costs.
For optimal results, it is suggested that the dehumidier
is placed in a central area. Doors within the household
should be open in order for the dehumidier to enhance its
operation.
The dehumidier’s lter cannot be replaced by any other type
of lter since it is specically designed to operate with this
unit.
Maintaining a proper home humidity level is essential
for your well-being and that of your household. Extreme
uctuations cause adverse eects on both; low humidity may
cause respiratory problems and damage on wooden doors,
windows, and furniture, and make you vulnerable to electric
shocks due to increased static electricity. On the other hand,
high humidity may promote mold growth, serving as breeding
grounds for various bacteria and resulting in poor health and
also a damaged home. The ideal humidity levels uctuate
between 45% to 55%.
When the desired humidity level is reached, there is a
possibility of partial humidity formation on windows. This
occurs due to the temperature variation between the window
and the external weather conditions.
• Operating the dehumidier should signicantly reduce
condensation formation on windows.
In order to access the humidity "+' and "-" range settings,
you rst need to press the "Mode" button, and have no led
indication on the control panel, hence Cont. mode should be
o.
This will allow you to manually change the desired humidity
level.

15
EN
The exact time needed to dry clothes depend on many
factors, the room's temperature, the humidity level, the
moisture of the clothes etc., so there is no standard time
since of these variable factors mentioned above.
When the dehumidier reaches its set point it will continue
operating until humidity level reaches the desired setting with
a tolerance of 3%, then the compressor will stop operating
and soon after the fan will stop operating also.
The dehumidier operates by intaking condensed air
removing any moisture and sending it back in the area it
operates. If you are standing near the dehumidier while
operating you may feel that the air coming out of the fan is
cooler due to the diusion. In reality, it is at the same room-
temperature but with less humidity.
l Make sure the dehumidier’s plug is placed completely into the socket.
l Check the house fuse/circuit breaker box.
l Check whether the power cord is damaged.
l Check the water tank, if it is full, empty it.
l Check if the dehumidier has reached its preset level.
l Make sure the water tank is positioned properly.
l Room temperature is lower or higher than the advised operational range.
l Check whether the humidity level has been set in high levels.
l Make sure that the dehumidifier has been operating enough time to remove the
moisture.
l Make sure there are no curtains, blinds or furniture blocking the front or back of the
dehumidier.
l The humidity selector may not be set low enough.
l Make sure you have cleaned the lter as suggested. Clogged lter may result in reduced
performance.
l All house exits (windows doors etc) where the dehumidier is operating, should be
shut.
l Room temperature is below the advised operational range.
l There is a kerosene heater or something giving o water vapor in the room.
l The room that the device is placed is bigger than suggested.
l The humidity level is too high.

16
EN
l The air lter is clogged.
l The device is tilted instead of being in an upright position.
l The oor surface is not at.
l This is normal. This unit is supplied with an Auto defrost feature.
l Check the correct installation of the drain hose.
l Check for any blockage or damage of the drain hose.
AS - Humidity module sensor error - Power o unit and temporarily unplug allowing
device to reset. If error persists, call for service.
ES - Tube Temperature sensor error - Power o unit and temporarily unplug allowing
device to reset. If error persists, call for service.
EC - Refrigerant leakage detection - Unit auto detects refrigerant leakage, if this occurs
the EC code will appear. Power o unit and temporarily unplug allowing device to reset.
If error persists, call for service.
P2 - The water tank is full or not installed correctly - Empty the tank or install it properly.
