-This manual provides instruction on how to disassemble the crate skillfully and
how to assemble the machine before you sell to your customs.
-Before starting to assemble the machine, you should read this assembly manual thoroughl
y
and do not start to assemble until reading this manual completely and carefully.
-The machine is partially disassembled to make as compact as possible when shipped from
the factory. Tires, wheel, ROPS, lever, hitch and 3P linkage and some attaching hardware
are removed.
-The larger removed parts are fixed to crate, and the small removed parts are packed into
box or bag.
-Remove grease by steam and washing spray if grease is applied wheel shaft and terminal
of the battery for preventing rust.
-Wear personnel protective equipment such as work clothes, helmet, protective eyeglasses,
mask, safety shoes and gloves during operation.
-When assembling the machine, use appropriate ceiling run crane, sling device and jack to
hold on heavy weight.
-Use appropriate tool and wrench.
-Inspect parts for damage and any evidence of oil, fuel or coolant leaks before assembling
the machine.
1. INTRODUCTION

ASSEMBLY
IMPORTANT: Do not commence assembly of this
tractor until reading these
instructions completely and carefully.
NOTE: For certain lubrication, adjustments, etc.,
refer to appropriate section of this booklet.
All nuts, bolts, etc., on these tractors are
METRIC dimensions.
Tractor will arrive with battery installed.
2. ASSEMBLY & PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION
Tractor is shipped in individual container. The
tractor will be partially disassembled to make
container as compact as possible. Wheels,
fenders, ROPS, steering wheel, lift linkage,
drawbar, and some attaching hardware will be

Larger items will be fastened in container and
remainder of items will be shipped in sundry
boxes also in container.
Certain areas of tractor may be covered with
thin film of protective wax. It may be removed
by steam cleaner and detergent solution during
assembly.
To assemble and pre-deliver the tractor, refer
to "3. ASSEMBLY OF THE TRACTOR"

PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION

1) Disassembly of the crate
1-1) Remove the bolts from the crate.

1-2) Cut the wire that holds the frame/rear to crate.
1-3) Remove the bolt that the frame/rear on crate.
1-4) Cut the wires that hold the bumper to pallet.
2) Removal of the assembly parts
2-1) Cut the bands that hold some parts from fender.

For front wheel : 8pcs
For rear wheel : 12pcs

- Pin ASSY for rear trailer hitch
3. ASSEMBLY OF THE TRACTOR
- Nuts (6pcs) and washers for the attachment of ROPS
to rear frame

3) Installation of the assembly parts to the machine
3-1) Hang the bumper on the line.
3-2) Hang the overhang of the machine on the line.
3-3) Install the front wheels.
(For 4WD)
Tightening torque : 137.2-156.8N-m (2.0-2.5kgf-m)
Flat size A/F : 19mm
3-4) Install the rear wheels.
Tightening torque : 87.2-102.9N-m (2.0-2.5kgf-m)
Flat size A/F : 22mm
Cut the bands that hold the upper ROPS on crate, and then
remove the upper ROPS from crate.
ATTENTION : If hitch is lifted, the stay of number plate
may be transformed.

3-5) Remove the tightening nuts.
3-6) Remove the parking brake and link ASSY.

Tightening torque : 196-230N-m (2.0-2.5kgf-m)

3-9)
Install the lower ROPS frame (RH) in the machine. Lap the
stay of valve on the ROPS, and then tighten the four bolts.
The left picture shows that the valve ASSY, RH ROPS are
installed in the machine.
Install the lower ROPS frame (LH) in the machine. Lap the
parking brake and the stay of valve on ROPS frame, and
then tighten the four bolts .

3-11) Pass the harness through the inside of the ROPS.
3-12) Take the harness out of the ROPS.
3-13) Pass the harness on fender hole
3-14) Connect the connectors (lamp) to the connectors (main).

The left picture shows that the parking brake, LH ROPS are
installed in the machine.
For the installation of the upper ROPS, insert the two bolts
in the holes on the reverse, and install washers and nuts
temporarily.

3-17) The left picture shows the upper ROPS is installed.

3-19) Cut the bands that hold the lower links and top link.
3-20) Install the PTO shield cover ASSY & bolts.
3-21)
3-22) Install the link pin and pin (30X162) in the drawbar hitch.
Note : When the PTO shield cover interfere with the
hydraulic hose, turn the adapter upward.
After installing the ROPS, tighten the pull bolts (M10) and
push the LH and RH pull bolts equally. Tighten the bolts by
lock nut (M10).
As the left picture, install the top link in the hook. Fold up
the top link.

3-23) Remove the front hitch.

3-25) fixing bolts should be fixed from inside ,2xM6bolts.

3-27) Install the steering wheel ASSAY in the steering shaft. .
Tightening torque : 20.0-25.0N-m (2.0-2.5kgf-m)
Flat size A/F : 24mm
3-28) Install the cap.
3-29) Insert the starter key in key switch.
3-30) Connect the earth battery cable (-) to terminal.
Flat size A/F : 10mm

Install the front hitch in the front of the axle bracket, and by
the two bolt (M12)
Check the conditions of following systems after installing all
removed parts in the machine:
Check the tightening condition of the two bolts (M6) for turn
adjustment of the mirror.

(Only for E4 Type)
FIG. 1: Carefully lift lower ROPS frame legs, 3, into
position on top of fenders, 4.
Install 8 pieces of M16 nuts, 6, with spring washers
to secure the lower ROPS frame to the fenders.
Tighten the ROPS securing hardware.
FIG. 2: Position the upper frame, 8, on top of lower
ROPS frame. Install shoulder bolts, 9, at the rear
of the frame with washers, 10, and nuts, 11, to the
inside. Install clevis pins, 12, and link pins, 13, at
the front of the frame, with link pins to the inside.
NOTE: Clevis pins and link pins are each fitted with
O-ring to prevent rattling. In addition, a
pushing bolt, 14, is installed to reduce noise.
Tighten all ROPS hardware at this time, using the
following torque chart:
